This is amongst all the top temple tourist attractions while being in Bangkok! The Buddha which is made in pure solid gold and weigh 5500 kilograms is all worth it and actually very impressive. According to the information we have read there that the Buddha itself was made way back 18th century. Definitely a place that I can recommend to those who are exploring temples in Bangkok.

Amazing Temple in Bangkok Wat Traimit! Dont Miss It!
The full name of Wat Traimit is Wat Traimit Withayaram Worawihan. It is also known as The Temple of the Golden Buddha because it houses the world's largest solid gold Buddha statue. Wat Traimit is a royal and sacred temple in Bangkok's Chinatown area.
I visited Wat Traimit as part of my Bangkok sightseeing tour and I was amazed by the beauty and history of the Golden Buddha statue. The statue is truly impressive and shines brightly in the temple. I learned that the statue was hidden under plaster for centuries and was only discovered by accident in 1955. The museum in the temple also offers interesting information about the Thai-Chinese heritage and the origin of the statue. I recommend Wat Traimit to anyone who wants to see a unique and valuable piece of Buddhist art.
Wat Traimit is open every day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can visit the temple to see the Golden Buddha statue, as well as the museum that displays its history and the Thai-Chinese heritage. You need to pay a small fee to enter the temple and the museum.
There is a dress code for visiting Wat Traimit, as well as other temples in Bangkok. You should wear modest clothing that covers your shoulders and knees. You can also use a scarf or a wrap to cover yourself if needed. Sandals are acceptable, but you may have to leave them by the door when entering the temple. You can also buy cheap clothing from the shops near the temple if you don't have anything appropriate. Please respect the dress code and the religious customs of the temple.🙏
Don't Miss This Amazing Temple ☺️☺️☺️#wecreate #temple #bangkok #awesomepic #thailand #cafe #travel

MRT Hua Lamphong..walk to Wat Traimit
#Travel along the electric train line
Start from MRT Hua Lamphong Station, Exit 1, then turn left onto Rama IV Road, turn into Thai-Chinese Friendship Road, walk for about 3-4 minutes and you will arrive.
Wat Traimit Witthayaram is located on Trimit Road, Talat Noi Subdistrict, Samphanthawong District. It is an ancient temple in the monastery area. It is a wooden house. The original name was "Wat Sam Chin". It is believed that 3 Chinese people built the temple together as a temple for making merit.
When you come to Wat Traimit, you must not miss paying homage to Phra Sukhothai Traimit, which is the largest golden Buddha statue and is recorded in the Guinness Book.
It is assumed that this golden Buddha statue was built in the Sukhothai period. It was originally enshrined at Wat Mahathat, Sukhothai Province.

The Shining Golden Buddha: Serenity and Solemnity in Tranquility
Located near Bangkok's Chinatown, the Golden Buddha Temple is a modest yet magnificent Buddhist sanctuary, housing the world-renowned pure gold Buddha statue, symbolizing prosperity and wisdom. As you approach the temple, the bustling streets gradually fade away, and the surrounding atmosphere becomes tranquil, as if time itself has slowed down.
Entering the main hall, the Golden Buddha sits on a lotus throne, radiating a dazzling golden light that makes one hold their breath in awe. His compassionate face seems to whisper the true meaning of life, attracting countless devotees to stop and worship. The hall is filled with swirling incense smoke and the melodious sound of bells, evoking an indescribable inner peace.
When sunlight streams through the windows and shines on the Golden Buddha, the brilliant light seems to convey endless blessings. At this moment, I am not only awed by the magnificence of the Golden Buddha but also moved by the profound spirit and cultural heritage hidden in the city of Bangkok. The Golden Buddha Temple is not just a religious sanctuary but also a place where one can regain inner peace, adding a touch of serenity and solemnity to my journey.

