Hotel is perfect with good service, spacious room, nice gym. It’s about 7mins walk to the train station. Will this hotel again !

1) Very poor service with mini bar not refilled for several days stay, no phone in room 2) Cleanliness to be improved with sheets to be changed daily unless given option given with notification/cars. Use glasses and not even cleaned and changed afterwards 3) No amenities provided in room, neither at front desk - how is it possible that this is unavailable even at request? 4) Location quite far, 15/20mn away from city center

Super small conform room until can’t open our luggage properly. Sauna room was everybody with nude body 😅

Didn’t expect a 4 stars hotel can provide such good quality 😝super nice location - near tram and train station 🚉 the room is clean and bigger than I expected, especially the bathroom! gym room and Sauna is a plus 🤓

Comfortable and pleasant stay, rooms are clean n well organised. Hot water can be collected at coffee machine is very appreciated. Very helpful reception team and hotel manager, thank you for your help.

The hotel is located near a train station and very convenient to go to the airport. There was a pin under the bedsheet and we got injured because of that. On top of that, the air flow of the room was very bad.

It’s ok if your budget is limited . The experience is simple , quick and easy. Just to sleep is ok

Just reasonable for the price

The hotel is relatively clean, but not cost-effective. The room that cost more than 1,000 yuan a night was unexpectedly small. There was a bed just outside the door, no table, chairs, and no bottled water.
