Address: universal studios Singapore 8 Sentosa Gateway, 098269 tb to this Naruto experience at the Naruto gallery pop up cafe. I get to try the Ichiraku ramen again. It's 22 dollars for a bowl of Ichiraku ramen and comes with a Naruto cut out. There are different characters on the wall of the restaurant. It is on the level two of the building opposite Sesame street spaghetti space chase. I saw many people getting their drinks.
