Unlike Teochew-style Braised Duck, Yong Peng Duck Noodles’ version is darker and has a stronger aroma. It’s a family-owned business. The owners have been serving their delicious duck dishes for generations, and their expertise has made them a local favorite! The ducks are braised for at least 3 hours using a unique blend of over 20 Chinese herbs and spices. The result is succulent meat that pairs well with rice or noodles.
