I absolutely loved Chile, and this hotel was fantastic! Even during the major power outage that hit Chile, the hotel's power supply remained completely uninterrupted. That's the mark of a truly reliable hotel.

The rooms seemed extremely small to me. It was difficult to move around, even within the room itself. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. We had to request one at reception, and they ”lent” us one after we left a deposit. It's unheard of that you have to ask to borrow a hairdryer in a hotel. Also, in the booking instructions, we requested a room far from the elevator, but they put us right in front of it. I inquired about this as soon as I arrived, and they lied to me, saying we were far away. I pointed this out to them because, while I understand they might not have enough rooms, guests are bound to have a bad impression of the place if they lie about such unnecessary things. Furthermore, I don't think the staff did their job well. They should be more attentive. There was shouting in the hallway, and it was really difficult for us to get the rest we needed. The top bunk was very uncomfortable. There were three of us, and they only gave us two towels.

The hotel is nice and well located in an area close to many restaurants about 10 minutes walking distance. Nice terrace on the top floor, rooms are clean, new and practical. Lacking a Bluetooth radio in my opinion. The gym is good, but you need to bring your own water as they don’t have there. They have water to refill your bottle if you need. Breakfast is good, and standard. Overall very good stay.

Everything was fine until we ordered room service and they brought something we hadn't ordered. When we asked to exchange it, they did, but on the bill, they charged us again for the item we had exchanged. Furthermore, they couldn't charge the room service fee, and we had to pay the exorbitant amount.

The hotel is located in the bustling location of downtown San Diego and is very convenient for all kinds of travel. The hotel room is large and basically a suite. The whole hotel decoration is very classical and very distinctive. Great value. I live alone is a bit wasteful

Хороший отель, все по высшему разряду, рекомендую любым путешественникам. Рядом плаза дэ армас, напротив пункт обмена валют, завтрак на крыше, все по близости удобно. Из особенностей: по приезду просят наличными депозит 50 usd за минибар (в котором только напитки), возвращают по выезду. Спасибо за приют!
