I chose this place because it was described as one that makes you fall in love... and it’s true. Simple yet equipped with everything—kindness, cleanliness, and relaxation. Our room was in front of the pool, allowing us to truly unwind even with two kids. We won’t forget the sweetness of Mrs. Fatia with our little one, and Mrs. Lissy, who recommended amazing spots to visit. Thank you, wonderful Mallorca!

This was my second visit here, and the location is absolutely perfect—quiet, but only a two-minute walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. The pool was peaceful and almost deserted for most of the day in the middle of June. The rooms were clean, with comfortable sofas and beds. My only critique would be that the kitchen equipment is quite limited.

A charming and welcoming hotel situated between Cala Millor and Sa Coma. The junior suite featured two sofas, a TV, a small fridge, a kettle, and complimentary tea and coffee sachets. There was also a small balcony equipped with a drinks table and two chairs. The bathroom offered a spacious walk-in shower, a compact hairdryer, and provided soap and shower gel. Towels were replaced as needed. The bedroom had excellent storage space, two single beds that were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were cleaned daily, maintaining a spotless environment throughout the hotel. The pool area was delightful and well-maintained, with ample space and a pool bar serving a good selection of food and drinks. The restaurant offered a fantastic variety of breakfast options, and the evening meals were fresh, abundant, and replenished frequently. The staff were highly efficient, adding to the great experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations, making it an easy choice to recommend and visit again. Well done to the team!

The hotel’s location is excellent—close to bus stops, shops, and not far from the beach. It seems mainly oriented towards kids, with plenty of activities for them, which was fantastic. The animation team was exceptional! Max was very kind, always smiling, and engaging kids in small conversations. Zoe was full of energy, giving her all even under the hot sun with her dancing and jumping—she was amazing. The mini disco was mostly in German, but since it’s dancing, it didn’t really matter. The staff could speak English, German, and Spanish, and the reception team was always helpful. The kids' club offered a variety of entertaining activities for children. There were also plenty of activities for adults, including free bike hire, mini-golf, and tennis. Families with kids will surely enjoy staying here. The main pool wasn’t very large but wasn’t overcrowded in May/June. There’s also a smaller kids’ pool and a splash area, plus another splash area and trampolines right next to the hotel, free of charge. The only downside was the food. While it was tasty with plenty of variety to choose from, most dishes were served cold—even fresh plates brought out by staff weren’t hot. Despite this, the variety and flavor were great. The rooms and surrounding areas were clean and well-maintained. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay.

We stayed at these apartments in June for 10 nights. The location was excellent, close to the beach, shops, bars, and within walking distance of the supermarket. The apartment was clean and spacious. We ended up sleeping in the living room on the sofas instead of the beds because we couldn't feel the air conditioning there, but honestly, the sofas were very comfortable. The pool was small but never felt overcrowded, and the grounds were clean throughout our stay. The reception team was helpful and answered any questions we had. I would definitely stay at these apartments again. The kitchen was basic but provided everything we needed. Being familiar with Sa Coma as I’ve been there multiple times, I found the location ideal. We ate at the Happy Bar nearby, which was great, especially since the Wednesday evening market stalls were just across the way.

We spent a lovely, relaxing week at Protur Playa while traveling with the in-laws, feeling somewhat apprehensive since we hadn't chosen the hotel ourselves. However, we couldn't find any faults. From the warm cava welcome at check-in to our departure, we enjoyed every moment. The hotel is modern and impeccably clean. Our room faced the sea, was well-equipped, and cleaned daily. While we usually avoid buffets and dine out, the outstanding food quality and variety kept us mostly eating in. The staff were consistently friendly, and the location was ideal for leisurely walks along the promenade. If being picky, the rooms could use more storage like drawers or shelves, though we managed fine for a week. Another issue was people reserving sunbeds early but not using them, though we always found one. We would definitely return.

