Shanxi Trip 1

Shanxi Trip 1 I set off early in the morning to Beijing North Station, taking the G2529 high-speed train to start my free trip to Shanxi. The important itinerary of this trip is to fulfill my two long-standing wishes. The first is Mount Heng, the last of the Five Great Mountains, and the second is Mount Wutai, one of the Five Great Buddhist Mountains, which I missed several times due to unforeseen circumstances. With this trip, I will have visited all of the Five Great Mountains of the motherland—Mount Tai in the east, Mount Hua in the west, Mount Song in the center, Mount Heng in the south, Mount Heng in the north—as well as the Five Great Buddhist Mountains—Mount Emei, Mount Jiuhua, Mount Putuo, Mount Fanjing, and Mount Wutai. That will be quite an accomplishment!
