This typical Tibetan style garden in Norbulingka has been expanded for more than 200 years. The whole park covers an area of 360,000 square meters. There are more than 100 kinds of plants in the park, not only the common flowers and trees in the Lhasa area, but also transplanted from the mainland or The precious flowers introduced from abroad are more exotic flowers and plants from the north and south of the Himalayas. It is called the Plateau Botanical Garden. The garden layout of Loblinka not only has the characteristics of Tibet, but also draws on the traditional methods of gardening in the interior, using buildings, rocks, water surfaces and forests to create different artistic conceptions. Figure 5 shows the Lake Heart Palace built during the Eighth Dalai Lama. Although the lake has dried up when we visited, it is not difficult to see that it combines the skills of the Han area. Although Norbulingka is not as famous as the Potala Palace, as a summertime residence of the Dalai Lama in the Tibetan area, the flowery garden of Norbulingka is definitely worth savoring. .