I am so glad we chose S'Illot as our base—far less spoiled than Sa Coma and Cala Millor. The Brisa Marina exceeded all our expectations. Our main criterion was an Adults Only hotel, but we ended up finding a little gem: not too big, stylish, and modern. The hotel had nice facilities, including a charming terrace and a peaceful pool area that never felt overcrowded. Our top-floor room offered a stunning view along the entire coast and was surprisingly quiet, even though it was right on the seafront. Breakfast was incredible—fresh, high-quality hot and cold options, freshly cooked items, and beautifully displayed in small quantities regularly replenished. This probably helps reduce waste too, which I appreciated. And now, the best part: the staff. For the first time in all our trips to Spain or its islands, we felt a genuine friendliness and warmth. The dining room and housekeeping staff were great, but the reception team—wow. Julia and Tania were phenomenal, always going above and beyond. They even served at the small, reasonably priced bar, sometimes delivering drinks to our table when possible. Tania, in particular, is one of the main reasons we will undoubtedly return. Just got back from Cala Millor Gardens, and overall, we had a fantastic stay with only a few small things that could’ve made it perfect. Starting with the positives—great location! Exit the hotel, turn right, then right again, and you’re at the beach in just two minutes. Renting two beds, an umbrella, and a safe box costs 20 euros. The pedestrianized town center is on the right of the hotel, offering lovely walks to Cala Bona and Sa Coma. Our room overlooked scrubland, giving us the chance to watch hot air balloons going up for three nights at about 8 PM—such a treat. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. The food was hot, varied, and had themed nights. Cocktail choices were excellent. The animation team was very enthusiastic and worked hard to entertain the guests. On the downside, tea/coffee-making facilities in the room would have been nice, as the teabags in the restaurant were the worst I’ve ever tried. Some dishes at dinner weren’t replenished, and spoiled fruit was sometimes mixed with fresher fruit instead of being discarded. One morning, I had to wait for the chef to get off his phone before he made my omelette. Additionally, the two unisex toilets by the pool bar weren’t cleaned during the day—by lunchtime, the floor was dirty and wet, and there were no paper hand towels. Entertainment-wise, we attended three nights of acrobats (one would’ve sufficed), DJ music, a quiz we enjoyed, a soul singer who wasn’t great, and karaoke. The next week’s lineup seemed better. Despite my few criticisms, we truly did enjoy our time here and are open to coming back again!

Definitely worth considering if you're visiting the Island with family and young kids. The service is outstanding. Housekeeping did a wonderful job, and the restaurant service was fantastic. Having worked in hospitality for 15 years, I can say they’re fortunate to have such an amazing team handling breakfast service. Reception was very professional and kind, helping us with everything we needed. Big kudos to the Animation Team—they were fantastic with the kids and refreshingly not pushy or loud about encouraging activities, unlike what you might experience at other hotels. We had a wonderful time! The only puzzling part was seeing people reserve sunbeds at 6-7 am, despite plenty of free ones available throughout the day.

They have a 5-star team that made our stay very enjoyable. All the staff were extremely friendly, including the lifeguard (Mónica), the entertainers (Alexander, Fran, Ana, and Mike), the waiters, receptionists, and the rest of the team. Thank you! ☺️✨

Everything was absolutely fantastic! We stayed for a week and had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly lovely and friendly, with Fran, Mike, and Jefferson standing out in particular. I highly recommend HM Mar Blau to anyone planning a trip to Cala Millor. The food offered great variety with fun themed nights. From the moment we arrived until the very end, we were made to feel truly welcome. Be sure not to miss the water aerobics—it’s a must!

We had an amazing time here; it was truly relaxing. The entertainment was top-notch—each of the four entertainers had such perfect personalities. The gym suited me well, and the kids' pool was absolutely ideal for my daughter. The location offered two great spots to visit. But it was the entertainment staff who truly stood out, making my daughter’s holiday so memorable. She spent most days in the pool, up to 5 hours, and the mini disco along with kids' pool games became the highlights of our trip. The hotel felt intimate—not overly big or crowded—while still offering fantastic facilities, including a handy late-night shop. All the staff were accommodating, albeit check-in at midnight took longer than expected—but it wasn’t a major issue.

