Highly recommend overall! Make sure to book a river view room; the window view is like a painting.
1. Location: Right next to the Old Town, a 10-minute walk to the castle. You barely need to use public transport, your legs will do all the work.
2. Hygiene: Very clean and comfortable, even has a coffee machine. The only downside is no complimentary bottled water.
3. Late check-out was not possible at all, but they offer free luggage storage.

Lot's of underground parking, We were greeted with a smile in both French and English. Secure building. (you need your room card to use the elevator) The dining room on the 2nd floor was nice and the service and food was great and plentiful. I would recommend a stay there especially if you are going to an event at Place Bell.

The service was truly wonderful — the staff were warm, attentive, and made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel, very classic, European style hotel, decent breakfast and a little gym that can get your whole body workout done. The room is very spacious and classic. Very friendly staff and I would definitely stay there again if I am in Montreal next time...

We’ve had a lovely time at Auberge Saint-Antoine! The hotel is lovely and the staff are great, it’s in a great location and some rooms have lovely views like the one we were lucky to get. We used the valet the first time we stayed there who were great, but ended up parking across the road at the multi-storey car park the rest of the days as the valet is around $45+tax and tip so works out quite expensive. We found a really lovely spot around the corner for breakfast too called L’Antiquaire Buffet, they have amazing breakfast and really well priced, lovely staff too! The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to a lot of sights and great restaurants.

Great hotel with super affordable prices. They provide free breakfast, welcoming drinks and apples! What a surprise! The room is big, with comfy bed, desk, sofa…everything you need. With free parking lot as well. Better than the 4-star Hilton hotel nearby lol

In town for a JFL show. Location was very convenient and the rom was immaculate. Resto on ground floor is very nice for a convenient meal of quick snack after travel and check-in. Staff are very pleasant and professional and were quick to accomodate our request for a room with a bathtub. My wife likes to soak after the travel part.. had a pleasant special effects surprise at bedtime when the streetlights below penetrated above the curtain/drape rod and produced a bit of a light show on the ceiling. Not enough to interfere with sleep and just right as a night light for the mid night trips to the washroom. All in all very nice hotel in a very convenient downtown location at a reasonable price

XxoolisaThe good: location is really unbeatable. It’s close to the old city, and the 747 airport bus stops right across. Train stations and bus terminals are walking distance too. The staff is friendly and helpful, I got to check in a bit early. The rooms were big and had beautiful views - I loved watching the sunset.
However, I checked out early and couldn’t bare staying here one more night. It wasn’t that the room was cleaned poorly- that could have been fixed more easily. Instead, you could see the result of negligence over a period of time. The floor was so dirty I washed my feet before going to bed and putting on socks. There were particles of dust or something on the left side of my bed, under the covers - I noticed after getting a skin reaction. And the section of the bed where the sheets were tucked in was dirty, leaving dust and hair on the sides of the sheets. Some surfaces inside the bathroom weren’t cleaned well. Basically if you look closely anywhere there’s dust and dirt.
This is the first time I’ve written a negative review on any hotel, but I think the issues were seriously enough that they’re worth raising.

LLittleMoonMoonI love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint.
I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

GGuest UserThis is our second visit to the Bonaventure. Both visits we have had trouble with paying for parking, and I am now calling because I think I was billed twice. I prepaid through Trip.com, and was charged again at the hotel.
That bruised a really nice visit. This was a rare family visit, and we were able to get a adjoining rooms.
Hotel is located on the 10th floor “penthouse “. There is access to the underground so no need to go outside in the cold, unless you want to take a dip in the pool. A unique experience for many guests
We miss placed our parking receipt and was given a voucher to give the parking attendant that never showed up. We waited 45 minutes to leave, had to go back up to the desk to explain and get another receipt. This morning I have to call the hotel because I believe I was charged again for the rooms. Front desk mixup? Probably, but

GGuest UserThe location and staff of the hotel were great, but the facilities were very outdated. It was disappointing that when I looked out of the window, I could only see the wall, and as soon as I opened the door, the bed was right there, which was regrettable.
Due to the fact that there are three hotels with the same name in downtown, it is important to double-check the address and make sure you find the correct one.

CConsultantI booked a hotel at the last minute (I booked it on the train to Quebec and didn't do any travel planning). I originally hoped to book a hotel 500 meters away from the train station, but almost all the hotels that met my requirements in terms of price and performance were gone. I had to book this hotel about one kilometer away from the train station. After checking in, I discovered that this hotel is located at the very core of Quebec's old city. It is only 100 meters away from the famous and top-notch Fairmont Chateau Hotel and the terrace area. It is basically 100 to 500 meters away from the main attractions, the business district and dining area of the old city. Mine. The landlady, a Chinese from Guangzhou, is very friendly. recommend!
