This is an excellent hotel right by West Lake! It's incredibly close to the scenic area. I thought West Lake would be several kilometers away, but after arriving, I found out it's just a few minutes' walk. No need to rush in the morning! The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The front desk staff are friendly, and the overall experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

The service was excellent the day before yesterday, I was very satisfied. There are many shared bikes in front of the hotel, and you can ride them to West Lake, which isn't far even on foot, about a 10-minute walk. Wushan Subway Station on Line 7 is just a 5-minute walk away. Hefang Street is also nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel even provides free umbrellas on rainy days. Taxis are also very easy to catch. Subway Line 7 goes directly to Xiaoshan International Airport, and a taxi ride only takes about 30 minutes. The hotel is also not far from attractions like Longjing Village, West Lake, Wushan Scenic Area, and so on. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Had a fantastic vacation at the Sheraton! I was truly touched by the thoughtful service from our butler, Lucky. Knowing that both my son and I have March birthdays, she went the extra mile to decorate our room for the occasion and even arranged for the Western restaurant staff to custom-make a birthday cake for us. It added such a festive and warm touch to our entire holiday. A big thank you again to Lucky and the entire Sheraton hotel team!

My stay this time was absolutely terrible! I was in Building 6, an odd-numbered room, and here are the main issues:
1. My room faced the outdoor plaza, and there was an open-air karaoke every night. It was incredibly loud, even with the windows closed and curtains drawn! I called the front desk, and someone responded very quickly. They explained that it's like this every day and there's nothing they can do, but if it goes past 9 PM, they'll call the police. Well, it was still going past 9 PM! I called the front desk again, and they finally said security had gone to disperse them. I checked the time, and the outdoor plaza karaoke finally stopped at 9:42 PM!!!
2. A large family was staying in the room directly opposite mine. They chatted with their door open in the evenings and mornings, and the room's soundproofing is terrible! Plus, that family was smoking in their room, and the smoke drifted into our room through the door crack! I complained to the front desk again, and they responded that, according to regulations, smoking isn't allowed in the hotel, but if guests insist on smoking, there's nothing they can do. They said they'd send someone to dissuade them. For a star-rated hotel and guesthouse, guests smoking in their rooms is just... awful!!!
3. At 6:30 AM, people started making noise and renovating outside my window. It was incredibly loud! I was woken up by it!!! Renovation started at 6:30 AM in the morning!!!
As for other issues like the TV initially having no signal (staff came twice to fix it) and the hard mattress causing back pain, and the hotel amenities being subpar, I'll overlook those. The three points above summarize it: nightly plaza karaoke, early morning renovations, and no smoking ban in the guest rooms! I really don't recommend this place at all; I'm very dissatisfied!
To be fair, the staff's attitude was very good, and their response time was quick. The hotel environment is also quite nice. But it was genuinely noisy! And the smoking issue! I've stayed in many state guesthouses, and I've never encountered anything like this. A terrible experience.

Once you enter Wuzhen, no other Jiangnan town will compare. It's not just a classical ink painting with its small bridges, flowing water, white walls, and black tiles; it also boasts profound historical and cultural heritage, vibrant modern artistic energy, and a new lease on life thanks to smart technology.
What ancient town can truly rival Wuzhen?
Choosing a guesthouse within the scenic area brought many pleasant surprises:
① Free Wi-Fi covers the entire scenic area, with stable signal everywhere.
② Luggage can be directly handed to the host for transport, making the whole trip light and hassle-free.
③ Enjoy exclusive breakfast benefits for early risers, offering an authentic local experience.
④ The accommodation fee includes a 150 RMB ticket to the West Scenic Zone and shuttle bus service. During your stay, you can re-enter and exit the scenic area multiple times using facial recognition, making travel convenient and worry-free.
The graceful waterscape combined with attentive service makes for a truly happy and comfortable experience.
Wuzhen is absolutely amazing! Wuzhen guesthouses are absolutely amazing!
Perspective determines outlook, outlook guides choices, choices dictate actions, and actions ultimately shape one's future. May Wuzhen's gentle water town charm remain, may time be peaceful, and its ancient allure endure!
We stayed for two nights and still felt like we didn't have enough time to enjoy everything; the kids didn't want to leave. The hotel staff were all very friendly, and the team assisting the children with the bamboo slide were incredibly patient. The small animals are all adorable, and feeding the giraffes at breakfast was a fantastic experience 👍. Lastly, I must mention that the hotel's natural environment is superb. Listening to the frogs after the bonfire party at night, and hearing the birds while relaxing in the room in the afternoon, was incredibly therapeutic.