We (a group of three) stayed here in mid-June on an all-inclusive package and found the hotel to be excellent overall. The food was very good, and the room quality was satisfactory for the price we paid. There were a few ants, but it wasn’t too bothersome. However, there were some hidden costs: using the safe costs 15 euros per day plus a 25-euro deposit, not all drinks are included in the all-inclusive package (e.g., Malibu and branded drinks), and some food items from the ‘food truck’ require payment. The entertainment team (Fran, Mike, and Ana) was fantastic, engaging us in activities like water polo, shuffleboard, aqua aerobics, and a kids disco—even though we’re rather stubborn 18-year-olds. Participating in these activities turned out to be very rewarding, and we even made some new friends. One downside to note is the location—you’ll need to walk about 30 minutes to reach the main shops, bars, and beaches. Additionally, if you’re looking for adventure activities like jet skiing or boat trips, the options nearby are limited and tend to be expensive. Instead, we opted for a safari trip, which was highly enjoyable. Unfortunately, we had a small issue with reception towards the end of our trip. The night before checkout, we were told we could book a late checkout room in the morning, only to find out the next day that none were available. While this was understandable, it was misleading to be told otherwise. They did allow us to use the spa showers, but according to the others in our group, the setup was very open, so they had to shower in swimsuits.

We arrived around 2:30-3:00am for a girls' holiday, and check-in was made very smooth for us. We quickly got to our room, which was lovely and perfectly sized for our all-inclusive stay. The food was fantastic, with the best variety available at dinner. The pool area was excellent, and as a group of three, we always managed to secure sun loungers. The entertainment was consistently great (special thanks to Fran, Mike, and Anna), and they even learned our names during our stay. Check-out was hassle-free, and we were allowed to store our bags at the hotel. We made the most of the drinks on our last day before leaving in the evening.

We spent the day as a family to celebrate my husband's birthday. The service was excellent, and the food was exquisite. Thanks to Mar and her team, including Carmen, Jorge, Moni the lifeguard, Joel, and all the staff who are always attentive to every detail to make each guest's stay as pleasant as possible. We had a lovely 4-night stay here. The hotel was nice, and though the pool was small, it was adequate for outdoor relaxation without any hassle for sunbeds. Our room felt a bit tired but was clean. The only drawback was the terrace, which had many ants, so we avoided sitting there. The Spar shop within the hotel was well-stocked for self-catering and reasonably priced. We had lunch there a couple of times, and the food was decent, though we mostly ate out. A thoughtful gesture from the hotel was leaving a bottle of Prosecco and a note for Gary’s birthday—thank you! The staff were all very pleasant and friendly. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk along the beach to Cala Millor, which was a nice stroll. Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for the time we stayed!

Back for the fourth time with the kids (9- and 12-year-old boys)! Since our visit in 2024, we’ve noticed the upgrades. We were lucky to get a refurbished room—absolutely stunning! So glad the kitchen section was removed. Midway through our week, we had to switch rooms due to a bathroom water leak, but that was understandable after all the renovations. We were moved to another new room, so no big drama. The staff handled it wonderfully. The new sunbeds at the waterpark are lovely, and the pizza has finally been updated—it’s delicious. The new cup token system around the pool keeps things much cleaner than before. We met some amazing people, and the kids had an absolute blast as always. There were brilliant activities all day and top-notch entertainment all night. My only gripe was that the cocktails have changed, and the juice for mixers now comes from a self-serve machine. To fix this, I just bought juice from the supermarket and stored it in the mini fridge. Despite this minor issue, I absolutely love this hotel, and so do the kids. I truly hope we can return next year. We visited the Holiday Village in Ibiza last year, and while it’s stunning, I just love the Globales Bouganvilla.

We spent 12 days at Torreblanco, booking a family apartment located in the Pollenca block through the hotel's website. The apartment itself was spacious but could benefit from some renovations—specifically the bathroom with its bathtub and outdated shower curtain. Nevertheless, it was clean and functional. The property is beautifully laid out with double-story buildings and a pleasant pool area equipped with plenty of loungers. During our stay, loungers were almost never reserved, which was refreshing. The staff was very friendly, with a helpful and professional reception desk. Everything met our expectations. The all-inclusive concept is well-executed. However, the breakfast lacked variety, offering the same fried eggs, cold cuts, cheese, bread, and rolls each morning—a bit more diversity would be appreciated. On the other hand, lunch and dinner were tasty and fairly varied, exceeding expectations for a 3-star hotel.

