This hotel is undoubtedly one of the best we've ever stayed in! Located right at the start of Cala Bona and the end of Cala Millor, you’re just steps away from both resorts. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning. Every staff member here goes above and beyond to make your holiday perfect—nothing is too much trouble for them. A special mention to Victoria at reception, whose constant smile and helpfulness made a big difference. When we return to this resort, this will be our go-to hotel!

Just came back from an incredible week at the Bonamar hotel. The location couldn't be better, offering stunning sea views and conveniently situated between Cala Bona and Cala Millor. The hotel has many great features, including a fantastic pool area with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a team of hardworking and friendly staff. A special shout-out to Natalie, the amazing entertainment host (still amazed by her energy!), and Victoria at reception, who was super efficient and always cheerful. Kudos as well to all the cleaners and restaurant staff for their outstanding efforts, especially in the 30+ degree heat! 🥵 Highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We just came back from an incredible stay and can’t recommend this hotel enough. The attention to detail made it truly enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly, and the Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch. Our room was spotless, surprisingly spacious despite some reviews, and the bathroom, though small, was not an issue. The shower pressure was excellent, and the balcony was large with a lovely sea view. Housekeeping ensured daily cleaning, and there was a handy light you could use to signal if you didn’t want the room serviced. The in-room fridge came in very useful; we used it to keep water and refill bottles for the pool. Although technically outside drinks weren’t allowed at the pool, no one seemed to mind. · *Food:** The food was exceptional. Breakfast ran from 8–10 am and dinner from 6:30–9 pm. Themed evenings were great, but there were always plenty of standard options like meats, chips, and other simple choices. The stations offered salads, fresh dishes, main meals, and more. In the evenings, meats were cooked fresh, and in the mornings, eggs and bacon were made to order. Everything we tried was delicious with ample variety. Restaurant staff were quick and attentive. Desserts were the weakest link but still offered plenty of cream-based choices, just nothing particularly outstanding. The à la carte restaurant was an excellent experience and worth reserving early – it fills up fast. The quality of food was fantastic, and they even provided free sparkling wine. A thoughtful detail was the early continental breakfast provided on our last day at 5:30 am for our early flight. We were also treated to complimentary champagne at dinner on our final night – a lovely gesture. · *Pool & Hotel:** The pool area was cleaned daily; bar staff were friendly and efficient. The "sunbed wars" are real, but the hotel has a system. If you leave a towel on a lounger and don’t return within an hour, the lifeguard removes it. It was not perfectly enforced, but we always found sunbeds. The front sunbeds were the easiest to claim, and the quieter infinity pool offered fantastic views of Cala Bona. The hotel’s adults-only policy creates a good mix of ages, leaning slightly toward an older crowd. Entertainment catered to this demographic with cabaret acts performing hits from artists like Dolly Parton and Michael Jackson, but this didn’t bother us as we typically went out in the evenings. · *Location:** The location is fantastic, with direct access to the seafront via a door open from 8 am to 11 pm using your room key. A right turn leads to Cala Millor with its better beaches, shops, and vibrant atmosphere, while a left turn takes you into the quieter, more relaxed Cala Bona with plenty of shops and restaurants. Overall, this was an amazing stay. Friendly staff, excellent food, clean rooms, top-notch facilities, and a great location make this a hotel we’d love to return to.

The hotel is very well-maintained, with great service and spotless cleanliness. Its location is unbeatable. The guests are primarily international. The themed buffet is varied, plentiful, and satisfying. Definitely a place to visit again. The cleanliness and attention from the staff (reception, waiters, kitchen, etc.) truly stand out.

I absolutely love this hotel and have visited 6 times, 4 years in a row. It’s a small and cozy place, which is something I really appreciate. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The food and drink options are excellent, with plenty of variety, and the soups are particularly incredible. They even have themed food days, like Mexican cuisine, but that’s just one part of the dining experience. There’s never much of a wait at the bar—usually only one or two people in line ahead of you. The outdoor seating area is lovely, though you need to watch out for the holes in the chair patterns; they might leave you with a spotted suntan! 🤣 Daytime entertainment is fantastic, with activities like pool games, darts, water polo, shooting, archery, and more—you’re never bored! Alex and his team are truly engaging and fun to be around. They offer a free shuttle bus to Cala Millor, which is super convenient. It can get a bit crowded during its first and last runs, but the drivers are always friendly and happy to help. You’ll have no trouble getting a sunbed, even if you come down late in the morning—there were piles of unused ones throughout our stay. The pool gets deep quickly but has a separate children’s area and allows inflatables. Special thanks to Ricardo, Jessica, Ahmed, Fabian, James, Alex, Cecilia, and Kris—they went above and beyond! All the staff are extremely friendly, but these people deserve a big shout-out. Thanks so much, everyone—I'll definitely be back! 😝

