🌄🌅🌄🌅 sea of fog has arrived 🌄🌅🌄🌅
Pha Mor E Daeng is an important sea of fog viewing point
in Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province
It is located in Khao Phra Wihan National Park
It is a steep cliff that separates Thailand and Cambodia. Pha Mor E Daeng is famous for its viewpoint
One of the beautiful scenery in the northeastern region and you can see the sea of fog with the sunrise in the morning
The highlight of Pha Mor E Daeng is the ancient bas-relief carvings that are over 1,500 years old, all of which are important in
history that is worth studying
The best season and time to come to see the sea of fog
is the end of the rainy season, the beginning of the cold season (September - November) because during this time there will be moisture that has accumulated from the rainy season and then meets the cold wind, making it easy to create a sea of fog. It is recommended to come
Early in the morning, arrive at the park around 6 am. If it is after this, the sun will be very bright and the sun will rise very early. And if you look from Pha Mor E Daeng, you will see a forest below that is still lush.
Entrance fee is 40 baht per person.
🏖️Environment/Facilities: There is a parking lot, toilets, shops, and coffee shops ready to serve you.
⏰ Open from 05.00-16.00 hrs.

Piti Farm Cafe & Glamping, Pha Mor E Daeng
🏡📍👉🏻 Piti Farm (Pha Mor E Daeng) 🏕️👍🏻🔥👌🏻
I give it 5 stars. I've stayed there. The new accommodation is ok. All the staffs provide good service. It's probably the closest to the entrance of Khao Phra Wihan National Park. The food tastes average, not too strong or too weak (but I personally like spicy food). The price is a bit expensive because I personally think that at this price level (for 4 people but 2 people stay), there should be a beautiful view to wake up to this view. There is a private bathroom or a better design and decoration (when entering, the cement wall feels like a house). But the room is not bad. There are lights in the tent. The bed is very soft. The blanket is warm. It's not hot. The small fan is a bit loud. I recommend going in the evening or with your head up to take beautiful pictures.
(It's quiet at night. Listen to the sounds of nature, crickets and frogs. In the morning, you have to wake up to the sound of cars running very loudly because Tent 1 is next to the road with a pond separating it.)
Breakfast is the best!
- The atmosphere is good, airy, and comfortable. There are a lot of trees. It's comfortable to sit and relax at night.
- There are many accommodations to choose from. Camping style
- Many delicious foods
- Plenty of parking
👉🏻Shop opens from 07.00 - 22.00 hrs. Kitchen closes at 21.00 hrs.
🔥The camp has a rule to refrain from making noise after 22.00 hrs.🔥

Pha Mor E Daeng, Sisaket
Pha Mor E Daeng, Sisaket Province
🌅 is a steep cliff that separates Thailand and Cambodia. The entire length of Pha Mor E Daeng is about 300 meters. It is a viewpoint that offers a wide view of the land of Cambodia below. It is popular to come here to watch the sunrise in the morning and the sea of fog in Sisaket Province.
🗿 At Pha Mor E Daeng, there are bas-reliefs of three people: Shiva, Uma, and Narayana in Cambodian clothing. They were built before the Preah Vihear Temple in the middle of the 11th century and are approximately 1,500 years old. The stone carvings are beautiful and magical, especially in the morning when the sunlight shines down on the image, making it look even more charming.

Pha Mo I Daeng
Entering the rainy season 🌨️🌦️
.. Today, I visited Pha Mo I Daeng again after many years.
🚗 The road from Kantharalak district to Pha Mo I Daeng is a good two-lane road, making the drive comfortable.
.. According to the information I have, this place is open to the public from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
.. There are quite a few shops and stalls within the Pha Mo I Daeng area.
🍚🍽️ There is enough food available... I arrived around 4 PM and paid a vehicle fee of 40 baht and an entrance fee of 30 baht per person.
.. Although I haven't been here for a long time, there have been many improvements... plenty of parking... the view is still beautiful as ever... but the path to Khao Phra Wihan is no longer available.
⛺⛺ I checked out the camping area behind the park office... the camping ground is quite good... restrooms and toilets... cooking area... parking area are well organized.
.. On the day I visited, there were two groups of tourists camping.
It's perfect for a nature trip... camping by the lake... if you have a chance, come and relax here.
Prasat Don Tual, Khao Phra Wihan National Park
Those who climb Pha Mor E Daeng will see a sign to turn left to Prasat Don Tual (on the left). On the way back down from Pha Mor E Daeng, I had time so I stopped by to take a look. I drove along the main road. It was quite far (so far that I thought I was going to Cambodia or not). Finally, at the end of the road, I found a castle with a parking lot. At the end of the road, there was a base of operations for the Border Patrol Police. When I saw the castle, I felt indifferent. There was only one castle. But if you walk a little further, there will be a viewpoint on a cliff that is just as beautiful as Khao Phra Wihan. And there are fewer people. I don't know if there will be a sea of fog in the morning. If I have the chance, I will come back here to see it again.

Prasat Preah Vihear
#familytrips2024 Preah Vihear Temple is amazing and an absolutely must-see. Upon arrival at the bottom there’s ticket office (10$) and then will need transportation up the mountain which can be arranged there too. The view and the temples on the top is indeed worth the trip.Just 2 hours from Koh Ker.. and 3.5 hours away from Siem Reap . this temple called "Temple in the Sky" can be done from Siem Reap one one day.. a popular tour by 4WD fir those short of time .. but best is 2 days, one night combined with Koh Ker or 3 days coming with The great Preah Khan of Khampong Svay. A most amazing temple. Worth the effort and cost to visit.
