Location is toooooo far away from sky avenue complex. Its was almost 15mins walk from our room to the main/casino area. Its definitely a hotel for family with kids instead of a group of friends unless u are planning to stay in the room most of the time because it seems like only sky avenue able to cater up to 6 pax a room. The room was clean but it was too hollow you can feel every movement from all areas and banging loud noise. Some of us even experienced eerie noises in the middle of the night. Overall the stay was ok. But i wouldn’t recommend for those who only wanna go to the ****** most of the time as its too far away.

Having a good stay here.. very near to find food and entertainment.. love the weather.. a lot of people.. will come again..

I really really loved the ambience of the hotel and the view of my hotel. It could be a little hot as the lobby and the hall did not have air-conditioning but the room and the view were definitely worth every penny. The room was really cozy and comfy with the studio apartment setup. The breakfast was so so because I was hoping for some local cuisines but couldn’t find any. It was quite far away from town area and nothing much around the vicinity but I still think it’s worth it with the views.

Great location ,can walk to the market and skip the jam. Nice view but not all rooms have a balcony The room is clean and modern with wood style tiles, but bathroom is a bit old. No tooth brush provided. The bed is quite comfortable but pillow is too soft. Breakfast have a lot variety but too many people and noisy.

The hotel's service is very good, the location is good, and the breakfast selection is diverse and delicious, but very fast finish due to too many customers there. Only the massage at the lobby needs to be aware of the final price in advance to avoid any misunderstanding.

Location is quite secluded, best to have own transport when staying over here. 5mins drive to nearby eateries, plenty of potholes otw in. Construction sites surrounding the region. Complimentary parking for guests.

I book this hotel for a day trip to Genting Highlands. Check in was smooth. I have an issue with the rooms, but the staff quickly change my room after i inform them, hot water good, cooking appliances and washer with dryer good. Pool was big and warm . Overall satisfied with the stay

Foods were super mahal. Hope to get more discount n ask the cashier to do. But still no discount..very bad 😕😔 I already join the zenith rewards but still didn't get the benefits. Also my rooms Is far from the lift not nearest.

The room itself was ok, it was clean albeit a little bit small, and a little spot here and there but nothing to be worried about. everything was enough. Towels are provided, soap and shampoo also even though they are small, just enough for taking bath 2 to 3 times. If it is not enough, can request for it. There is an iron room. There is also a parking lot at the basement. I think maybe I should give 4 stars out of 5.

We stayed at the Villa for a family of 4 - it was spacious, cosy, clean and had a beautiful scenery from the balcony. My parents loved the quietness yet we find it still convenient to head up to Genting via shuttle bus then cable car or grab. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was nice with varieities and service staff was also friendly. The highlight for us was the Awana Hotel guided trail as it was a family-friendly activity and we could walk and explore nature at the same time! It was family-friendly as it is a well-paved outdoor trail which allows wheel-chair bound persons or kids with prams to come along. Wing and Pat were very good guides who explained the history and the diversity of wildlife there thoroughly! The trail was also safe as there were other hotel staff (men) who came along to act as bodyguards and helped with safety as well as the buggy ride! We had the opportunity to head up to the waterfall as part of the clearwater trail and it was an eye-opening experience. We sat on the buggy for this as we had to embark up and down the hill. Overall, we enjoyed and appreciate the entire experience and will return again! (Ps: Other trails will open up next June!) 👏😍

Overall it was a nice stay despite a misscommunication problem during check in. Yes a bit noisy as there is construction going on next building. View wise depends on which tower you are staying. It is recommended to have your own car as free parking will be provided. Once you arrive just enter the multiple storey parking area. Find the lift and go to level 7( equivalent to level 3 from other tower). This is where all the tower get connected to each other. Then proceed to tower 2 ( follow signage ) then find lift to go down to level G ( lobby area ) .

The front desk seems to be lack of training, perhaps the management can do something about it. 1. When we were checking in, told the staff we booked two rooms and he misunderstood that we booked a 2 bedrooms unit, hence we only get 1 parking spot. After a minor arguement only he recheck the system and realize we did book 2 units hence there is 2 parking spots. 2. The waiting time for the lift is horrible. We stayed at level 11, and there are 6 lifts, but we were skipped by the lifts lotsa time, sometimes we couldnt wait that long that we have to walk down the stairs, not just us, other tourists as well. 15mins wait and still couldnt get a lift? why is that? 3. when we checked out and ready to exit the parking, we were told that we need have our access card with us? I mean everyone returned the access card at the lobby during check out, why would the management want us to keep that card to exit parking? And we were told to take the access card to exit parking, and bring it back to the front desk? Why is this such a hassle to your customers?

Beautiful and clean hotel, with friendly staffs! Booked the deluxe room with balcony and I have nothing bad to say. The view and design is nice, room is equipped with Smart TV. There’s laundry machine and coway water refill outside at the public area too. Location is close to all the restaurants/coffeeshops (walking distance). Do note that parking is not free. All in all, an excellent experience!

