"The hotel's location is extremely convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and there is also a supermarket at the train station, making it super convenient. The room was clean and tidy. However, the bathroom doesn't have a door—it's only separated from the bed by a glass panel. Because of this layout, the room is better suited for couples or families."

"It is a great hotel if you get used to do self check in. If you don’t familiar to self check in or those machines, it would take you some time.
This hotel is connected to another pier hotel, if you do need help, you need to call them and walk a long way to its peer hotel (indoor) to get help. Fortunately, staffs are helpful.
Hotel breakfast was great too an excellent location to ski area. Very closed to train station, great for family trip."

"Convenient location, just beside a petrol station that has a convenient store. Bus stop just beside as well. Cons: rude bartender and dirty towel (only realized there was some brown stains after using it during the night. Lazy to complain and ask for replacement since we are only staying for a night, so subsequently I used the hand towel instead.)"

"I booked for three nights and when I checked in, the hotel staff initially couldn't find our reservation. After some confirmation, we were able to check in smoothly.
We were given a room on the second floor, but once inside, we found the mini-fridge was broken. So, I went downstairs and asked the front desk to switch our room. The new room was further inside. The fridge worked, but the air conditioning wasn't very cold. Luckily, it wasn't too hot at night, so it was fine.
I'd read reviews mentioning some guests had items stolen, so we didn't leave any valuables in the room and kept our suitcases locked.
However, when the towels were replaced daily, I'm not sure if it's because we didn't leave the floor mats on the ground or what, but they were always taken away and not replaced (it's also possible the hotel doesn't provide them). The plastic bottles I intended to return were also taken (but that's quite normal, so it's fine).
The area around the hotel does feel a bit desolate, possibly because it's behind a department store and next to a construction site. We could hear hammering from the construction site in the mornings. It's quite close to the train station and bus stops, but for the price we paid, I think it was significantly overpriced.
The hotel staff offered us free luggage storage (they mentioned guests normally have to use lockers). In the afternoons, there's iced water and small cookies available on the first floor."

"At that time, there was only one person at the front desk of the hotel and needed to wait. The hotel's parking space is in the same building. This is more convenient to go out to the city center. However, the breakfast at this hotel is booked, regardless of the taste and excellent food."

"The room was spacious and well-equipped, including a fridge. However, the air conditioning wasn't very effective. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Salzburg Exhibition Centre, and a Billa supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away. Parking is a bit limited; the underground garage is quite cramped with only one entrance/exit, so it's not recommended for new drivers or those with larger vehicles. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; you can ask them for Salzburg transport tickets."

"I strongly suspect this place is a scam. For 850+ a night, you get a room with a curtain missing a hook, so you have to tie it up or wedge it in the window frame to keep it from gaping open. Looking up, I saw a smoke detector instead of a light fixture, which was dramatic enough. Even worse, the only actual light in the room was in the bathroom, so I had to leave the bathroom door open all the time just to get some light. Other than that, there was only a dim night light by the bed. And the story doesn't end there: the tissue box was empty after only 8 sheets. The mattress was unusually hot, and then I understood why they provided a desktop fan. The double room wasn't as big as it appeared in the pictures. Looking across at the Radisson, I strongly recommend comparing prices – there really isn't much of a difference."

"A fantastic hot spring resort with the backdrop of the Alps that can only be booked for one night during the week. Before check-in, you can use the water facilities except for the hotel-only hot spring facilities. The changing room in the basement of the hotel is shared between men and women, so you may be disappointed if you change clothes in front of the locker. It is called a hot spring, but you can think of it as a warm water swimming pool (it smells like bleach), and there is a nude zone, so be careful.
There are many beach chairs, so there are plenty of places to rest, and the staff are very friendly. This is the place where the staff was the friendliest during my trip.
The minibar in the room is free, the dinner buffet including the course was delicious, and there was a juicer here, which was nice. Seats are reserved for dinner and breakfast, and there is a reservation name card on the table.
They give you a small herbal salt as a souvenir when you check out, and these kind of small services make you feel good.
The lobby is on the hill about 2nd floor, so I unloaded my luggage and parked for free in the outdoor parking lot below, but later I found out that there is a parking lot accessible by elevator at the bottom of the building. If you are going, please take note.."

Tomy42First night, only cold water for showering, had to go to the 1st floor to shower. Every day, there were several suitcases belonging to other guests in our hallway to the room, making it feel like we had booked a room in a storage closet. Not all costs were fully displayed on the website; upon arrival, an additional €22 city tax and €35 for parking were added, which is incredibly expensive.

Guest UserThe room is a bit packed as the bed is super big. Having said that, the room is nicely designed and decorated. Free mini-bar with daily refill is rarely found in hotels in Europe.
The buffet breakfast is absolutely the highlight. The omelette is crispy outside and molten inside, preserving the freshness and original flavours of all ingredients. Must try!
All hotel staffs are polite and helpful.
In terms of location, whether or not it is convenience, it depends. It is in the middle of Salzburg central station and the old town, going to either location is about 12 minutes walk. Salzburg down town is not big anyway. Everything is in walking distance.

Guest UserThe location wasnt the best. I remember walking 10 minutes to the nearest bus station and about 5-10 minutes taxi ride to the main train station. When i first arrived, a Staff suddenly complained to us about how people kept calling her when the aircon doesn’t work and asked us to try fixing it ourselves before calling her. I get the frustration but it definitely wasnt our job to listen to her whining about her job. Also i would appreciate if staff can bring up actively that we can get a free salzburg travel pass.

Pleasant little stay about a 10 minute walk from the main station. Rooms were a good size, clean and beds very comfortable. I was also given a free bus pass to use around the city for the period of my stay. Amenities in the room lean towards the basic side, but adequate. Note the check in time was quite late, at 4pm, and check out at 11am, which isn't great for travellers.

Guest UserI emailed the hotel in advance to ask if they could help me apply for the Salzburg Guest Mobility Ticket, and they replied very promptly. This meant I could take the tram from the train station directly to the hotel, which was not only convenient but also saved me a lot of effort, even though it probably wasn't a long walk anyway. Tram lines 2, 12, and 21 are nearby, making it super easy to get around by tram. The station had a timetable, and the trams were always on time.
The room didn't have a coffee maker, but there was a mini kettle.
The bed was made of two twin mattresses pushed together, so even if you're alone, you can only really sleep on one side due to the gap in the middle. The duvets were also twin-sized, just over a meter wide, so someone larger might find them a bit small.

Tanxingren-yanguangyuThe location was fantastic! It's just a 15-minute bus ride from the city center, and public transport is super convenient. Right next to the hotel, there's a restaurant, a supermarket, and even a gym. The hotel room itself was very clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly friendly. There seems to be a police station downstairs, with officers frequently changing shifts, which made me feel very safe.

Guest UserThe place is a stone throw away from the central station and very accessible. Also have free transportation for the number of days u stay with them - ask the staff.
There are free apples and sparkling water you can retrieve from the lobby. It was a really comfortable stay. It was quiet and peaceful. They had a very secure luggage storage that was great. Loved the wall design that allowed me to hang my clothes and dry them as well.
