The hotel is in a great location, with a historic atmosphere and beautiful environment. It is close to the city square and is quiet and comfortable. Disposable items such as slippers and toothbrushes are not provided, so you need to bring your own in advance.
A fantastic stay at Thermae 2000 – a warm welcome in style!
We have recently had a night stay at the beautiful Thermae 2000 hotel, and what experience it was! At arrival we were surprised by the new reception: modern, stylish and especially comfortable. To our surprise, we were the first to take place in the new seats – a small detail that gave us a very special ink.
The staff deserve all praises: extremely professional, attentive and sincerely friendly. The check-in went smoothly and with a smile, and we immediately received a clear explanation of all facilities.
We enjoyed a nice breakfast in the morning: fresh, extensive and up to the spots. All was present for a tasteful start of day – from sweet breads to fresh fruit juices and healthy choices. The sauna was like always super relaxing.
In short, our stay at Thermae 2000 was in all respects a pleasure. The combination of a beautifully renovated reception, top service and culinary enjoyment makes this hotel absolutely a recommendation. We are looking forward to returning now!
The price/performance ratio is very high. The hotel has the characteristics of a typical European town. There are not many rooms, but the rooms are large, the bathroom is very comfortable, and the bathrooms are designed as separate rooms. The scenery of the town is particularly beautiful.
Excellent location. Beautiful hotel and beautiful large rooms. Good service and friendly staff. Rooms are equipped with spacious bathrooms. We have enjoyed it. Really a adviser. We will surely come back in the future. Ideal for a few days Roermond. All is at walking distance, bars, restaurants and shops. Outlet is also at walking distance.
Our TV did not work. Batteries and technical service were/was not available because we checked in after 6 pm. Reported at check-out. Answer: thanks for reporting and sorry for that. However, no compensation or a cup of coffee for the inconvenience. Very disappointing. You book a room with facilities and then you want to use them. We did not make a fuss about it, it is not worth it, but it is a shame. Otherwise a great hotel!
The hotel is a two-minute walk from the long-distance railway station. The bus terminal is also on the side of the railway station and the traffic is very convenient. The hotel room is not big, but neat and clean, and there is a clean room every day. The hotel provides free coffee, tea and hot water throughout the day. Breakfast is simple and hot and cold food is available. The hotel is self-check in, but the staff will help. The disadvantage is that there is no restaurant in the hotel to provide catering services. The hotel is quiet and it is recommended to stay for two to three days.
Had an excellent and spacious economy room in a beautiful building. Good shower facilities. The employees at the reception are courteous. Asked for a kettle and were immediately asked if we also wanted cups and tea bags. From here we were able to continue with the Dutch Mountain Trail, wonderfully rested.

Very Good
We stayed two nights in a Duplex King Room and it was perfect for traveling with a baby. The duplex layout was super handy — we could relax downstairs while our baby slept upstairs. The room was clean, comfortable, and the furniture felt really nice. The location is great, within a 10-minute walk to the train station. Breakfast had a limited selection but the quality was good. One small thing to note if you’re traveling with a baby: there’s only one baby chair in the breakfast area. Before check-in, we requested a crib and it was confirmed at reception. Unfortunately, a single bed was placed in the room instead of a crib. However, the staff handled the situation very professionally. Once we informed the reception, someone came to replace it in less than five minutes. At checkout, the staff also noticed the issue and removed the crib charge, which we really appreciated. Overall Great stay

My family and I were very satisfied during our stay. I love the aroma of shampoo and showergel from Rituals. With them I don’t need to bring my personal shampoo and shower gel anymore.
Great hotel, good distance to Designer outlet. Our staff had to provide coffee service in front of the Tommy Outlet Store. We stayed for 7 nights. Recommended.
The newly renovated monastery is a historic building and a special place. There is an entrance to the hotel from the underground parking garage Oda. There is a good restaurant with tasty food. There are no bottles of water in the room. According to the receptionist, the water from the tap is drinkable. However, we couldn't find any information about it in the room. There is scale in the kettle. Although this is a common occurrence in most hotels. There are also no toiletries. For a hotel of this category, this would be expected.
I spend 3 nights there and can’t complain. The value for money was good the atmosphere was super nice and the overall looks and service was perfect. Would come here again!
Budget hotel and about 15-min walk from the train station. This is totally fine without luggage, but challenging if you do (can book an Uber if you desire). Our room is clean but a bit small. It’s close to the major spots to visit in Maastricht so that’s nice.