The hotel is some distance away from ****, because on the top of the mountain, it is not easy to go all the way, but the hotel has a direct car to and from **, and the scenery on the top of the hotel is particularly good. The sanitary napkin toilet is particularly dirty. . . . . Like being stepped on. . And the smell of formaldehyde in the decoration is very very rushing... sneezing all night... The roof is still being renovated, and the roof swimming pool is not built. To be precise, it is a hotel under construction. It is recommended to stay in the ****. I look forward to this hotel being completely completed. 🙏🏻

Had a wonderful stay. Though, the hotel is a bit old its quite well maintained. The beach, right outside our doorstep, easily accessible, extremely clean but dont expect crystal clear waters. Other than that, id definitely suggest a makeover of the rooms.

I spent 3 days 2 nights here with my family for vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The process, from unloading our luggage to checking in at the reception, was smooth and efficient. The porter and reception staff were polite and beaming with smiles. We stayed in a studio room, as we needed more space for our active child to move around. The room was in tip top condition—spacious, newly renovated with chic design, and maintained at the highest level of cleanliness. I would say, what you see on Trip is exactly what you get! I want to give special recognition to the Swiss Care team, especially a sweet and polite lady named Sihma (Swiss Care #1), who promptly and efficiently responded to all of our calls. She went the extra mile to ensure all our reasonable requests were met. The swimming pool attendants were diligent in their duties, ensuring the safety of all swimmers. Syed Lukman is one of them. The breakfast provided was consistently replenished to accommodate all diners. I especially enjoyed the nasi lemak on the second day—the meat was tender, perfectly spiced, and juicy. Kudos to the chefs and café staff for their excellent skills! I also noticed that a few middle-aged Malaysian aunties were employed as part-time workers in the café during the busy weekend. Despite their age, they worked efficiently and professionally. I think this is a commendable practice, providing job opportunities while boosting the local economy. The lobby and main facilities were a bit run-down, but I didn’t mind since they are currently undergoing upgrades, which are expected to be completed by next year. I’m excited to return when the renovations are finished!

Vistana Hotel overhauled, a very decent upgrade with the Marriott label. Clean, comfy, with many of the basic amenities provided, as well as a gym and swimming pool. Free flower black coffee and tea from morning till 10pm. They rotate their breakfast spreads, and the change of menu is a pleasant surprise. Selection is satisfactory for a hotel this size.

The Location of the Hotel is Super Convenient. Walking Distance to Kuantan 188 Tower, Art Streets and Night Markets. However, surrounding a bit run down but have lots of Parking. Cleaniness of the Hotel need more improvement and Renovation is Needed. Sound Proof for the Room is pretty bad. All items in Hotel Room is Old but still usable. Luckily Two Night was calm and peace, we sleep very well. Services is Good and have lots of Parking Behind Hotel. Suitable for Business Trip. Overall its still a Nice Stay. Not too bad.

I was assigned a room at 4th floor. Since its at lower level of its 15 storey, I requested a room facing not facing the noisy main street. Good choice: view of a football filed, a mosque and part of the city. The room: The Hotel management probably believe that 1980s heyday decor is a selling point. Save for the flat screen telly, the rest still preserves its 80s setting: louvred wardrobe, bedside cabinet central console with rocker switches, blanket on top of sheets (not quilt), tiled (not marbled) bathroom floor, queen (not king) bed. They try to keep the cleanliness but the permanent stains on chairs, moulds around aircond vent, peeling furniture paint, mildew on bathroom wall are beyond the housekeeping department’s routine; the whole place needs serious makeover.

The price of the room was reasonable given that it was during a Malaysian festive season as well as a long weekend break. Our room (suite) comes with a smaller room with an attached bathroom which is convenient for the four of us. Both rooms are equipped with standard amenities which is a plus point. The location of the hotel was tucked behind the main road so there was minimal noise level from the streets. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. In a nutshell, this hotel is well priced for a short stay in Kuantan.

1. Requested for a non-smoking room during check in, we found some stains on the bed. We tried to call housekeeping to change the bed sheet but the phone was not working. Had to get down to the lobby personally to inform the front desk to request for change of bed sheet. Housekeeping came and ”changed” the bed sheet. We inspected the bed sheet and found the exact same stain at the exact same location. 2. The toilet's door cannot be closed. Frustrated with 3 major issues within 15 minutes , we headed to the lobby and demanded to change our room. Got a smoking room as that was their last available room. 3. Telephone line was not working again, toilet roll was not available. 4. We know this hotel do not provide toothbrush & toothpaste so we brought our own. When we return on the 2nd day, all our toiletries were gone. Housekeeping threw our toiletries WITHOUT our consent when they do NOT provide toiletries. Had to go down to the lobby to make another complaint again (remember the phone was not working?). Front desk promised to send toiletries to our room but it NEVER came. 5. During check out on the 3rd day, the housekeeping saw us and offered to compensate us for disposing our toiletries. As much as I appreciate their effort to own their mistake, this compensation (if ever required) should come from the management and not their staffs for not providing sufficient training and making clear the hotel's policy to their staffs. Overall, I am totally upset and will never return.