Bangkok Temples: The Way To Get To Know This City
#voyagevibes
Every guest of Bangkok should first of all start exploring the capital from Bangkok famous temples. After all, in addition to the fact that they are very beautiful and famous, they are also the most important sacred places for the inhabitants of Thailand.
There are most beautiful and popular among tourists. They are popular for a reason, and they are worth visiting:
The Temple of the Golden Buddha (Wat Trai Mit) could be just one of thousands of temples, if not for the world's largest golden statue of a seated Buddha. Thais say that it consists entirely of gold, and its weight is 5 and a half tons. The pupils of the Buddha's eyes are black Thai sapphires, and the whites of the eyes are made of pearls. The temple complex consists of several temple buildings and even a museum, so there will be something to see here.
The Marble Temple (Wat Benchamabophit, also Marble Temple) is one of the most beautiful in Bangkok. Although it is called "Marble", in literal translation the name sounds like "The Temple of King Rama V", by whose order it was built in 1899. After the death of the king, his ashes were immured at the base of the main Buddha statue of the temple.
Wat Suthat Thep Wararam Temple, located in the heart of Bangkok, is one of the oldest. It is known for hosting one of the most beautiful and largest Viharn (sermon hall). The temple began to be built in 1807 under King Rama I, and was completed only in 1947 under King Rama III. At the base of the pedestal of the statue is a part of the ashes of King King Rama VIII. In 2005, the temple was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The Ratchanadaram Temple (Wat Ratchanaddaram, also Ratchanadda) began to be built in 1846 by order of King Rama III, but to date the construction is still considered incomplete, which makes it the longest long–term construction in Thailand - more than 160 years. It is interesting, first of all, for its unusual architecture, different from other Thai temples: the main chedi is made in the form of a multi-level pyramid made of metal. the territory of the complex is quite large, decorated with greenery and beautiful buildings, but there are very few tourists here.
The Temple of the Golden Mountain (Wat Saket) is famous for its gilded pagoda built on a high artificial hill called the golden mountain. For a long time, before skyscrapers began to be built in Bangkok, this pagoda was the tallest building in the city. This temple is very revered by believers, because it contains a piece of Buddha's ashes brought from India.

Bangkok Four-Day Tour: Time Travel at the Grand Palace, Paradise Beach at Koh Samet
Bangkok Four-Day Journey: A Feast of Time and Taste
On the first day, I stepped into Bangkok's Grand Palace, as if traveling through a time tunnel to a royal dream world. The golden halls and the dazzling glazed tiles exuded an aura of nobility and splendor in every detail. I strolled through the palace corridors, admiring the exquisite carvings and murals, and felt the unique charm of ancient Thai culture, as if I had become a noble of that era.
On the second day, I visited the Chatuchak Weekend Market in Bangkok, a bustling bazaar with a dazzling array of goods that left me overwhelmed. I weaved through the crowds, experiencing the unique flavor of Bangkok's street life. Later, I wandered through Chinatown, where familiar scents brought me back to my hometown in an instant. The Chinese-style buildings, bustling crowds, and myriad goods on both sides of the street made me feel the fusion and collision of Chinese and Thai cultures.
On the third day, I visited the Temple of the Golden Buddha and the Erawan Shrine, experiencing the profound Buddhist culture of Thailand. Inside the Temple of the Golden Buddha, the Buddha statue shone brightly, and every detail exuded an aura of tranquility and solemnity. I sat quietly in front of the Buddha hall, feeling a sense of inner peace and serenity. The Erawan Shrine, with its unique shape and sacred aura, made me feel the power of faith. I prayed silently, hoping that this faith would bring me more strength and courage.
On the fourth day, I arrived at Koh Samet. The sea breeze gently caressed my face, and the beach was as soft as silk. I lay on the beach, enjoying the embrace of the sun and the sea breeze, as if I were in paradise. I closed my eyes, feeling the waves lapping and the sea breeze blowing, allowing my mind to be completely relaxed and purified.
During this trip, I not only gained beautiful memories but also tasted many delicious Thai foods. I recommend everyone to try Pad Thai and Mango Sticky Rice. Pad Thai, with its unique texture and flavor, left me wanting more, while Mango Sticky Rice, with its sweet taste and soft rice, was irresistible. These delicacies not only satisfied my taste buds but also gave me a deeper understanding of Thai culinary culture.
Finally, I want to give some tips to friends planning to visit Bangkok: remember to take sun protection measures, as the sun in Bangkok is very strong; bring comfortable shoes, as most of Bangkok's attractions require walking; try to communicate with the locals, as you will find them very friendly and warm. I hope you also have an unforgettable journey in Bangkok, experiencing the unique charm of the city and the feast of its cuisine.

