Oban...A Scottish Painting Town!

Location: Oban, the West coast of Scotland. Getting there: Take the train from Glasgow Queen Street, Inverness or Fort William station. You could also drive there. Oban has the McCaig tower sitting on top of the hill. This looks like the coliseum in Rome and when you stand beside it, you can see the beautiful town of Oban and the sea looking out towards the islands. Oban also has excellent fresh sea food. Walk five minutes from the train station to find sellers with lots of crab, shrimp and scallops. Yummy. #oban