Our stay was fantastic! Special thanks to Ms. Zhan at the front desk for her thoughtful service and help during check-in. She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!

Marriott never ceases to impress—it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The cleanliness was unmatched; every corner of the room and facility was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and professional, making every interaction feel warm and seamless.
But what made this stay extra special was that I proposed during this visit—and everything about the experience contributed to making it perfect. The smooth service, calm ambiance, and attention to detail made it a truly unforgettable moment for us.
Highly recommend the Marriott for anyone looking for both luxury and heartwarming hospitality. Thank you for making this milestone so beautiful

I booked two rooms, both on different platforms, and they upgraded both to courtyard superior rooms, with one even upgraded to a suite.
The service here is top-notch for its category; every staff member greets you with a smile.
The facilities are well-maintained, including smart toilets, capsule coffee machines, and very clean bedding.
The fridge wasn't very cold, and the suite balcony didn't have a table and chairs.
Even though it was crowded on the weekend, there was someone to seat us for breakfast, and tables were cleared quickly. The breakfast was decent; they had a special lamb noodle dish that I didn't try, but everything else was standard fare, no complaints.
Compared to other hotels of a similar caliber I've stayed at recently in Hangzhou, Nanhu Hotel offers excellent value for money and a great overall experience.
Stepping out the back door, you're greeted with a beautiful lake view, which in March, felt a bit like West Lake.
My parents were particularly pleased. We'll definitely be back to stay again.

This was my second stay here, and I'd highly recommend it for its location and facilities. The location is truly excellent, just a 1-2 minute walk from T4, making it perfect for early morning or late night flights. The sofa bed is also great for families traveling with children! The room was clean and tidy, and while the breakfast selection wasn't huge, the quality was good. Overall, it offers great value for money! However, the service this time was a bit disappointing. Since my flight arrived late at night, and I didn't want to wait for blankets then, I called in the morning to request they put an extra blanket in the room and open the sofa bed. When I arrived in the evening, the sofa was still closed and no blanket had been delivered. We were two adults and one child, and the package included two breakfasts, but they still charged me for an extra adult breakfast. Thankfully, the hotel seemed to realize their mistake and proactively issued a refund. Also, the subway card and drinks included in the package weren't mentioned by staff at check-in; I had to ask for the subway card myself before they provided it.

