Wat Phra Thad Doi Phra Yarn It is a temple located on Doi Phra Yarn, Mae Tha District, Lampang Province. It is a sacred place and a beautiful view point of Lampang. Inside the temple is contained the Loard Buddha relic that is over 100 years old, which is another place of worship for the people of Lampang including landmarks Great Buddha Daibutsu, the large green Buddha image in Japanese art with a lap size of 14 meters, which is a meditation posture, covering the robes that open the chest. His eyes looked down outstandingly beautiful on the top of the mountain. The best time to visit is durint November to February in Winter time. You will feel to 18 - 25 degree and enjoy the cold climate on the top of the hill.
