There are a few restaurants and cafés that serve healthy soups, salad, poke bowls, or steaks in the heart of Bangkok . Getfresh at Samyan Mitrtown Department Store is one of these restaurants that you can find fresh vegetable salad, different kinds of soups, and healthy breakfast sets. This restaurant is located on the first floor of the store. It's large and can seat many people. As I was not feeling well on the day of my visit, I ordered the chicken Cesar salad and pumpkin soup hoping to feel better. You can choose from 3 different sizes of salad. The smallest bowl is around 160 baht. The pumpkin soup is around 100 baht.
