A fantastic house, nickel facilities and high-quality all in an old house restored with great care. The guest is a rare , gentle , very helpful bead and is able to make you care . The place is just magic. !!! Thank you for everything .

Great location - next to JR station. Single room is tiny but guess it’s a norm for Japan. Bed is not super comfortable - it’s just too soft. Also some bad odor in the washroom

Right across from the train station, it's super convenient for catching trains or buses. The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine for two people. There are quite a few dining options nearby. If you can, I'd recommend taking a walk over to Ryogoku Bridge.

Cosy Ryokan walkable to Iya Valley Vine bridge although it may be steep at the entry/exit slope for elderly n those with mobility issues. The stay was comfortable and relaxing. Public bath was a little small but nonetheless enjoyable. Food wasn't luxurious but showcased their local seasonal eats. If you are driving and only staying overnight , I would suggest packing an overnighter and leaving the big suitcase in the boot as the poor staff will have to lug them up steep staircases to bring to your room. There is free coffee and also a vending machine next to lobby area. There is a small courtyard to chill after dinner and look at the stars after dark. The Futon can be a little thicker as those not used to sleeping on tatami may wake with a stiffer back. It's not a deal breaker though, will still recc the Ryokan if you are planning on staying in the area and enjoying the famous Japanese hospitality.

Nice hotel right next to the train station. Good amenities and clean room and bathroom. We got the breakfast (around 1300yen) and it was decent with western and Japanese breakfast options. In walking distance to everything of importance in Tokushima, would recommend for a short trip!

As others have said, it was like a renovated love hotel. Therefore, the rooms were large, especially the wash basin and bath were spacious and comfortable. I couldn't find any dirt that other people pointed out, and there was no problem with cleaning. However, I was worried about the unique smell when I entered the room. Probably because of the air conditioning, but when I used plenty of the deodorant provided, it was greatly reduced. Overall, it was the impression that ”price 〜 Cospa is good”, and it was not as bad as the criticism on the net.

Cat lovers must arrive at a good place to rest their hearts. In this hotel, you can also see cats everywhere. ～ Very cute 💖 The staff are all very polite 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A very pleasant stay! The service was friendly and polite, and the small cable car onsen was a unique experience! The private bath (charged price) is highly recommended; the environment is tranquil and spacious with excellent views! Taking the hotel's used car at night, listening to vintage Japanese songs, to the Mangqiao Bridge for the night view was a unique experience! The landlady was very kind and even sang a beautiful song during dinner! They quickly helped me send any forgotten items to my next hotel! Highly recommend staying here!!! This is even better than Wa-no-Yoku!

The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable, which is the most important thing! What really deserves praise is their breakfast buffet; definitely book a room with breakfast, it's excellent value for money. They even have congee, which Chinese people love! Plus, the location is absolutely fantastic, with the train and bus stations right in front of you, making it super convenient for an early morning trip to Tokushima! And there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, like ramen shops and izakayas, all worth checking out!

The staff service is proactive and attentive! Although the lobby is small but well green, there are many drinks provided free of charge, the facilities are courteous and attentive, which is heartwarming. Highly recommended! Will choose to stay again next time I have the chance. There are low buildings nearby, the hotel is the tallest, so the view outside the window is wide, and you can see the sunset.
