On the second night, Chef No. 3's 'Hui Cai' (stew) was also delicious and came in a large portion. Many thanks to both! If you're coming to Yuncheng, stay at Novotel; it's genuinely excellent. (The hotel doesn't ask guests for good reviews, which is great and shows their confidence in their service.)
