Great
GGuest UserAfter completing my booking, I contacted the hotel to request a waterfront room. I was fortunate that one was still available, and I truly appreciate the hotel’s effort in accommodating my request. The ocean view from the room just stunning.
Although the room is not very large, it is exceptionally well equipped-including a multicooker and a washing machine, which makes it very convenient for longer stays. A hairdryer is not provided in the room, but it is available upon request.
The location is excellent: the port and a well-known Portuguese restaurant are within walking distance. The neighborhood itself feels safe and pleasant. Overall, a very good stay.

TTracyThe place is simply beautiful. However it speaks in volume where the service level is concerned
We had an issue with our local Namibian guide where our trip was potentially in jeopardy with our rental car being withdrawn due to the latter’s mistake
The hotel manager, Johnny was awesome in helping us to resolve the issue and the service crew, Jessica, Ruby and Moses exhibited such care and concern that our flailing confidence in Namibians was restored
We applaud Gondwana canyon resort for having such a great crew and look forward to a visit again in the near future

GGuest UserThe only decent place in the city, a beautiful view from the window and fresh seafood in the restaurant.
It seemed that no one stops here for more than one evening. In the morning everyone goes to Colmanskop and on the route, and there is nothing to do in the city itself and there are almost no people on the streets.

IIgor MosSimple rooms, overall their value is appropriate. At dinner, dishes are cooked for a long time, confused in orders
