I don't know what other people expect when booking, but my breath was taken away when I checked in and saw the view, I personally have never experienced this beauty and charm, the mountains and lake changed my mood every morning when I woke up, the hotel must be in the to-do list of everybody.. I can't find better words to describe my stay.. It was something out of the ordinary

The location of the apartment is excellent. It takes 1 minute to walk from the train station and the cable car station up the mountain. The apartment is fully equipped, the kitchen is new and has everything you need. There is also a place to store ski equipment. The hotel's elevator goes directly to the underground garage. It is a public garage. The accommodation and environment are excellent. If the hotel can give customers information on how to get to the garage, how to find the lobby from the garage is even better. We drove around before trying to go to the public underground garage to park first. I asked a few people all the way and finally found the lobby. We also called the hotel two days in advance and asked about parking. Hotel staff Yuan said that it can be underground or on the ground. If you first arrive at this hotel, these messages can help customers stay as soon as possible.

A quaint and cozy little hotel, the staff are very friendly and located right in the middle of town it is within walking distance of lots of places to see in Altdorf.

The hotel has an atmosphere and is very good. There is no air conditioner, but the weather is very cool and nice, so it was nice to open the window and the air circulation was good. And the restaurant food is very delicious and the price is reasonable. The location is about 10 minutes walk from the station, but it's not bad because it's at the end of the old town and it's good to look around the city and take a walk. Recommended!

Very beautiful hotel with a fantastic design. The car park also is very big which is convenient for travelling by car. Both the dinner and breakfast are excellent.

Very good SPA hotel, just looking at the design is also good, both hardware and software. Stayed for a weekend, the restaurant prefers Japanese food, and the western food shop produces quite satisfactory products. The price is also strong, but I think it is worth it.

Petit hôtel de la Suisse allemande tenu par le patron, son épouse et quelques membres de personnel pour les tâches de service à la clientèle. Etablissement bien situé à proximité de l'autoroute menant au tunnel du Gothard, facile d'accès avec un parking réservé à la clientèle. Chambres spacieuses, propres, bien insonorisées et bien équipées. La carte du restaurant propose des mets régionaux bien sympathiques tel que la vraie fondue suisse. Seul bémol, la communication ne se fait qu'en allemand pas de maîtrise des autre langues européennes tel que le français ou l'anglais.

Excellent service. I wish every hotel had a receptionist like Sonja. The rest of the staff were excellent too. Very good breakfast. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
