The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were smart. The location is excellent, very close to West Lake and within walking distance. The surrounding commercial area is very convenient, with everything you could need. The staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning and heating in the room worked very well. If you need shower slippers, you have to ask the staff to bring them. Overall, I'm satisfied.

10/10 highly recommend! The tourist center is so professional. Everyone speaks decent english, the wechat mini program is in english too for when u arrive and see map, activities. Everything in the app. U get allocated to a homestay. Shuttle bus takes u there. Shuttle bus picks you up when u go to breakfast in the morning market which u cannot miss!! Such an amazing experience. The price is so cheap for the value as it includes tickets to xizha, breakfast can eat up to 30 yuan per person. Nightime and early more inside xizha wuzhen is such a dream!!

Our twin room had a sofa bed, and the hotel thoughtfully provided bedding, which perfectly solved the problem of our two kids fighting over a bed. Staying here for an early morning flight is super convenient; it helps you avoid traffic risks and feeling rushed. We even had time for breakfast before heading to check-in. However, the breakfast here isn't great – the baked beans were watery, and the muffins weren't good. But other than that, everything else was excellent. It's well-soundproofed too, so it wasn't noisy despite being right at the airport.

The hotel's location is fantastic, really close to the second parking lot, making it super convenient for getting in and out. The room decor is modern and comfortable, and the hygiene is excellent. Opening the balcony door, you can watch the bustling crowds on the Misty Rain Corridor directly across. You can enjoy tea, chat, relax, and take in the beautiful scenery of Xitang all at once. Because we booked two nights, the owner even gave us complimentary Xitang tickets. This meant we could enter and exit the scenic area freely for several days and visit all the small attractions within Xitang. If we ever got tired from exploring, we could just pop back to the hotel for a quick rest – it couldn't have been more relaxing! It was so much better than the usual rush of a one-day tour. Xitang is definitely a worthwhile place to visit, and staying here is an absolutely perfect choice for your trip to Xitang.

My overall experience at the Hangzhou West Lake Hubin 5-Star Bay Hotel (Wushan Square Branch) was excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to Wushan Square, making travel very convenient. It's a short walk or taxi ride to West Lake and Hefang Street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed layout. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The soundproofing was good, so I wasn't bothered by outside traffic noise. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with ample hot water and stable pressure. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. They were also quick to assist with any issues. Overall, the value for money is quite good for this area, making it suitable for both tourists visiting Hangzhou and those on short business trips.

This hotel seems to be a chain brand from Wenzhou. To be honest, I was a bit worried when I was about to check in because it's located in the old town. However, once I actually stayed there, the experience completely exceeded my expectations, even pleasantly surprising me. The hotel's location is excellent. It's only a 3-minute walk to Wuma Street, and there are all sorts of great eateries nearby, so you can easily satisfy your food cravings for an entire day on foot. What impressed me most was the hotel's thoughtfulness – the room had everything you'd expect, and even some unexpected delightful surprises. They even provided small items that are often overlooked, like hair ties and makeup remover pads. It's rare to see such attention to detail. Plus, with all the little snacks, it really made me feel well-cared for. The most unforgettable part for me was their baked sweet potatoes (honey sweet potatoes) – they were incredibly delicious! The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, making you feel right at home. If I'm ever in this area again, I will definitely choose to stay here and revisit.

The living room and bedroom were distinctly zoned, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a picturesque panorama of the city skyline blending with the serene lake. With the lights on at night, the ambiance was absolutely captivating. Every detail in the suite showed thoughtful consideration: the bedding was cloud-soft, allowing me to drift off to sleep instantly. The bathroom featured a modern wet/dry separation and an oversized bathtub, perfect for soaking away a day's fatigue. The mini-bar was well-stocked with a great selection of drinks, instantly making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The service was simply impeccable. Duty Manager Cathy provided a flawless response to all requests. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and room service was incredibly prompt – when I requested an extra pillow in the evening, it was delivered within minutes. The breakfast the next day offered a huge variety, with both Chinese and Western options – definitely a must-try! Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this place offers a perfect experience. It has already been added to my go-to list for stays in Jiaxing!

Extremely satisfied! I've stayed at the West Lake State Guesthouse and Xizi Hotel multiple times, and this time I visited Shaoxing Hotel, a state guesthouse in a tier-three city. I found it to have its own unique charm, and the check-in experience and value for money were on par with, if not better than, state guesthouses in provincial capitals. If you explore carefully, you'll discover many novelties. Plus, the enthusiastic staff shared many historical anecdotes with us. While the scenery might not have the natural advantages of a provincial capital's state guesthouse, the views near Dai Cafe are absolutely stunning, and Fushan Park is just a stone's throw away. Fan Wenlan's Former Residence is elegant and serene, exuding a pleasant cultural atmosphere. The hotel's Lingxiao Pavilion is classic and quaint, and the Duoshijinliang Bridge has a unique and beautiful design, maintaining an ancient, refined style. The sculpture in the center of the hotel lobby combines ancient and modern elements, making it very interesting. The crystal chandelier is also different from others, with a beautiful name: 'Listening to the Rain on Fushan'. The staff shared all these details with us as if they were cherished treasures. Shaoxing is a city rich in culture, and its state guesthouse is naturally a shining pearl within it. So, our two-day stay was a rich experience. The 68 RMB breakfast was incredibly rich, delicious, and nutritionally balanced. I bought a hotel package, which was great value, including a black-awning boat tour and a complimentary dinner. It also included three quick-edit photos from a travel photography session. The dinner was lavish, with a full sense of ceremony. The new travel photography service was also excellent. My scheduled date was fully booked, but the extended date brought rain and a significant drop in temperature, and I was due to check out. The travel photography customer service helped me arrange a session for 5 PM on my desired day, and the photographer efficiently captured beautiful photos before dark, quickly and skillfully. Both the photographer and the stylist were wonderful, working tirelessly and demonstrating high levels of skill and emotional intelligence.

We chose this room type mainly because it allowed two friends to stay without disturbing each other, with one bed on each floor. I was pleasantly surprised to find a waterside patio downstairs, which I really liked. However, the chairs weren't great; it would be perfect if they could be replaced with outdoor sofas. Also, the large sofa downstairs wasn't very comfortable to sit on. The power outlet by the bed downstairs was a bit loose, so the charger wouldn't stay in. Everything else was perfect, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Our butler, Xiao Dang, was very responsible. He picked us up from the parking lot and took us to the hotel. After check-in, he showed us to our room and sent us a lot of information about local attractions. He answered all our questions, which made our trip very enjoyable. Thanks!
