GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and elevator are all high-tech. The washing machine and dryer are also very fast.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: The environment is great, with many food options nearby. Beijing Road Pedestrian Street is right downstairs. You can also see the Canton Tower in the distance. It's very close to Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, and Yongqing Fang.
Service: The service was excellent. When we arrived to check in, we were able to do so immediately. They also provided complimentary juice, drinks, and snacks in the fridge, which my kids loved. They even proactively wished us a Happy New Year.
Self-service healthy late-night snack: It was delicious and filling. Although not extravagant, it was a thoughtful gesture.
Self-service happy afternoon tea set: Featured some unique and special desserts.
24h self-service freshly ground coffee: The coffee was authentic, delicious, and freshly ground.

The front desk staff 十七 provided enthusiastic and thoughtful service. Check-in and check-out were efficient, with a gentle attitude. They responded promptly to all my requests, making me feel very welcome.
The room was extremely clean. The bed linen was tidy and free of stains, the floor and desk were spotless, and the bathroom was thoroughly cleaned with no odors or clutter. The washing area was dry and tidy, with great attention to detail, so I felt completely at ease staying here.
The room facilities are complete and practical, with a reasonable layout and soft, comfortable lighting. The air conditioner works well for both heating and cooling, running quietly without disturbing rest. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
The hotel is quiet overall with good sound insulation. Public areas on each floor are clean and well-maintained, and the decoration is simple and stylish.
The location is convenient for travel, with nearby dining and shopping options, making it perfect for a simple trip.
The hotel offers high value for money. It focuses on being clean, comfortable and reliable rather than unnecessary fancy services. It is suitable for both short business trips and casual travel.

KKaltsit.My stay at Shenzhen MO was absolutely perfect! I have to give a special shout-out to Ms. Tipo, who was incredibly warm and attentive. She gave us a detailed room tour and offered fantastic travel recommendations throughout our two-day stay – so thoughtful! All the staff were very friendly, creating a wonderful service atmosphere. The location is super convenient, close to UpperHills and a park, which was great for traveling with seniors. The executive room and lounge offered stunning views, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the turndown service had great attention to detail. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

The Ibis Hotel in Dongguan is a hidden gem. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again for our future visits to Dongguan. We opted for the panoramic room, which offers a bit more space. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials. Considering the price you pay, the value is exceptional. The breakfast provided is not only delicious but also offers a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. The reception staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We adore this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

This hotel was quite mediocre, and I stayed there for three days during the New Year's Day holiday. The hygiene was subpar; you could see old, yellowish stains in the corners of the shower. The hand towels were placed on the sink outside the bathroom, and the bath towels were even in the wardrobe near the window, far from the toilet, which was inconvenient. The showerhead couldn't be fixed in place, and the drainage was poor, so water would overflow into the bathroom during showers, leaving the entire toilet area wet. There was no full-length mirror. While the sink had a large mirror, it wasn't good for seeing your full body or even facial details, so those who need to do their makeup should really reconsider. The inner window offered no natural light, and the room lighting was very dim. There were too many switches, and because it was so dark, it took ages to figure out which switch was for what. The air conditioning was very ineffective. Guangzhou had a cold spell during my stay, and even with the AC on all night, it was still chilly. The laundry room was even worse; the dryer simply didn't dry clothes. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive either, and the stir-fried noodles, rice, and vegetables, which should have been hot, were all cold. However, the cleaning staff were all very nice and proactively asked if I needed anything. The front desk staff's attitude was acceptable, and they responded quickly. The price was inflated during the New Year's Day period, but even the regular prices aren't low. Frankly, the facilities don't justify the price.

The room is clean and warm, the layout is very tasteful, the sea view outside the window, you can see the large lawn of investment in the evening, the landlord is particularly enthusiastic. The bedding is comfortable and sleeps well all night. The details can be felt everywhere, such as the warm reading lamp on the bedside. The location is also very convenient, quiet but not remote. I have recommended it to my friends, I will definitely stay here again next time, as comfortable as going home!

I particularly want to commend the entire butler team. Beyond simply responding promptly to guest requests, their proactive and enthusiastic approach truly elevated the experience. The welcome dessert, daily VIP fruit, beverages, and the special cake during the Chinese New Year's Eve were all wonderful touches, providing immense emotional value. I highly recommend experiencing the Executive Suites or higher at the Rosewood – it truly remains a unique establishment in Guangzhou. Looking forward to my next visit!

Location wise, it's perfect!!! 15mins walk to the famous Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. The Metro station is just below the building.
Plenty of shops and food to go around the vicinity of the property. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel's environment is excellent. The front desk staff are warm and polite; they offer water as soon as you walk in. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was very good. The housekeeping staff were also great, always greeting you when you saw them. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, providing both hot and cold air efficiently. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance, and I hope they maintain this standard.
