Yauheniya Satsura🏡 Modest but Convenient Hotel Near the Beach
We stayed at this hotel in Pangkor, and overall, our experience was positive.
- 📍 **Location:** It's super close to the beach and the main street with cafes and shops – you really couldn't ask for a better spot.
- 🏠 **Accommodation Style:** The hotel is made up of small bungalows, each with its own entrance. Most have a little terrace with a table. It's all very simple, but clean and pleasant.
- 🛏️ **Amenities:** The bedding was clean, there was always hot water, and the air conditioners were powerful. The towels, however, are quite worn out and could use replacing.
- 🏊 **Pool:** There is a pool, but it looked a bit gloomy, so we didn't use it.
- 👥 **Staff:** The owners are polite and friendly. No deposit is required. There's a front desk, but it's not open 24/7, which is something to keep in mind if you're checking in late.
📌 **Bottom Line:** A simple yet tidy hotel with an excellent location. It's suitable for those looking for affordable accommodation by the sea without extravagant expectations. We were happy with our stay.

Tan Ai KhengThe environment is beautiful and very therapeutic. However, the room is too small. Although the bathroom is spacious, the shower area is quite basic. Despite this, my family still hopes to revisit and perhaps a different room might offer a better experience next time.

Luv to travelOn the day I checked in, I left my things in the room and I went shopping. I did leave a Do Not Disturb sign on my door. When I came back, the minute I put down my shopping, someone tried to open my door. Looked through my peep hole and saw a middle aged woman. The key obviously did not work. She left after a while but came back with a bell boy who rang in my doorbell. I opened the door and bellboy apologised and asked if I was staying here. I said I have checked in at 3pm. Bellboy pointed at two luggages and said he sent them to the wrong room? Wait what? Whose are these? The woman said they were hers. Bell boy said he delivered them to the wrong room.
Next, front desk called me and asked for my name. Not to apologise but ask for my identity. She confirmed that there’s been a mistake in assigning rooms. I asked her what do I need to do. She said nothing. No apologies. I asked her why the bellboy entered my room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was there. No answer.
My advise to those who choose to stay here - double lock your doors and keep your valuables with you. They did not respect my DND sign and entered my room.

J ZuoThe room itself was new, but the building is still under renovation, so there was a strong smell of paint and cement. The room cleanliness was decent, though the bedsheets had a noticeable stain that looked permanent, so I didn't bother asking for a change.
There's no hotel service to speak of, just an auntie at the lobby who speaks English and Malay. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. There's free parking available in the hotel's underground garage. We didn't try the hotel breakfast as there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

1. The location is a bit out of the city center, but not too far, about a 15-minute drive.
2. The hotel staff are well-mannered, very polite, and provide excellent service; they are very enthusiastic and helpful.
3. Although the hotel is not in the city center, it's not far from restaurants, hawker centers, and food stalls, and it's also close to Cui Hua Lou Dim Sum restaurant.
4. It's worth mentioning that the hotel provides ample parking spaces, saving time spent looking for parking.
5. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money, and the rooms are quite spacious. It's definitely worth a stay.

Guest UserOverall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our experience. The hotel’s direct beach access was a huge plus, especially for the kids, who had a great time.
My main feedback is regarding the breakfast restaurant. I think both the service and dining environment could be improved. The air conditioning wasn’t sufficient to keep the entire dining area comfortable, especially during busy hours.
The breakfast seating arrangement could also be managed better. Since the downstairs dining area was full, we were assigned a table upstairs. However, the food selection upstairs was very limited, so we had to go back and forth downstairs several times to get the food we wanted. It seemed that the restaurant lacked sufficient space to comfortably accommodate the number of guests during breakfast, which affected the overall dining experience.
Other than that, we had a good stay and appreciated the hotel’s excellent beachfront location.

Anonymous UserThe location is good, nearby to the eateries and easy accessible. There is also ample food parking inside and outside the place.
Contactless check in and checkout as well. The only thing is there is some humid smell in the house, after open the window and get some fresh air, it’s good.

Juan79-- Very powerful Wi-Fi.
-- TV with plenty of channels.
-- The breakfast buffet is good for my taste (coffee, milk, juice, jam, watermelon...). That's enough for me. The staff replenish items diligently.
I found it interesting that during check-in, they give you a little bag with the TV remote, A/C remote, and the card to open the room and use the elevator.
RM 50 deposit.
Room 713... the only downside of the hotel is the low water pressure in the sink (a very, very weak stream that you can barely wash your hands with). On the other hand, the shower has good pressure, but the sink is very weak.
