I had seen the bad reviews but I didn't want to pay attention and I chose this structure anyway... and I did very badly. Before checking in everything seemed ok.. communication with customer service was easy and they answered... after checking in the discovery, old and dirty building, apartment no less indeed, dirty walls, broken window, and last but not least dirty bathroom of sh*t... not to mention the shower curtain worthy of a horror movie motel. Horrible place, horrible customer service. Don’t even try to contact them on a weekend as they do not answer the phone nor messages. Don’t book if you don’t want to lose your money. There are much better options in Zurich than these scammers.
