Very comfortable and clean room, breakfast with a great variety, in a wonderful setting (to the sound of birds and birds flying past the breakfast balcony, I felt like I was in a rural area right in the city), having breakfast in a historic house, surrounded by nests and with visits from birds is a privilege of this hotel, the view of the Moinhos de Vento Hydraulic Station is another great privilege…, warm welcome with late check-out and luggage storage.

This place is very close to Caxias Airport. The taxi is 36 Brazilian reals. The facilities are a bit old, but the service staff are very enthusiastic and can communicate in English without limit. I will choose to stay here next time

All right.Excellent location, 24-hour manufacturer service, very complete breakfast, several options zero lactose and gluten-free.Restaurant with various dishes and price accordingly.A kids area missing, because it doesn't have. In general, we have a lot of clean and comfortable beds, we have already hosted several times and we will surely return.

O hotel está localizado em um local lindo, mas infelizmente deixou muito a desejar quanto a limpeza do quarto ( havia sujeira dos hóspedes anteriores) , na piscina térmica a água estava com acúmulo de algas tornando o piso escorregadio. O jantar também deixou a desejar, a carne era sem sabor e seca. E com todo o valor que se paga de estadia ainda cobram taxa de estacionamento. Outro ponto positivo foi o café da manhã muito bem servido e variado.

GGuest UserWith daily already paga(R$369,54) ,*time of check-i* I had to pay more R$130,00 (R$30,00 fee for having a baby that already cost *a ******* and R$80,00 for a bi-bed). The daily was 2 adults and 1 baby of 10 years old. The bed was Quee, the room was a couple. Since Monday, day 18, I'm waiting for a connection from the hotel manager and the hotel manager.

Clarice, responsible for cleaning our floor, was very friendly and efficient in meeting our needs, as well as cleaning the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and pool were also amazing.

AAgneA good service and location, however, failed to choose the room, because we made a trip to the public competition, we needed to sleep well. The room offered was just below the party room, when a hell noise started from 21:00 to 03:00.
At the beginning, I thought I would stop, then microphone and boate, and I think it was a good sense, these apartments in the last floor should not be made available on a party night.
