Hotel's location is very convenient, next to the station and lots of shops in nearby, including wide variety of restaurants. Hotel room is spacious for a family of 3, comfortable There is hot spring and you can go there anytime. 歴史あるホテルをリノベーションしており、部屋の広さやトイレ、洗面台、シャワー（小ぶりなバスタブあり）が分かれているなど、1970年代の面影が随所に。床の一部が多少ミシミシ音を立てることなどに風情を感じられる方には良いだろう。清潔感はあり、シャワーの湯量や温度調節などは不便を感じなかった。最大の注意点は、シティビューを謳う部屋にも関わらず、通された3階の部屋の窓からはほぼ隣の建物。かろうじて空は見えた。外れ部屋である。厳しいことを言うが、これは信用を損なうレベルだ。数種のパンの無料軽朝食や、緑溢れる庭などの魅力はあり、チェックアウト時のフロントマンの感じも良いだけに惜しまれる。まわりは山裾の落ち着いた住宅街で気持良い旅立ちにはなった。

Older style but everything is well maintained just like most Japan hotel. Nothing to complaint about, just sleep over for us. But I imagine it’s very convenient as it’s at the JR station, we drove so it makes no difference but nearby parking isn’t as expensive as JR station in more developed city. Food option is plentiful nearby though so that’s great for late night supper.

We’re a family travelling with 3 kids so we booked 2 corner rooms for the needed space. 1) We were given 2 corner rooms at opposite ends of the floor, so we had to walk up & down & up & down the corridor to pass stuff to one another, so that was a bit inconvenient. The hotel refused at first to give us a 2nd key card saying that only 1 is allowed. 2) The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy but the pillows were very flat, so we requested for more pillows but they still didn’t provide much support. There was an electric small leg massager in room. 3) The sink in the toilet was v low, so adults wld have to bend over a bit more. But bathing area & shower was spacious and comfortable. 4) Hotel location was right next to JR, and lots of food options so it was great as we didn’t do hotel breakfast. There is no drop off point for cars or taxis at the hotel as the hotel lobby is on 3rd floor of building. 5) We drove a 7 seater car(to accommodate luggages) so the roof was too high & had to be parked at a Times public carpark 2 mins away that we paid for. 6) All in all, a recommended hotel in Tokushima & we would return to stay again due to central location & shopping areas all reachable on foot.

The hotel cleanliness is superb although is classis hotel, the hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. Very convenient location and there are many amenities are within walking distance.

We traveled during the Awa Odori Festival and chose to stay at Anan because it was less crowded. This super hotel also maintained its usual high standards, with many details just right. I recommend it for self-driving tours, as parking is convenient. Special thanks to Mr. and Ms. Sugihara for their excellent service.

Quiet location, good room environment, free hot and cold drinks But the reception is on the first floor, and it will be hard to have luggage, But the elevator on the floor can go directly to the ground

Very very good place to stay, especially if you're in Iya. Highly recommended and it's so near iya bridge that you can drop by early while there's NOONE. But very strict on timing so 3pm check-in but you can walk around. Very good dinner and local breakfast. Room was awesome! Just stay here, will stay here again! Onsen was good too!

It's too far to walk from Tokushima Station, but it takes 10 minutes by bus. However, the bus doesn't run until after 9 o'clock, so it's a bit difficult to stay out late at night. I like everything except the location. The room is clean and spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. The area is quiet, so it's good for getting some rest.

牟岐町に帰省しましたが、古い家なのでムカデに刺されそうなのと、猛暑の中、万が一エアコンが壊れていたら生命に関わるので、今回は阿南のルートインに泊まりました。 綺麗な大浴場、種類が豊富な朝食バイキング。これらのサービスに、数年前から何度も助けられました。 今年4月から、息子が関東で進学なので、東京出身の私も学費を出稼ぎという体で、一緒に徳島を離れ、引っ越しました。 息子は、ルートイン阿南のすぐ近くの高校に通っていたので、コロナ禍で県外へ行けなかった時期、気分転換として、年に数回利用していました。中3の時にはコロナで修学旅行へ行けなかった学年でしたから、とても可哀想でした。 そんなコロナ禍でも、ルートインさんは、とても細やかなサービスでした。 高校受験の前乗り、と予約時に伝えたら、ホテル側が加湿器を部屋に準備して下さいました。 エレベーターで他県からの宿泊客と乗り合わせたくないと言ったら階段で行きやすい2階の部屋に。 部屋のテレビで1階の食堂の混雑状況が確認出来ました。これは感染予防に、大変有益でした。 大学受験を想定して、模試の前夜に宿泊して、環境の変化に慣れさせる訓練、兼、気分転換を図りました。 今回は、ロビーにスダチのジュースが無料で飲めたので、お風呂上がりに美味しく頂きました。 女湯は、暗証番号を押さないと入れない、セキュリティ対策が安心出来ます。 寝間着も浴衣ではなく作務衣なので、寝ていても乱れにいです。万が一避難、が必要な時にも心配無用です。 セブンイレブン、フジグランが近くにあり、便利。オススメですよ！
