An Exceptional Hotel Experience Beyond Five Stars
If I could rate this hotel beyond five stars, I absolutely would. It’s the most stunning place I’ve ever stayed, both in its literal beauty and the unparalleled service provided by the staff. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the local area and stroll into the charming town of Capdepera. The castle overlooking the town and hotel adds an enchanting, timeless feel to the setting.
Our room, number 214, was simply spectacular! It featured a private conservatory and terrace with a double sun bed and hot tub. Relaxing there while taking in the mountain views or gazing at the castle, with swifts flying overhead, was unforgettable. Though I didn’t get a peek at the other rooms, the hotel’s overall aesthetic suggests that all 27 rooms are equally exquisite. As a converted convent, the renovation work was done with remarkable sensitivity. The bar and indoor pool near the spa, with their intricate stained glass details, are breathtaking, and even the font from the convent has been creatively incorporated into the décor.
The food was nothing short of divine. Dinner in particular stood out—it was among the finest meals we’ve ever had. And I can’t write this review without highlighting the staff: polite, kind, knowledgeable, and attentive, yet never intrusive.
