They specialize in mala and rice noodles, with customers being able to customise their spiciness levels and preferred ingredients in the broth. I went for the lowest level of spice given that I’m not one to be able to tolerate spice, while my husband went for the mild spice level, one level higher than mine. Wow, I couldn’t even take the lowest level! The soup is flavourful though, next time I’ll ask for no spice at all.