This was our third visit to this hotel, and it remains our favorite spot for relaxation. The check-in process always feels like a VIP experience, and this time, Alvaro stood out with his warm welcome and quick solution when the room we booked wasn't available. Seeing many familiar staff members speaks volumes about how well management treats its team. The activities team also deserves recognition, especially Marianna, who perfectly balances engaging guests with giving them space to relax. She's also an amazing bartender, which enhances the overall experience. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam bath were nearly always empty, giving us the sense of a private wellness retreat. Sleep quality remains a top highlight; it’s the ideal place to unwind. We noticed our room had a shower instead of a bathtub, likely due to updated bathrooms — a much-appreciated improvement. Another upgrade was relocating the pool bar to create space for more sunbeds, which was a smart move. However, the recurring issue of guests reserving sunbeds with towels continues. We eventually followed suit after a few days. One suggestion for improvement: light ambient music around the pool would enhance the daytime atmosphere, as not everyone prefers using earbuds. We stayed in the 1201–1208 section this time, and the cleaning service there was exceptional. The cleaning lady responsible did an impeccable job and truly deserves recognition. We’re already looking forward to our next visit next year!

I just returned from an amazing week at the Hip-hotel Mediterraneo in Sa Coma. We arrived late, but check-in was smooth, with a personal escort to our room and a cold buffet since we missed dinner. The room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We upgraded to a higher standard room with a sea view, which was superb in every way—even featuring a super king-size bed! The air conditioning was perfect, complemented by a ceiling fan to maintain a comfortable temperature. The food options were outstanding, catering to every taste, even for picky eaters, and never felt repetitive. Although the buffet was busy, you quickly adapt to navigating the crowd. Entertainment was generally enjoyable, with variety and nearby options for those seeking a change. The beach right outside was beautiful, complete with a lovely beach bar and plenty of umbrellas. Throughout the resort, the standards were superb, matched by the exceptional service from the team members. The atmosphere was peaceful, with a diverse mix of ages and nationalities—no loud or disruptive guests, making it ideal for relaxation. Plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas were available without any issues. In our view, this is a five-star resort and we’re already planning to return in September.

For just £380 per person for 5 nights, this hotel offers good value. If you're expecting a 5-star experience with exceptional food and rooms, you'd need to spend over £1000 per person. It’s clean and decent for the price. While they use plastic cups by the pool, which makes sense, glasses are provided in the restaurant. · *Pros:** The hotel is pleasant, with simple but adequate rooms. Beds are comfy, and there's air conditioning or heating as needed. The pool is lovely, and food is available throughout the day, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening snacks. It’s conveniently close to shops, a supermarket, and the beach (a 10-minute walk). Nearby towns like S'illot and Cala Millor are also accessible. Cleaners provide fresh towels as often as needed. The staff is friendly and cheerful, and there are activities for kids and adults, plus music around the pool—though it’s occasionally loud, which I didn’t mind. The free shuttle to the beach is a bonus, and the beach itself is stunning with sandy shores and turquoise waters. · *Cons:** Rooms are prone to bugs, likely entering through gaps in the door or a bathroom window that couldn’t shut—though this might just have been an issue with our room. The sunbeds are packed too tightly together. There’s no drinks menu, so you have to ask, and cocktails come from a machine. Alcohol isn’t branded, but it didn’t bother me. The food was okay but repetitive, so we ended up dining outside. I could tolerate it, but my picky 19-year-old struggled a bit. Thankfully, there’s a large supermarket (similar to Tesco) nearby for alternatives.