We arrived late in the evening, but check-in was smooth, and we were still able to join at the restaurant. The room was fantastic! Located on the first floor, it was spacious with a huge balcony. We had requested two rooms side by side, and the hotel fulfilled this preference, which was much appreciated. Our view overlooked the pool with a children's area featuring a crocodile, which was lovely. However, we noticed that all the sunbeds were occupied early in the morning and remained unused until mid-afternoon, which was quite frustrating. The food was good, offering plenty of choices for everyone. The beach at Cala Bona was within walking distance and very calm thanks to the breakwaters. In Cala Millor, the sea was a bit rougher but still enjoyable for swimming. There were plenty of nice shops and supermarkets close by. The hotel also offered bike rentals, which made getting around very convenient. The evening entertainment at the hotel was enjoyable, with fun shows followed by additional activities from the animation team. Since we didn’t spend time at the main pool, we didn’t experience any daytime entertainment. A suggestion would be for the animation team to occasionally visit the other pool, divide their time, or at least inform guests about ongoing activities. Overall, we had a great holiday, but the issue of reserving sunbeds needs to be addressed!

Wow! What an amazing hotel! We’ve stayed in Cala Millor many times before and tried various hotels, but this one tops them all. The place was impeccably clean and had a delightful fragrance no matter where you went. Our room was stunning, spotless, and offered a breathtaking view 🤩. The rooftop pool was incredibly relaxing, with no need to battle for a lounger, and the views over the Mediterranean were beautiful. The food was on another level, complemented by outstanding service from Toni and his team. Not once did we leave the restaurant feeling disappointed. Victor at the live cooking station was fantastic and managed everything so smoothly! We had an amazing holiday, and it’s safe to say we won’t stay anywhere else when we return to Cala Millor. Our stay at the hotel was fantastic—clean and ideal for kids. The maids cleaned daily, which was much appreciated. Amenities were good and the staff were friendly. We were traveling as a party of 10, and there were plenty of beds, so no issues at the pool. Water polo was also a great laugh. The food was good with plenty of options, though I did struggle a bit as a vegetarian during evening meals. Another slight letdown was the advertised Motown show; three men came and sang Bruno Mars, which was disappointing. There's not much in Sa Coma, so heading to Cala Millor via taxi (just 10 minutes away) is recommended.

The hotel is perfect for families, featuring a fun pirate ship for the kids. They also allow pool floats and similar items in the swimming pool. The buffet offers a wide variety of choices. One downside is that the beach towels are only replaced every 3-4 days, and you can’t exchange them daily. There’s entertainment available, but our kids didn’t take part much, so I can’t vouch for its quality. However, there’s a mini disco and a show every evening. The location is excellent, just 10-15 minutes’ walk to the beach with sun loungers, and within walking distance to the centers of Cala Millor and Cala Bona.

