🌟 If it weren't for a friend nearby who told me, I wouldn't have known that such a low-key yet powerful Japanese restaurant, TSUMUGI, had opened near my home. I definitely had to try it out given the proximity! I came in the evening, and I really loved the atmosphere here! As soon as I entered, I felt like I was immersed in a Japanese garden, it was an instant hit haha! The dishes are quite creative and also incorporate the essence of Western cuisine. Beef Cubes with Crispy Corn Shell The crispy corn shell is filled with fragrant beef cubes, garnished with green onions. The taste and texture are layered, making it a great appetizer. Seared Salmon with Mustard Miso The fresh salmon is even more delicious after being seared, and the cooking is just right, making it very tender! The presentation also incorporates Western styles, which is quite eye-catching! Australian Beef Fillet with Ginger Teriyaki Sauce The quality of the beef fillet is top-notch, and it's tender to the point of melting in your mouth. Paired with ginger teriyaki sauce, the overall flavor is elevated to a new level haha! This is what eating meat is all about! Shrimp Vegetable Tempura Shrimp, or 'ebi' haha, is just right in this tempura. The batter is evenly thick, and once served, you can mix the radish puree and sauce before dipping. It's recommended to eat it while it's hot for the best taste and texture haha! Eel Rice The container is very aesthetically pleasing. When you open the lid, it's filled with eel rice, very substantial. The eel is tender and flavorful, and even better with the sauce, each bite is satisfying haha! Colorful Bento Full of creativity🈵️! I never thought Colorful could be presented like this! There are four different kinds, each with a different taste and texture! I personally prefer the raspberry one, which is especially suitable after a meal, with a moderate level of sourness and sweetness that can cut through the greasiness! ✅ Environment & Service: I have to admit, the restaurant's storefront design is really exquisite. After nightfall, the ambient lights come on, and a casual photo in front of the storefront is like a masterpiece. The interior environment is also noteworthy, with a view at every step – it's not an exaggeration to say so. There are also several small private rooms suitable for group dining, and the choice and arrangement of plants are just right! The service is also good, very enthusiastic!
