I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews, but I found this place to be a real gem. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, it's absolutely no problem. Parking is A$25 per night in the standard underground car park. You definitely need a car when visiting Western Australia. The hotel infrastructure is excellent; this setup would easily qualify as a five-star hotel back home. During the Southern Hemisphere summer, the indoor pool was closed, but the outdoor pool is accessible directly with your room key. You can ask the staff for directions. The beach is right downstairs, and you can spend a whole day there, just like the locals do. The ocean-view room was stunning; waking up to the sea view was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean upon check-in. However, the hotel is quite large, and the housekeeping on the second day was a bit slow; our room hadn't been cleaned by 4 PM when we returned, so we just grabbed fresh towels and skipped the cleaning. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. This area is a lively hub. Every summer, Western Australia hosts Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night markets, and Scarborough is where the Thursday night market takes place. The area around the hotel becomes incredibly vibrant, feeling like all of Perth has descended upon it. Downstairs, there are various restaurants, including a Thursday Special Steak deal, offering a 30% discount. A 300g steak for A$30-40 is an amazing and delightful deal. There's a Coles supermarket within a 5-minute walk, where everything is cheaper – anyone who's traveled to Australia will understand. Everything was so relaxing; I hope to come back soon.

This hotel is right next to a golf course, and the view from the window is breathtaking. What makes it even more special is seeing dozens of kangaroos freely roaming around the golf course and the vineyard garden. They're so relaxed and not at all afraid of guests, which is quite a sight in itself. The hotel even organizes a paid half-day kangaroo tour on the golf course. The room was spacious and very clean, though I was a bit disappointed it didn't have a bathtub. There was a faint musty smell in the room that even running the air conditioning all night couldn't get rid of, so those sensitive to smells might want to consider other options. The checkout process was quite a letdown, though. It took nearly fifteen minutes because they send someone to inspect the minibar consumption, which was a huge waste of time. I hope they improve this in the future.

It's pretty good, one of the more popular hotels in the town. The equipment is relatively simple but similar here. There is a swimming pool and slides for children to play. The hotel's buffet dinner is also good.

Super basic room which is partly refurbished. A comfortable night stay for a night before an early flight.  We found the information around free pickup from the airport very difficult to find - so we ended up having to take a taxi to the property which was not ideal. On check in they informed us that would have needed to phone the property to be collected with no pre-booking needed.

Arrived at Hotel and reception was closed. waited in the pub over the road until we were contacted. Construction work going on in hotel that did not disturb us but we were not aware the work was being carried out until after booking and payment was made. There was also a lack of facilities due to the upgrades but we did find other venues to eat and drink in town. Despite these minor issues we did enjoy our stay and loved the pool.

Compared with hotels in the city center, this hotel has its own private parking, which can save a considerable amount on parking fees. The property is relatively new overall, and the service is good. Although it is not located in the city center, the surrounding area is still very convenient, with good restaurants nearby, plenty of petrol stations, and close proximity to DFO. In particular, if you need to catch a flight, the hotel is also conveniently close to the airport. Overall, it is highly recommended.

JJamieeXWe opted for Crown Tower this time, and both my family and I were extremely satisfied. The hotel is renowned for its luxurious amenities, impeccable service, and prime location. Its spacious rooms consistently deliver comfort and satisfaction. Crown Tower Perth not only offers generous room sizes but also boasts a wide array of entertainment and dining facilities, including a casino, a shopping mall, and diverse restaurants, catering to the needs of various guests. Moreover, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being close to Perth city center's main attractions, making it easy for visitors to explore the city. Crown Tower Perth is an integrated resort offering accommodation, entertainment, and leisure, and I personally highly recommend it.

EElizavetaViHotel itself is new and looks good. The location is great. But: 1. There was no water in the fridge. 5 star hotel? 2. Coffee at breakfast is for extra payment 3. The sheets on the bed were dirty. 4. When you book a king size bed be ready for 2 twin beds just standing next to each other. And they are not held together. I fell in between during the night.

CCathy W.The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. The room felt new and clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The lighting was a bit dim, but overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel also offers luggage storage. The hotel's location is very close to The Perth Mint, and there's a Red CAT bus stop just a 1-2 minute walk away, making it very convenient to get to the CBD. Just a heads up, the pick-up and drop-off stops are different.

GGuest UserThe host was incredibly kind and quick to respond to all my questions and requests. The accommodation itself was very cozy and comfortable. Having Cole Mart, cafes, and restaurants all nearby was super convenient. But the biggest highlight was being able to walk to the beach in under 3 minutes from the accommodation. It was perfect for staying with my 4-year-old child.

GGuest UserThe accommodations are satisfactory, but several straightforward enhancements could significantly improve the overall guest experience. Specifically, the inclusion of functional drawers, a practical wardrobe, and a modern television with Wi-Fi and the capability to access personal streaming subscriptions (e.g., Netflix, Prime) would be beneficial. Furthermore, incorporating a small table to utilize the enclosed balcony and upgrading the plastic outdoor chairs at the dining table would enhance the amenities. Positive aspects include complimentary parking and convenient access to major roadways. The proximity to the central business district (CBD), a 10-15 minute walk, and nearby bus services are also advantageous. The kitchen is functional with basic cooking equipment, but again cooking oil especially for short term guests would be appreciated by guests. The environment is generally quiet and conducive to a hassle-free stay. I would consider a return visit if discounted rates are available. However, at the current pricing, which can be perceived as elevated, I would likely explore alternative options.

GGuest UserThis wasn’t our first time staying at RAC Karri Valley Resort, and once again it did not disappoint. We’ve spent time here both as a couple and with family, and it’s always a wonderful experience. The resort is consistently clean, well maintained, and set in a beautiful, peaceful location. The amenities are great for all ages, making it perfect for family getaways as well as relaxing couple trips. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. A place we keep coming back to and would highly recommend to families and couples alike. 🌿✨

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well-maintained, some even looking brand new. I read online that parking was $65, but that's actually just for the area in front of the hotel lobby. I asked a bellboy and found out there's a free parking lot not far behind the hotel, which was great! They also have a heated pool, but I was too tired to try it on my first day. The bed was incredibly comfortable! 😊

DDirrrI really like this hotel. It’s easy to get around Perth city from here, everything is within walking distance. The hotel smells nice, and they even allowed early check-in. The checkout process was also easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking isn’t provided and you have to pay if you want to park, so it’s better to use public transport. The room was clean and okay. The bathroom was fine for getting ready, but not the type you would hang around in for long. Overall, the staff were very nice and I had a pleasant stay.
