Best rooms in center of kotor old town,its inside the wall of kotor,room and services was really good,lady who checked us in was very kind and helpful in the process,just note parking is away from the property, the only issue was bell from the street,since we were on street side we were disturbed a bit but thats totally outside of htels country

I liked the clean pool and the beautiful view of the mountains and the bay. The rooms themselves were decent. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and assisted me in ordering a taxi for the morning. However, I couldn't get in touch with the hotel through Trip.com or WhatsApp. What I didn't like was the complete lack of utensils and dishes in the apartment-style room. Upon request, they provided cutlery and plates, but there was only one deep dish. Also, the soundproofing in the rooms was non-existent. People were watching football near the reception all night and shouting loudly. The location is far from the city, with only a small shop nearby and nothing else. You'll have to take a taxi everywhere, which costs a minimum of €15 in Tivat. The restaurant prices are reasonable by local standards, but I wouldn't recommend ordering anything more complex than a salad and grilled chicken.

Staying at the hotel was one of the most pleasant in my history of travelling across different cities and countries. A very polite, heart-hearted and responsive service, we were appreciated to the luxuriant with the balcony because there were free places and we traveled not in the season. On the top floor there is a wonderful terrace on which you can drink coffee and read. I would like to celebrate breakfast separately - simple pet food and dishes, but cooked incredibly delicious. Also we helped call a taxi to the airport, we flew very early and feared we wouldn't find the car on our own. I will certainly recommend and if I choose to accommodate in which again, thank you ❤️

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

This place is perfect if you have a car! It's on a narrow road with beautiful views, conveniently located between Tivat and Kotor. Why is there a dishwasher in the room, and who needs it? Everyone needs a washing machine. Our neighbors, some wild Indians, were noisy at night. There are no shops or cafes nearby; the closest ones are in Kotor. The area and the road to Kotor are absolutely beautiful.

The hotel location is superb and also the staff is very nice I recommend to stay there and price is also affordable and facilities is also good.

The hotel is part of the city wall, old and traditional decoration style, travel is very convenient, the service staff is very enthusiastic, help us book a boat and book a car is cheap, breakfast is rich, hot water is good, the only suggestion is that two handles can be installed next to the bathtub to reduce the risk of slipping. Very warm hotel!

Hotel breakfast has self-picked cherry cheese fruit, you can also order a fresh egg Downstairs is the bar. It’s not very late. It’s suitable for playing and living. It’s in the ancient city. The nightlife is rich. A high bar and a jazz club are very atmospheric.

Nice newly renovated apartment. Definitely need a car to reach this place. In Feb it was cold and no central heating but had aircon on hot mode. Upon arrival it takes 3h to heat up hot water tank. Quite a lot of bugs but that s living in the nature for you 😊 Jasmina is very helpful but only contactable on mobile or viber. No email and WhatsApp

I originally booked another hotel, but it was full by mistake. Ctrip's excellent service made me change to this hotel very happily. I was amazed by this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located, with complete facilities and a great breakfast. I spent four unforgettable nights in Montenegro.