Just arrived home this morning from our fourth visit here! It's always our favorite place, though we intended it to be our last visit to explore other countries. However, the kids are already begging to go back next year 😂 We've already booked for another trip! The hotel offers plenty for the kids both inside and outside. We're avid explorers, so we spend time walking to the beach/shops, renting fun kids' cars by the beach, playing mini golf, and enjoying the lush grounds with waterfalls and rivers to feed the fish. There are parks nearby, and we often take a 15-20 minute walk to Fantasy Park in Cala Millor, which the kids love. It has go-karts, bungee trampolines, and bouncy castles at affordable prices—taking a taxi is also cheap if walking isn’t ideal. We’ve rented bikes from the hotel a few times and explored along the seafront to Cala Millor, discovering lovely marinas where we fed the fish and even went to docks offering boat rides. We found a horse place for pony rides too. There’s plenty of entertainment, like a water mat in the pool every midday and water zorbs some nights. When it comes to food, even as fussy eaters, we always enjoyed it; the pasta and pizza dishes were personal favorites. There's a kids' corner, pasta and pizza stations, salad and fruit bars, plus meat and fish sections with themed offerings. Desserts and ice creams are always available! For lunch, we loved eating at the Country Grill. Everywhere is spotless—the staff does a great job cleaning, and there are hand wash and sanitizer stations outside the dining halls. Maids don’t clean on Mondays and Thursdays, though. We always visit La Reserva yearly, which my nine-year-old may be outgrowing. It’s great for younger children, with delicious food too (but avoid weekends; it's packed with locals. Weekdays might be better for a quieter vibe). One drawback was the air conditioning. On arrival at midnight, the aircon didn’t work; it was unbearable! We were given a portable fan for the night. After causing a fuss, maintenance fixed the system and set it to 18 degrees. Even then, it felt hot, especially when drying or straightening my hair—it was uncomfortable. This year, we visited during the middle of the summer's peak six weeks, making the buffet extremely busy. We made an effort to arrive at 6:25 each night so we could enjoy the first 45 minutes before the crowd arrived. However, that busy atmosphere is typical for this time of year—it’s not the hotel’s fault. Next time, I’ll opt for a different time. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families, especially those with children under the age of 9 or 10!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, and all the staff were amazing with our daughter. They were so friendly and welcoming, always ready to help without hesitation! The food at the buffet was lovely, which doesn't happen often. Most days, we opted for lunch at Green and Grill instead of the buffet as it suited us better, and dining outdoors under cover was really nice. Unfortunately, we couldn't make it to the Italian or Asian restaurants for an evening meal since they were fully booked or offered tables too late for our 1.5-year-old. However, we did try Green and Grill, but it wasn’t the best experience. The staff seemed a bit stressed and possibly short-handed, as people who arrived after us were served quickly while we waited a long time just to have our drinks order taken—and didn’t even get bread like others did. When my partner's rare steak arrived, it was almost overcooked. Though they replaced it, the new steak was merely seared briefly to appear rare. Thankfully, my partner wasn’t too bothered, and it didn’t spoil his birthday dinner. The rooms were spotless. We stayed in a ground floor swim-up room, and it was perfect for us; we had sunlight almost all day. Room 31, which we were in, was shared with only one other room—really convenient! Drinks were great, with cocktails not overly sweet and beer being Estrella, a welcome touch compared to the usual local beer that goes flat quickly. The location was lovely, with shops and a beach just a 10-minute walk in either direction. We mostly visited Sa Coma rather than Cala Millor. Our daughter was thrilled by the chickens along the roadside, and the beach-side path made for a perfect evening stroll. The pools were fantastic! The kids’ splash area was shaded yet warm. There were plenty of sunbeds available all day near the pools. Since we had a swim-up room, our mornings were spent at our private pool, and afternoons at the kids' pool. Overall, this hotel was an ideal choice for a first family holiday, and I would recommend it to anyone!

