I’ve moved to CH and lived at Gubelhod Suites for 3.5 mths. The reason I gave 5 stars is simple: SERVICE and LOCATION. I could count on the spetacular attendance from Johanna that has always reacted quickly to my doubts and requests. Besides, you are too close to train station, mall, supermarketS, restaurants and the LAKE. At last, the apartment was very functional, nice and the weekly cleaning makes a lot of difference.

Property lived up to the expectations. Walkable distance to all the shops and to the lake. Apartment was extremely cozy and comfortable. This is my second time staying here and will continue to book here in the future.

Great Location and Facilities
Location is great in the centre of Zug. Great communication with Maria and flexible to assist us on our late arrival. Definitely recommend this place. Great coffee, food and service at the coffee shop (Cafe Frech) downstairs. Highly recommended,

Modern, clean, and functional room that exceeded our expectations. The central location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the station, making it very convenient. The owners are extremely polite and always happy to support with any requests or information. Their hospitality made our stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

All round great experience. Friendly on the phone and helpful. Nice to get a last minute booking. Once at the apartment it was as seen in the pictures: stylish, cozy, warm, and made you feel at home. All the amenities were there and working. Will go back next time I am in Zug!

The location of the apartment is simply unbeatable. It is located in a quiet area that is still a short walk from the main attractions and shops. The view from the apartment is breathtaking and I was able to enjoy the scenic beauty of Zug right from my window. The interior of the apartment was equally impressive. Every detail was designed with care and the furnishings were modern, stylish and cozy at the same time. The cleanliness was exemplary and it was obvious that the staff put a lot of effort into the care and maintenance of the apartment. The amenities in the apartment left nothing to be desired. The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare my own meals and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The high-speed internet connection was stable and fast, which was very convenient for both work and personal purposes. However, what really made the difference was the outstanding customer service. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and always ready to answer my concerns. Every request was handled promptly and efficiently, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I can fully recommend this serviced apartment in Zug. It offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort and first-class service. Whether you are travelling for business or pleasure, this apartment will definitely exceed your expectations. I am already looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to Zug.

The Gubelhof Suites were perfect for our visit. We stayed in the large 1 bedroom and were provided with an extra bed in the living room as we were a group of three. Everything was top notch and the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend the property and would stay again in a heartbeat.

We recently stayed here for two months and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for my stay. Maria, the landlord, was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay and I truly appreciated her hospitality. One additional highlight of my stay was the café Frech downstairs. They served the best breakfast I had during my trip and I highly recommend trying it. If you're looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay with delicious food options, I highly recommend this apartment and Maria as a host. You won't be disappointed!