MM2g5bl4kj****Staying at the Hangzhou Shuxiang Shijia Hotel with my parents was the best decision of our trip! The hotel's impeccable care for older guests made our whole family feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm and proactive. Noticing my parents were older, they deliberately slowed their speech and answered questions patiently. This respect and consideration made my parents feel truly cared for.
The details in the room particularly touched us! The anti-slip shower stool, specifically prepared for older guests, greatly reduced safety concerns during bathing, and this thoughtfulness gave us, as their children, immense peace of mind. After a day of sightseeing, the provided traditional Chinese medicine foot bath bucket was a brilliant touch. My parents soaked their feet, relieving fatigue and promoting better sleep, and they both raved, 'This is wonderful!'
The hotel has an elegant, traditional Chinese style, and there's a small park nearby, perfect for my parents to stroll or relax. Unlike hotels in bustling downtown areas, it's very quiet, ensuring excellent rest quality. The hotel's location is superb; it's very convenient to get to major attractions like West Lake and Hefang Street, whether by taxi or subway, saving my parents from long, tiring journeys.
When traveling with parents, comfort and safety in accommodation are paramount. The genuine details in Shuxiang Shijia Hotel's elderly-friendly services far exceeded our expectations. It's not just a hotel; it's more like a tranquil haven where older guests can rest assured. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Hangzhou with their parents or family; it will definitely make your filial journey even more perfect!
SShouzhongdedaoI come to Hangzhou every year. This time I chose to stay on Longjing Tea Mountain. After comparing several hotels on Ctrip, I feel that Hangzhou Radisson Longjing Manor is more suitable. The hotel is on the tea mountain of Longjing Village. There are tea gardens everywhere. Farmers can pick tea and make tea everywhere on the roadside. The environment is very good. The service of the hotel is very thoughtful. Xiao Chen at the front desk is proficient in business and can meet the requirements of customers as much as possible. We want a room with a better location, so he took us upstairs to choose a room and upgraded the room type for us for free; we stayed in the room and didn’t want to go out, and they gave us a lot of extra bottled water for us to make tea. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious, and each room can see the beautiful scenery outside the window. The linens are clean and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The Longjing tea delivered in the room is very fresh and fragrant. Especially for breakfast, although there are not many dishes, the tastes of the several favorite ones are good. The chef’s fried eggs are in place, and the noodles are better than those in restaurants outside. I couldn’t help but eat three servings. I checked out late, and when I checked out, I met the front desk lady Chen again. She brought us water and sent us to the car. I accidentally broke a glass, but she waived our compensation, which made me feel warm! Compared with other hotels in the same area, it may not be the best in the grade, and some hardware is also aging, but considering the environment, service, price and other aspects, if I come to Hangzhou Chashan to live again, I will choose Radisson Longjing Manor.

JJinsededadiThe room was absolutely five-star, and I even got a free upgrade to an Executive King Room, which was fantastic! The cleanliness was satisfactory. The location is superb – just a short stroll to West Lake, and right outside the door is Wulin Night Market, making dining, staying, and sightseeing incredibly convenient. Because it's close to a bustling area, it can be a bit noisy, but that's part of its charm. The service was quite good, though the lobby could get a bit noisy with people coming and going. There were a couple of minor oversights when things got busy, though; I was told there would be a welcome fruit platter when I booked through Ctrip, but it never arrived, even by check-out. It's not a big deal, and I understand. My child really liked it here, though, so I guess we loved the place for their sake!
(The photos I took aren't of the room interior, but of the hotel exterior, the night market entrance, the unique lobby layout, and the night view from the window…)
GGuest UserThe hotel's renovation is quite impressive, they spared no expense, practically a complete tear-down and rebuild. There's absolutely no hint of an old hotel, which shows the owner's generosity. For a 22-story building, having 5 elevators is excellent, and it doesn't seem to be shared with office spaces.
Back in the room, the amenities are perfectly adequate. While the original room size couldn't be changed, everything else you'd expect is there. The only thing missing is an indicator panel in the elevators.
Breakfast: For the price, it really has everything you could ask for, including several live cooking stations for things like noodles and fried dough sticks, and it all tastes delicious. I'd even say it's better than the Yiwu Marriott. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be with the staff themselves; the training seems lacking. In just half an hour of dining, I saw the same man and woman chatting privately, pushing and pulling each other around.
Housekeeping did a good job overall, though I think they should pay more attention to checking the sofa in the future. Providing 4 bottles of Nongfu Spring water helps reduce the need for refills, which is a big plus. The teapots and cups are both attractive and high quality, and even the coffee cups at breakfast are excellent.
The front desk staff also deserve praise; the concierge on WeChat was always responsive to requests.
The delivery robot for takeout is incredibly fast, whether it's due to the order system or the robot's speed, I'm not sure. Either way, it was faster than I expected.
Given its proximity to Yiwu Tiandi, if they just improve the breakfast service staff a bit, this hotel, in every other aspect, offers great value. Even at a price point ¥50-¥150 lower than the Marriott, it would still be very much worth staying at.
GGuest UserThe hotel room facilities are very new. The TV supports screen mirroring, and there are smart curtains and a smart toilet. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. There's a free coffee machine in the lobby, and a laundry room on the first floor. The subway station right outside the entrance makes getting around extremely convenient.
✘✘✔#Facilities: The room facilities are complete, and there's even a robot delivering meals. The elevator requires a key card for access, which makes a solo female traveler feel very safe.
Environment: The environment is beautiful, and it's very convenient with the train station nearby, making transportation excellent. Their service is also great, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. The hotel also provides special children's slippers, toothbrushes, and even a children's play area, which is very friendly for moms.
MM519593****For my trip to Ningbo, I chose the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites, and the service exceeded my expectations. Even before arrival, I had a dedicated one-on-one butler, Miya, who asked about my room preferences and arranged the room in advance according to my requests. This saved me time, as I was able to check in immediately upon arrival.
Miya also offered excellent recommendations for popular tourist spots in Ningbo once she learned I was here for leisure – that was fantastic!
Upon reaching the front desk, the staff were very efficient; check-in was completed in about five minutes, which was great and didn't waste any time. The room offered great views, and if needed, kitchenware could be provided for cooking. It was all very well arranged, and I loved it.
What truly deserves special praise are the swimming pool and gym. The facilities are very well-maintained, and they use excellent brands for the fitness equipment.
The hotel's breakfast buffet was extensive, including both Chinese and Western options, as well as local Ningbo specialties. The taste was superb, and the restaurant environment was wonderful. I especially enjoyed sitting by the floor-to-ceiling window for the expansive view. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Ningbo!