I’m sharing this review based on my stay from 30th July to 4th August. It was a short getaway with my husband, two teenagers (aged 15 and 19), and my sister-in-law. We booked three rooms and honestly, there’s little to complain about! This is a three-star hotel with some standout features, in my opinion. Firstly, we arrived quite late, around 3 AM, after a delayed flight. Despite the hour, we were warmly welcomed, our delay acknowledged, and we were offered something to eat and drink before heading to our rooms. All the staff were friendly, approachable, and helpful throughout our stay. The food offered via the all-inclusive option might not match the variety of larger five-star hotels, but it provided enough choices for everyone to enjoy at every meal. For times when meals were missed (like breakfast or excursions), snacks such as sandwiches, biscuits, and pastries were available at the bar—more than enough to keep us satisfied. We also appreciated that the bar was never overcrowded, and we rarely waited more than a couple of minutes to be served hot or cold drinks. Additionally, near the reception, there was a nice fruit-infused water station for refreshments. The location couldn’t have been better—the lovely beachfront between Cala Millor and Cala Bona was just a two-minute walk away! All our rooms on the fourth floor had splendid views of the surrounding area, mountains, and sea. A bonus that stood out to me was that after checking out, lockers were available to store belongings, and there was a complimentary “bathroom” on the fifth floor to shower and freshen up before leaving (complete with towels from reception). This was super convenient for our departure day, as we checked out at 11 AM, went to the beach, returned for lunch at 2:30 PM, had one last dip in the pool, and showered before our 5 PM airport pickup. The lack of a hairdryer in the rooms was a minor inconvenience, but we managed. Regarding sunbeds by the pool, being a smaller hotel, there were only around 30 loungers available. While there were shaded areas with tables and chairs, the limited loungers were always clean, and fellow guests were considerate—for example, they would vacate their loungers when heading to lunch or away for a few hours. Each time we were at the pool, we managed to get two or three to share between swimming and grabbing snacks. One drawback was the communal areas, which weren’t as cool as we’d hoped during the hotter days (above 32°C), with limited air-conditioned spaces. We also missed having music or entertainment in the evenings at the hotel, which meant we ended up exploring the resort instead (not often taking advantage of the all-inclusive drinks in the evenings). Our three rooms were clean and in good condition. Maids were around daily, but bins and towels were usually changed every other day. You could swap towels at reception if needed, and while bed sheets might not have been changed during a shorter stay, we could have asked had we stayed longer. Friendly maids made it easy to request anything extra. Overall, we had a lovely break in Cala Millor, and Bluesea Don Jaime definitely lived up to expectations.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Gran Sol in Cala Bona and had a fantastic time. Despite arriving after midnight due to a delayed flight, the hotel reception informed us that the restaurant had stayed open and a light meal had been set aside for us—a very welcome and thoughtful gesture. We were also thrilled to be assigned a "wonderful & almost always unavailable" room, as the receptionist put it. He was right! Room 315 offered a full front sea view overlooking the lifeguard station and even a partial view of the pool if we looked to the right. Breakfast was delightful, never overly crowded, with a wide variety of choices. The staff, including the main chef, were exceptionally friendly. Although we booked half-board intending to dine out a few evenings, the selection of themed dinners such as Mexican, Asian, Mediterranean, and Gala was so tempting that we only went out once. The wine menu offered plenty of reasonably priced options, and on occasions when we didn’t finish a bottle, it was held for us to enjoy the next evening. Our room was spotless, spacious, and the hotel grounds were beautifully maintained. Its location is perfect, offering easy access to both Cala Millor and the harbor. If I had to point out any drawbacks, one would be the early reservation of sunbeds in prime sunny spots—some as early as 5:30 am—despite guests not showing up until much later. A stricter policy from hotel management on this could help. Another minor issue, which didn’t bother us too much due to the nearly 40-degree weather, is that there’s no outdoor dining area for meals (except lunchtime at the bar), as the air-conditioned restaurant does not feature a balcony. Overall, this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, and we would definitely go back.

We stayed at Protur Bahía Azul for 10 days at the end of July as a family of four and had such a lovely, relaxing time. The complex was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the apartments were very spacious. We booked a one-bedroom apartment, with the kids sleeping on the sofa beds, which they found really comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent, keeping the apartment cool even during very hot weather. Our first-floor apartment overlooked the pool, which was perfect. The pool area was pleasantly peaceful, and even during the summer holidays, there were plenty of sunbeds available in the afternoon. There was no "sunbed war" — towels started appearing around 8:30 am but nothing like the early morning rush found in some resorts. This allowed for relaxing lie-ins while still being able to secure a sunbed, which was fantastic. The complex itself was very quiet, with minimal noise during our stay, making it a great place for a relaxing family holiday. The location was excellent, just a five-minute walk to Cala Bona with plenty of shops and restaurants, and about 10 minutes to Cala Bona harbor. It was an easy, flat walk, and Cala Millor was also accessible with a 20-minute stroll. There were loads of restaurants nearby, and every meal we had during our stay was fantastic. For supermarkets, the BIP is worth visiting. Though slightly farther than Spar, it offered better variety and prices, with delicious freshly baked croissants. A highlight meal for us was at Modo Chinese, which we highly recommend, and we also enjoyed a great dinner at Florina, where drinks were included with the meal, offering excellent value. We decided against going all-inclusive, given the fantastic variety of restaurants in Cala Bona. Being able to choose a different dining spot each night worked brilliantly for us. One drawback worth noting is the pool flooring, as other reviews have mentioned. Unfortunately, our kids did get small cuts on their feet from it. While it didn’t spoil the holiday for us, it’s something to be mindful of and hopefully something the hotel will address. Overall, this was one of our most relaxed family holidays. The cleanliness, peaceful setting, great location, and no sunbed stress all contributed to an amazing stay. We’d definitely consider returning!