The colossal pure gold Buddha statue on the streets of Bangkok
A new landmark in Bangkok, Thailand, a 66-meter-tall pure gold Buddha statue, is even more of a photo check-in spot for independent travelers than the Grand Palace, which is a favorite among tour groups. Half a day is just the right amount of time to visit~
Good camera positions can be found all around the Buddha, and the best spot to view the Buddha's front face is right in this alley. Here, you can see the Buddha's front face and take photos with it.

The Temple of the Golden Buddha - Bangkok
Getting There - The Wat Traimit is located on Thanon Mittaphap Thai-China, just East of Thanon Yaowarat in Chinatown.
Attractions - The Temple of the Golden Buddha is famous for its solid gold Buddha statue, weighing about 5.5 tons and nearly 3 meters high. Many people often confuse Temple of the Golden Buddha in Bangkok as the Temple of the Emerald Buddha near the Royal Palace of Thailand, because all the tile roofs and walls are yellow.
According to the story, in the 50s of the last century, while moving the statue, the crane hanging rope broke, causing the statue to fall into the mud pit but no one picked it up. Until a monk of the temple was informed in a dream by the Buddha, so he searched and pulled the statue up, found a yellow light flashing due to the broken concrete mortar and the Golden Buddha was discovered from that time.
Since the discovery of this statue, Golden Buddha Temple Wai Traimit has become a place to visit, travel, visit by a large number of tourists from all over the world as well as Buddhists who come to pray for peace, luck, health and money. talent. There are many Buddhists who still make offerings, worship many things from gold and silver to offer to the Buddha wishing to have many things as they wish in their lives.
There are also tourists who come to ring the bell to pray for the predestined relationship, to make offerings to Nhu Y tree, depending on the amount of money the ceremony can be more or less.

Wat Traimit Wittayaram Thailand
A very impressive temple that features the famous Golden Buddha. Purchase a ticket in the stall found just to the left of the temple, then climb the stairs to the top. You’ll be asked to remove your shoes before entering. The interior is ornate and it really is impressive. Photos are allowed but they ask you to refrain from taking any videos. The view over Chinatown is also impressive. After visiting this temple, you can wander the alleyways of Chinatown for hours. Great destination!

On the beautiful and rich land, there are more than 30,000 ancient temples full of myth and legend and magnificent palaces. There is always not enough time to explore Thailand, as there are too many scenic spots. The must-visit attractions in Thailand include the Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew, Vimanmek Mansion, Wat Pho, the Chao Phraya River, Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, Safari World, Dream World, Koh Larn, Khao Kheow Open Zoo, Koh Samui, Ayutthaya, Wat Arun, Krabi, Phang Nga Bay, and Phi Phi Island.
The Grand Palace, is not only the place where the Thai royal family lives and works, but also has beautiful architecture and has become one of the must-see attractions that no one can ignore. The pointed roofs here are also inlaid with gold leaves, forming a lasting yellow color over time, especially shining under every sunshine in Bangkok.

The Golden Buddha Temple is one of the most famous temples in Thailand. It is one of the three national treasures of Thai treasure-class temples. It is said that this temple was built by three Chinese people, so it is also known as Sanhua Temple or Sanyou Temple. It is dedicated to one of the world's largest Buddha statues, weighing 5.5 tons and nearly 4 meters high. Many people come here to walk around the periphery and take off their shoes when they enter the temple.
Many temples in Thailand were originally small in size. Due to the prestigious name of the temple and the support and selfless donation from the surrounding people, the temple has been continuously renovated and expanded to form today. Such a grand scale
