The Floris Arlequin Grand Place Hotel is a great city-break hotel in the 'Heart of the Heart of Europe'. Very well placed for both the bustling restaurants and bars, and also the magnificent historical sights of Brussels and the fantastic shopping streets. Surprisingly quiet and relaxing considering it being so close to the city centre area. Many popular attractions were nearby and the hotel is only a few minutes walk to the excellent public transport system should you wish to go further afield, like the Atomium.
Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Great big comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom with a powerful hot shower. The room had a handy mini fridge and a modern TV with streaming services. WiFi was also excellent
I did try the breakfast and while the continental elements were nice the cooked parts were a bit disappointing. The bacon was a bit overcooked and the sausage was the tinned hot-dog variety made worse by spending too long being kept warm. You would hope that being in a country with fantastic food and meat products you might find some proper breakfast sausages. A minor issue and other than that the rest of the breakfast selection was fine. The breakfast area was kept clean and the staff kept the self-service area stocked up.
If you want a convenient, clean and comfortable city break hotel within easy reach of everything Brussels has to offer I can highly recommend Floris Arlequin Grand Place Hotel.
This hotel is conveniently located a 5-10 minute walk from Brussels North Station, right next to the FLIX bus stop. From there, you can easily access the airport, city center, Bruges, and Ghent, all with direct connections.
Many Asian travelers, including Japanese guests, stay here. While breakfast starting at 7 AM is a bit late and the food service can be slow, the quality is excellent and definitely worth over 20 Euros.
One downside is the lack of nearby restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, or mini-supermarkets in this central business district, though you can find these at the station. I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel location is quite good as it was just a few minutes to the bus/train station. The breakfast is very basic, though. No amenities such as kettle, cups or phone to call the reception.in the room. The check-in time was long, as there was only 1 person present and the queue was quite long.
Very warm welcome, very safe parking, beautiful hotel, very well maintained!
Room is fantastic! Very cosy and very spacious.
The dining room could be a bit better, gave a rather refectory feeling.
Still recommended!

Hye guys! Malaysian review here đČđŸ
I stayed at Bedford Hotel Brussels for 4 days 3 nights with my family and honestly weâre super satisfied.
Location very strategic, dekat city centre betul-betul. Cuma masa mula-mula sampai tu agak jauh sikit nak jalan kaki dari bahnhof ke hotel sebab waktu tu kami belum beli public transport ticket lagi. Tapi once dah ada ticket, tram & bus memang dekat dengan hotel and terus boleh go around the area, so memang senang nak go anywhere.
Area around the hotel pun easy to find halal-friendly food, memang banyak actually, so jangan risau, just cari memang ada yang halal certified đ
Room quite spacious, clean and comfortable for family stay.
Service pun tip top, honestly nothing to complain. I asked for extra blanket pun mereka cepat hantar terus ke bilik hihi đ€
Overall memang recommended kalau datang Brussels with family âš

