Steamed to Perfection: Halal Din Tai Fung at Midvalley JB
#malaysiatrip
My lunch at Halal Din Tai Fung in Midvalley JB was a masterclass in steamed goodness! The Xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) were a highlight, with delicate wrappers and a savory broth that left me wanting more. The Prawn Wanton was another steamed sensation, with a tender and flavorful filling. The Lava Custard Pau was a sweet and indulgent treat, oozing with warm custard goodness. And the Egg Fried Rice was a satisfying side, cooked to perfection. Halal Din Tai Fung's attention to detail and commitment to quality makes it a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Taiwanese cuisine in JB. A truly satisfying and delicious experience!

Great Xiao Long Bao
#familytrips2024
Din Tai Fung is very consistent in their food quality. Their Xiao Long Bao is their signature dish. Pork Xiao Long Bao is a musttt!!! The thickness of the skin feels just right, and well filled with soup, together with the juicy meat. Don't forget to sample the house chili sauce.
Other dishes worth trying could be the fried rice and taiwan spring roll. It can be slightly costly but still affordable. It is definitely worth a try once in a while.
Our dream destination for our family trip is China as it's rich history, diverse culture, stunning landscapes, and delicious cuisine make it a captivating place to visit.

Din by Din Tai Fung
#fallishere
It is so hard to find Muslim’s friendly Xiao Long Bao in Singapore! The Din by Din Tai Fung is Muslim’s friendly as they do not serve pork or lard.
Everytime I visit Johor, I will always try to make time to visit Mid Valley so that I can dine at Din by Din Tai Fung! My favourite will be to order their Chicken Xiao Long Bao. I love the outburst of soup whenever I bite into it! I heard their Chocolate Xiao Long Bao is a must try too!
Their salted egg prawn is nice too! It is very crispy and the salted egg is not overpowering.
