The stay was ok. Our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Except there is this 2 separation of tower 1 and tower 2. Tower 2 is abit far me. I didn't book hotel w breakfast. So we tried the buffet breakfast on our last day. Which is delicious! Just a few things to complain. Room is close to the water heating fan thing. It gets noisy. If other ppl were to use the toilet. We can hear the toilet pipe running, which is loud too. Aircon cannot self adjust. It only regulates when the room gets abit warm. Ofcz the room qr code gives an option to get someone to come n service. But personally I feel is inconvenient, especially when it happens at night. The first time we enter the room. I smell cigarette in the bathroom but very faint. If given an option to come stay again. Choose a room from tower 1. I cannot walk far.

Had an excellent stay with Fuju Homes. Customer service was top tier. We were both from night shift and decided to stay at R&F and managed to book with FUJU. They accepted our early check in request and even upgraded us. The service was top notch as they were 24/7 contactable. Very helpful and they were so sweet. Thank you very much! Definitely will come back again. Hands down!

Excellent, clean, and great value for money at this price! I slept well, and there are places to eat nearby. It's located between two border crossings, so driving to either one isn't far.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at St. Giles Southkey Hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a lovely atmosphere that made our stay relaxing and memorable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient. It was truly a great experience for us as a couple. We will definitely come back again.

2nd time stay in z hotel...security is tight, as main door is card access. Only gripe is quite a walk from City Square lol Facility all good, a lot of eatries in the area. View from room and corridor very nice..gym nice too...Front desk very helful too (the rm$100 deposit needed at check in, is it standard now at all jb hotel ??)

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I'm still very satisfied. The service quality is consistently good, and the breakfast selection is quite rich. It offers great value for money. Its biggest advantage is being right next to KSL shopping mall, making dining, shopping, massages, and other entertainment super convenient. Plus, there are plenty of street-side shops around, so it's incredibly easy to grab bak kut teh or durian. I'll probably stay here again next time I visit.

This is my third time staying here, and I’m still satisfied with the service provided. The only downside this time was that the room didn’t have a safety deposit box, and it was located on the first floor in the middle section, so it was quite noisy due to traffic and people hanging out by the roadside. If you want a quieter room, request one on the 2nd–3rd floor at the end of the wing.

It’s our repeat stay at this establishment. Staff service is good for reception, housekeeping and service staff during breakfast. Food is good as always and wide selection to choose from. We had an excellent stay and looking forward for the next visit.

Before check-out, the team checked in with us to ask if we had encountered any issues during our stay. This small gesture really made a difference and showed that they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. Overall, this was a comfortable, stress-free, and enjoyable stay.