This Warwick hotel is approximately 300 meters from the Central Station and about 150 meters from Brussels' Grand Place. It has its own private parking right next to the hotel. There's a rooftop bar with a view, which I peeked at but didn't visit, mainly because it was on the same floor as my room, and from my living room window and even from bed, I had fantastic views of the cathedral and Grand Place, among other sights.
We booked the Executive Warwick Suite, which was comfortably spacious for us. Upon entering, there's a restroom, and housekeeping had already prepared the sofa bed. The bathroom featured a double vanity, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The tissues were conveniently placed, the bath mats were neatly arranged, and the toiletries were from the French brand Nuxe. The hotel's amenities were comprehensive, including bottled water, disposable slippers, a refrigerator, a valet stand, ironing facilities, and a safe for umbrellas. My favorite feature, however, was that the room was soundproof.
From the living room and bedroom windows, the daytime view was actually less appealing than the night view; Brussels looked a bit run-down with not much to see.
Cons:
1. The TV in the bedroom required viewing at an angle, though there was another TV above the refrigerator in the living room.
2. Neither of the two wardrobes had a designated area for hanging wet clothes.
3. The hairdryer required constant pressing to operate and tended to generate static electricity.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, situated right in front of Rogier Metro Station, making it easy to access public transportation and explore the city. There are also several nearby restaurants, which is great if you donât want to travel far for meals. A Starbucks is located at the same spot as the metro entrance, which is a nice bonus for quick coffee runs.
My overall stay was decent, but there were a few drawbacks. The room was quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably, especially with luggage. Additionally, cleanliness could be improved. I noticed visible dust particles, particularly around the bed area and on the bedside table, which made the room feel less well-maintained than expected.
While the location is definitely a strong point, improvements in room size and cleanliness would make the stay much more enjoyable.
I received an invoice by email on the morning of my departure, which indicated I had been charged twice for breakfast, once at the time of booking and once on arrival (which I questioned as I believed I had requested this when booking, but I was told not, so I paid).
Despite this, on the second and last day of my stay I was refused admission to the restaurant for breakfast as I was not on the list, even though my keycard (see photo) clearly stated I was registered.
Reception could find no record of my payment! It was only when I confronted them with the emailed invoice that they provided me with a voucher. The delay in sorting this out - compounded by one elevator being out of service during my stay, and the one remaining struggling to cope with demand (see second photo) - left me with insufficient time to eat much.
Trying to sort the matter out afterwards with the hotel management was a frustrating process. Great location and clean room, let down by lousy administration.
Check-in is from 4pm. It was written at the entrance that the gate code for the entrance would be sent by email, but it had not been sent. There were several people who didn't know how to get in like me, and one of them ended up calling the hotel. Then a staff member came out and we were able to get in. The explanation and system for how to get in are sloppy. The reviews said that the rooms were moldy and dirty, but the rooms were clean and there were towels, so there was nothing in particular.

I booked a room on Trip.com and requested a 'fireworks view' in the comments, if possible. I received the booking confirmation â OK.
To ensure I got the right room, I went to the hotel's website to chat and confirm the view. I had to pay an additional âŹ34 to get this view. WHY? The requested room was in the same category and was already more expensive that day (Dec 31). At that point, I really felt like I was dealing with a low-cost airline. I'm the sucker!
Upon arriving at the hotel, we received the key and went to our room⊠on the 3rd floor⊠with absolutely no fireworks view.
We went back down to the reception, and our room was changed to 1205.
Upon entering the room, it was very cold, and we were genuinely surprised by the noise coming from the boulevard â a nasty surprise, we'll need earplugs.
After dinner, we returned to the room at 11:30 PM and heard music coming from outside?? We realized there must be a party somewhere.
We didn't sleep until 7 AM when the music finally stopped.
What a nightmare.
Once we left, we realized there was indeed a nightclub right next door, and we were hearing their music.
I spent âŹ400, had a VERY bad experience that I will share with my friends, and will probably never return â which is a shame, because the last time we came, we had a good experience.
I hope this is helpful. Positive points: the cocktails and breakfast are very good, and the rooms are small but comfortable.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is beautiful and well-kept, with a stylish interior. However, my overall stay was disappointing due to poor service. I stayed for three nights and was asked at check-in if I wanted my room cleaned during the stay. I said yes, and on the second day I reminded reception in the morning that I would like the room cleaned. When I returned at 4:30pm, nothing had been done â the room was still uncleaned and the sheets unchanged.
When I raised this with reception, the staff were not helpful and instead of simply arranging for the cleaning, they asked unnecessary questions and did not resolve the issue. This really let down the experience.
As for location, the hotel is not in the city center, so you do need to travel to reach most of the main attractions. That said, the train station is only about a 7-minute walk, which makes it manageable.
In summary, while the hotel itself is beautiful, the lack of reliable service and less convenient location mean I would be hesitant to stay again.

CCCItâs a very clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay in Brussels. The train and metro stations are just a 7-minute walk away, making it very convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, although many close fairly early. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserThe front desk is very kind and there is an idol at the front desk laughter
The location was great and the room was clean.
The walls are thin and I can hear the voice of the next room, but I am very satisfied with this price!
