The hotel is located in the heart of old town but walking there with luggage is not so convenient. The room and toilet is also quite small compared to Bern. Staff service is good with free fruits and snacks at the reception for guest.

The location was good. Within walking distance to the station, restaurants and some scenic spots. The room was clean and tidy, and the size was fine for three of us. The staff at the front desk were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was average, but not enough staff to serve egg order.

The location was good, however, the bed cover was not really comfortable and does not seem clean. Also, when I open the door of room, the bathroom comes first. Which means you have to pass by bathroom to go to your room.