My friend and I initially stayed at a different hotel near Sa Coma but had a terrible experience, so we switched to the Blue Sea Gran Playa for the last 4 nights of our trip, booking a junior suite apartment. The apartment was perfect. We had a ground floor unit with a spacious terrace overlooking the quiet pool area. Inside, the apartment was roomy, featuring one bedroom, a bathroom, and a lounge area with a small kitchen that included a fridge, a large TV with plenty of channels, and a coffee machine. There were plenty of sunbeds available without the need to reserve them. The apartment complex was separate from the main hotel, so for alcoholic drinks, we had to cross the road to the main bar, where a €2 deposit was required for plastic cups for all-inclusive beverages. However, the apartment area had its own drink stations offering soft drinks, tea, coffee, and pastries throughout the day. The all-inclusive food was excellent, with a wide range of choices, including meat, fish, pasta, salads, vegetables, cheeses, fruits, and desserts. The restaurant staff did a great job of keeping the food fresh and tables cleared. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome during check-in. The evening entertainment included a kids' mini-disco, bingo, karaoke, and live singers. The complex was ideally located close to the beach, shops, and restaurants along Sa Coma's main strip. Sa Coma beach itself is stunning, with sunbeds and parasols available for hire at reasonable prices for the whole day. We highly recommend this hotel/apartment complex for couples, friends, and families looking for a pleasant holiday experience.

This hotel is fantastic! We stayed in early May as a couple in our late 20s without kids, and we had an amazing time. It's one of the best all-inclusive hotels we've ever experienced. The staff are the highlight—they're friendly, helpful, and always making sure everything is perfect. After every meal, plates were promptly cleared, and they always had a smile, ensuring a stress-free experience. The hotel was impeccably clean. Our maid consistently checked if we wanted the room cleaned and would greet us warmly, even remembering our room number. The overall cleanliness of the property was noticeable, with even the managers walking around to ensure everything was spotless and running smoothly. The food was outstanding—the best we've had at any hotel. There was always a variety, and it was consistently served hot. The pizza in particular was amazing! There were plenty of options for seating, whether indoors or outdoors, which made dining even more enjoyable. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already planning to come back. The location is perfect, and the exceptional staff make it unforgettable. They are highly trained and attentive, making everyone’s experience remarkable. Even though we didn’t travel with kids, we could see how great the staff was with children, going above and beyond to keep them entertained and help parents out. Overall, it was a brilliant stay. Do not hesitate to book—it’s well worth it!

We had a great time as an older couple staying at this hotel, albeit only on a B&B basis. On our first morning, I felt the restaurant lacked organization—milk wasn’t placed near the breakfast cereal, yogurts were at the opposite end, eggs were in a completely different area, and hot food was available on both sides. However, when we started going to breakfast earlier in the following days, it was quieter and much easier to navigate. I imagine during high season the restaurant could be chaotic. That said, the children’s food station was fantastic for the little ones, and the hotel was lovely and quiet at night. This family-oriented hotel is ideal for young children. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and ours overlooked the pool area. While the pool was very cold since it’s not heated, they do offer an indoor pool as an alternative. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends with young children. The beach and entire resort are extremely child-friendly.

We spent our first wedding anniversary here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a last-minute trip, and our first time visiting Sa Coma. Despite arriving late at night, the beautifully lit pool made a wonderful first impression. A thoughtful surprise awaited us in our room—a note and some treats to mark our anniversary, which we greatly appreciated. The cleanliness of both the room and hotel was impeccable throughout our stay. Being a 3-star hotel, we didn’t expect luxury, and while the room felt a bit dated, the shower was powerful, there was always hot water, and housekeeping kept everything spotless and well-maintained. The food wasn’t always to our taste, but as we weren’t in England, we didn’t expect English cuisine. There was plenty of variety at every meal, and we never went hungry. The only issue we had was that water wasn’t included in the all-inclusive package. While unlimited soft and alcoholic drinks were provided, bottled water had to be purchased from a vending machine at €3 per bottle. This might be challenging for families with children, as free options were limited to fizzy drinks or diluted juice from a machine. The entertainment team was incredible and worked remarkably hard. Most of the evening entertainment catered to children, so there wasn’t much targeting adults, though this setup may be ideal for families. Overall, we had an amazing holiday experience and would happily return. A big thanks to the staff for making our first anniversary so special.