GGuest UserPros: Jojo, our butler, provided excellent service, and the travel photography was great – the photographer was very dedicated.
Cons:
1. Breakfast options were limited, and items were frequently missing. The coffee machine was terrible, producing a watery, tasteless drink.
2. The paid activities, especially the boat tour and farm visit, were very poor quality. An older staff member had a bad attitude and kept rushing us, saying other guests were waiting. Including the walk to the vegetable garden, we only spent about 15 minutes picking. For the boat tour, we had to insist just to get a short drift on the lake; initially, they claimed it was too windy to paddle. It was a really frustrating experience.
Overall, apart from the butler, the service from other staff members was very mediocre. I've also seen complaints on social media about their lacking 'soft services.' I'd suggest they learn from Naked Group; I've visited Naked Castle and Naked Retreats several times, and their complimentary services are consistently high-quality, with exceptionally enthusiastic staff.
EexcelcxjThis is my third time staying at the Xinqiao Hotel in Hangzhou. The Xinqiao Hotel has a long history and an excellent location, right by the intersection of Yan'an Road and Jiefang Road. It's very close to the West Lake lakeside scenic area.
**Environment**: Once checked in, it's very convenient for exploring the various sights around West Lake.
**Hygiene**: The hygiene is excellent, very clean and pleasant.
**Service**: The staff consistently maintain a warm and positive work ethic. The front desk staff handled my check-in with diligence and care. The housekeeping staff are quite efficient, promptly resolving issues for guests, and are always polite and smiling. The breakfast food quality in the buffet restaurant is also quite good and reassuring.
**Facilities**: While the Xinqiao Hotel has a long history, some of its facilities are older but are still very well-maintained.
AAnonymous UserOur stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel's location is excellent, offering a tranquil escape while still being just steps away from stunning lake views and natural beauty. The service team was professional and incredibly warm, proactively helping with luggage and even adjusting our room type – their attention to detail truly shined. Our room was bright and airy, the bedding was comfortable, and all the facilities were top-notch. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including delicious local flavors. Idling by the lake, watching the sunset, it was all so relaxing and rejuvenating, providing that perfect sense of ease you look for in a vacation.