The hotel is positioned between two breathtaking beaches. I suggest hiring a car to explore other resorts, as taxis can be unreliable, particularly on market days. A free bus is available from the hotel to access the private beaches; however, for bars, shops, and water sports, Cala Millor is a better option. The hotel itself is impeccably clean and offers a wonderful atmosphere, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Our family junior suite was very tidy, though space for four people was a bit limited, but we managed. The entertainment was excellent, particularly the animation team who go the extra mile to ensure an enjoyable holiday. The food was also impressive, offering a wide variety to suit everyone's preferences. I highly recommend this hotel and would undoubtedly return in the future.

You really can't fault this hotel; the staff truly go above and beyond. The rooms and food were good, and even with a picky eater, we always found something enjoyable. The views are breathtaking, especially from the sea view rooms. The entertainment team is fantastic, and the beach is just a short walk away. However, the location wasn't ideal for us as a family—while there are shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, we prefer evening walks and sitting at a beachside bar for drinks, which this spot doesn't quite offer. That said, the boat trip was incredible, and the area of Cala Millor is stunning. I’d definitely return to this hotel if it were in a different location because it was flawless otherwise.

We spent our honeymoon here 40 years ago on August 2nd, 1986, and decided to return for our 40th wedding anniversary. Our 5-day stay at this charming little hotel was absolutely perfect. The rooms were clean, fresh, and comfortable, and we had an amazing sea view from the 6th floor. The breakfast was lovely, and the outdoor terrace was incredible at night—a lively, buzzing atmosphere with a fantastic DJ playing great music that wasn’t overbearing. The area was bustling with shops and people enjoying themselves, creating a vibrant yet relaxing vibe. Unlike large 10-story resorts where guests scramble for sunbeds, this family-run hotel offers a much more personal and enjoyable experience. On the night of our anniversary, we returned to our room and found a note from the owner inviting us to meet at 7:30 pm in reception to extend her congratulations. Unfortunately, we’d been out late at a beach club and missed the chance, so we’d like to apologize if she’s reading this. Overall, this hotel was the perfect choice for our special celebration!

We spent our vacation at Hotel Don Juan in Cala Millor and were completely satisfied. Everything was simply perfect: the hotel was well-maintained, the staff was friendly and attentive, and we felt comfortable from day one. We were able to fully enjoy our holiday and would gladly return. Clear recommendation – 5 stars!

A well-located hotel nestled between Cala Bona and Cala Millor, right on the seafront with a pedestrian walkway in front. The majority of the rooms are situated in the annex across the walkway. My room was clean and well-equipped with no extra charges for the safe, air conditioning, or fridge, and it featured a large TV with English channels. The bathroom had a spacious walk-in shower with a handrail, and when I requested a non-slip mat due to a fear of falling, it was promptly provided. The twin beds were pushed together, offering great comfort, and the room included a kettle and mugs. However, storage was a downside, with only an open hanging space and minimal drawers. Despite being alone in the room, I still had to leave some items in my suitcase. My daughter and granddaughter sharing a room faced even greater challenges with the lack of storage. Both our rooms, numbered 220 and 221, were located in the annex on the first floor, overlooking a laundry collection area and drying zone. Unfortunately, housekeeping staff often gathered there early in the morning, speaking loudly and using their phones, which disrupted any attempt to sleep in. The food was adequate, with certain dishes freshly cooked, though this sometimes resulted in queues. The menu felt monotonous and repetitive, prompting us to dine out on a couple of occasions. The staff overall were pleasant and helpful, though the bar staff at the Kaufman Beach Club struggled with cocktail preparation and drinks were quite overpriced. On the plus side, the pool area was delightful, offering plenty of sunbeds—although some guests still reserved them early. Lifeguards were particularly helpful, even assisting with the awkward-to-use umbrellas. On our departure day, we were scheduled for an early pickup but were kindly allowed into the dining room before its official opening at 8 a.m. for a continental breakfast. Despite some inconveniences, we had an enjoyable stay overall.

