Dear EMA House Team (1 Nordstrasse Zurich) I have been staying with you on and off since May 2023. I cant rate you high enough, 5 Stars don't do justice. You are a fantastic team who have accommodated all my plan changes, even when it was at a short notice due to flight cancellations etc. The place is spotless and much better than any hotel in Central Zurich. I don't even think about looking for any other place in the city. I always feel very welcome when I arrive even when it was late at night. The suites are modern, clean, specious and very comfortable. The hotel location was a walking distance of less than 10 minutes to the main train station in Zurich. The room was small but overall comfortable as we have booked a room for 3 person. There is a small balcony to step outside. Service was OK and not a WoW experience all together. Coffee machine at the lobby was chargeable and 0.50 CHF a cup.

Very spacious, very comfortable and clean. Also an excellent location, in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to the city center. Stayed there twice and would stay again if I am in Zurich. Also the reception was very attentive to my requests. I would recommend it.

We loved this hotel! Fabian and all of the front desk staff where amazing and made us feel so welcome. It's very close to the train station and walking distance to old town. Breakfast was also good in the M Lounge and the view from our junior suite was amazing. Our only complaint is the elevator situation. We almost missed our flight because it took us 30 minutes to get down. Only 2 out of 3 elevators where working the day we were leaving. Otherwise, it's a great hotel!

This hotel is the most expensive and the worst hotel in Switzerland. The location is a bit far away from the railway station, a 20-minute walk, if bus 15 can be reached. The soundproofing of the room is not good, and the noise of the car outside and the children upstairs can't sleep. Other hotels in Switzerland have free transportation cards, which he does not have. The only good thing is that the capsule coffee machine is good

Very nicely maintained hotel in a central location in Thun. Recently stayed a couple of nights in this location and found the hotel to be very well maintained, rooms were clean and less than ten minutes walk to the train station. Location made it quick to walk to train/ferry station to take a very enjoyable ferry ride ride on Lake Thun to then enjoy a day in Interlaken and then the train ride back. Staff that we encountered were great and very helpful answering questions. Highly recommend!
