Finally, I posed at the iconic hand sculpture in Ksamil, located right on Ksamil Beach. It’s a very picturesque and popular attraction, so there was quite a long queue—we waited around 30 minutes for our turn. Everyone was taking amazing photos there, and it was definitely worth the wait. The sculpture is right on the beach, making it a must-visit photo spot in Ksamil. Tip: Make sure to plan enough time for photos here. Unless you go early in the morning or later in the evening, it gets very crowded during the summer. Waiting times can easily go over an hour, so it’s best to plan your visit accordingly if you want a photo at the hand sculpture.

If you’re planning a trip to Albania, especially Ksamil, I would recommend avoiding the busiest period from July to September, as it can get quite crowded. Visiting in the shoulder season allows you to enjoy the beaches, scenery, and overall experience in a much more relaxed way.

A hotel just minutes from Tirana Airport, easily accessible by car. It's a great choice with pleasant spaces, especially the restaurant where we enjoyed a very good breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside is the location in the industrial area, like other nearby hotels, due to the airport being adjacent to this zone. However, it's very close to main roads leading to Saranda and Ksamil. Parking is right in front of the entrance. The staff was incredibly kind.