Sunbeds - Early risers can secure sunbeds with no trouble, but if you prefer to sleep in on your holiday, finding one is very challenging. Twice during the week, we managed to get a couple of sunbeds only because people had left. The day we departed at 7 a.m., some guests were already out at the pool. · Balls in Pool - The pool is beautiful, but quite lively. Many times I saw little ones get hit by balls being thrown around, and nothing was done about it. Be cautious if you have kids around. · Rooms/Beds - The rooms are clean but very basic, and I felt underwhelmed staying in Block 1, Room 103. The beds were very uncomfortable, and I struggled to sleep well. However, the air conditioning was a lifesaver. The maids did a great job and frequently changed our towels. · Ants - We had a serious issue with ants everywhere—on the kitchen counter, in the bathroom, and even on our toothbrushes at one point. I ended up putting a small cup of my daughter's apple juice on the counter to distract them. Ants were also found crawling in our clothes. · Staff - Some staff were fantastic, like Donna, who was incredibly friendly, and Julie at reception, who was very nice. A Spanish lady working in the restaurant most evenings (whose name started with "M") was also very welcoming. However, several other staff members were quite cold—not the warm image their Instagram page portrays. · Entertainment Team - The entertainment team worked hard to keep guests engaged with activities like water Zumba and games, and they were very kind. However, we preferred sitting outside in the evenings letting the kids play pool, but the team repeatedly encouraged us to join activities, which made us feel guilty for declining. · Food - The food was tasty, with a good variety in the evening menu. The Spaghetti Bolognese is highly recommended. · Distance - It’s a 15-minute walk to the main part of town, along the road opposite the apartments, which leads to Aldi. For eating out, I recommend the Sundeck Restaurant—excellent service and food. Overall, our stay was a mixed experience, and we won’t be returning. However, others may feel differently!

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. The hotel is just a short walk from the harbour, Cala Bona, and Cala Millor, which are both packed with restaurants, supermarkets, and bars. The room was immaculate and even provided extra toiletries like toothpaste and conditioner. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the friendly atmosphere created by the other guests made the experience even better. This hotel offers incredible value for money. I booked directly, signed up for their rewards program, and got an upgraded room with harbour views, along with free drinks upon arrival. The pool was clean with plenty of sunbeds available—though some guests reserved them before breakfast—but we never had trouble finding one. Breakfast was basic but featured freshly cooked eggs, while dinner was delicious, with lots of food and freshly prepared meats and fish. Another plus was the hotel's proximity to the A42 bus stop for the airport, which made for an easy and comfortable trip. Although I was initially unsure after reading some negative reviews, we experienced none of the issues mentioned.

We just completed a 10-day stay and had a wonderful holiday overall. The hotel is stunning, tranquil, and well-kept, with many positives, though a few areas need attention. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfy, and the housekeeping team excelled daily. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly the brilliant entertainment team and Mario at the pool bar, whose cheerful demeanor made us feel very welcome. They truly represent the hotel well. The location suited us perfectly, situated between Sa Coma and Cala Millor, about a 15-minute walk to either resort with their lovely sandy beaches. However, do note that the hotel isn't closer to a sandy beach than this, despite some descriptions suggesting otherwise. Breakfast was enjoyable every morning with ample variety, but the evening meals were a letdown. The options were limited, the dishes often lacked flavor, and occasionally some items were undercooked. Despite giving it another try, our group opted to eat out for the remainder of the holiday after the second evening, resulting in significant extra costs even though we had paid for half board. One unfortunate occurrence during our stay was spotting a rat on the hotel grounds a couple of times, which later ended up in the pool. To the hotel’s credit, they swiftly addressed the issue, removing the rat immediately and treating the pool before reopening it. All in all, we had a great holiday thanks to the excellent staff, cozy rooms, and the hotel's ideal location. Still, the quality of evening meals was a big disappointment. If the food matched the high standards of the rest of the hotel, this would undoubtedly have been a five-star experience.

What an amazing experience this was! The hotel was spotless, the staff incredibly friendly, the facilities well-kept, and the food selection excellent—especially impressive given that I'm a picky vegetarian! The area was beautifully scenic, offering attractions for all ages. Cala Bona, along with the leisurely walk into Cala Millor, had the perfect mix of everything. It was easy to find beachside bars with available seats for cocktails or enjoy sing-alongs at various entertaining shows hosted by hotels and bars. We went on a boat trip combined with swimming in the sea and even rented a car to explore the area ourselves. Every activity was breathtaking and a ton of fun. Though we only stayed for 4 days, the experience felt like two weeks in the best possible way—a truly memorable adventure. Room Tip: For a quieter experience, pick rooms starting with 129/229/329/429/529/629/729 that offer either beach or street views (the beach view is obviously better). These are positioned to the side of the hotel. The rooms in the central block face the courtyard with nightly entertainment. Great if you enjoy watching cover bands until 11 PM, but not ideal for relaxing on your balcony. Pool-view rooms lack privacy as they overlook a lively bar—not something I'd want to hear until midnight daily!

A very good family experience where the hotel staff provided excellent attention, with special mention to Pablo, the entertainment manager. Pablo was constantly attentive, ensuring that guests always had something to do and stayed entertained.

Just got back from an amazing 10-day self-catering holiday here with my two daughters, aged 20 and 18. We stayed in room 5204 overlooking the pools. The room was very spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and the cleaner, who came twice a week, did a fantastic job (on two days they don’t clean, but that’s no issue). The hotel itself is lovely, with friendly and helpful staff. The sunbed situation was great—we weren’t picky about where we sat, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available together. We ate twice at the snack bar, and the food was really delicious. Prices for both food and drinks were reasonable. There’s a Suma supermarket not far from the hotel, which has nearly everything you'd need, including a fresh bakery section with excellent pastries, baguettes, and bread rolls. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and if you take a 30-minute walk, you'll reach Cala Millor, which offers even more options. Highly recommend the Pirate Show—it includes collection and drop-off at the hotel. The journey is a bit long, but it’s well worth it. Our bus rep, Saul, was absolutely brilliant—what a character! He kept us entertained with his humor, Spanish lessons, and singing during the trip. Overall, it was a fantastic holiday. If I were the type to return to the same hotel, I’d definitely come back here, but I prefer exploring new places.

We traveled as a group of 11 to this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and we stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for my family of six. It was ideally located near the toddler pool and main pool. The apartment was spacious with two decent-sized bedrooms and a pull-out sofa bed. A kettle, microwave, and fridge in the room were perfect for preparing our 1-year-old's milk. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had a toilet, sink, bath, and shower. Our second-floor balcony was small but sufficient, offering a lovely view of the pools. This hotel is fantastic for kids, with a huge main pool, separate toddler pool, and a kids' slide pool. On the other side of the hotel, the splash park was amazing. There's also a small arcade, inflatables, trampolines at night, inflatable water zorbs, a water running mat, tennis courts, and football pitches. Additional amenities include an ice cream shop and two stores selling essentials and souvenirs. Dining options feature two main restaurants, a snack bar, two additional bars, and a snack bar at the splash park. Beverage options were great, with self-serve stations offering branded fizzy drinks like Pepsi, as well as tea, coffee, hot chocolate, beer, and wine. Although the bar queues were a bit long during nighttime entertainment, they moved fairly quickly. The food, however, was a downside. While there was plenty of variety, the food in the restaurants was often lukewarm and repetitive. The main snack bar, open all day until midnight, was better, with food usually served warm. We only used the splash park snack bar briefly for drinks, so I can’t comment much on the food there. The entertainment we caught was quite poor, but it didn’t bother us as we made our own fun. They also had nightly bingo sessions. The hotel's location was perfect for us. It was about a 30-minute walk to the town center, which we enjoyed, or we’d take a taxi for a few euros. Sa Coma town center was charming, with just enough activity to enjoy without being too busy. Cala Millor, a larger town, was a bit further but easily accessible by taxi. The free shuttle road train to the town center was a nice perk, dropping us at a beautiful sandy beach. However, it was very popular and often crowded, so we only used it a couple of times. Overall, we had an incredible holiday here and look forward to returning one day.

Returned to this charming family-run hotel once more and were absolutely delighted. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The cleanliness was exceptional, the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The balcony had a great size, offering perfect views. Food was abundant and delicious. Honestly, there is nothing to fault about this place. It's in an excellent location near restaurants, bars, the beach, shopping areas, and even close to bus stops.
