We booked room 270. The window was large and open, offering a stunning sea view. Although the staff didn’t speak English, we communicated easily using a translation app — it wasn’t a problem at all. Everything was clean, and the room had smart features. There were convenient light and curtain controls right next to the bed, which made our stay even more comfortable. If you're planning a trip to the sea, this hotel has a truly luxurious view and a perfect location. It was both cozy and elegant. We're definitely ready to stay here again. Thank you!

My second year staying here, it's my favorite ski-in/ski-out hotel. It's just a shame they cancelled the direct flights from Shanghai to Zhangjiakou this year 💔. Eva Zhang took care of everything throughout our stay, she was so thoughtful and attentive. I'll definitely choose Crown Plaza again when I return to Chongli. The only minor point is that the shuttle bus felt a bit 'worn out,' which was a slight inconvenience when dragging luggage.

First off, I have to commend how pet-friendly this place is. While there's a small cleaning fee, I think it's perfectly reasonable. **Environment:** The location is super convenient. You can walk to the ski hall in about 70-80 meters, even in your ski gear. The yakitori pub downstairs stays open late and has great food. Plus, our room offered direct views of the ski slopes. **Cleanliness:** The hotel is incredibly clean. You won't even find a speck of dirt from ski equipment in the lobby. **Service:** Every staff member in the hotel deserves high praise for their excellent attitude. They proactively gave us tips for skiing, and since we had our dog with us, we even got a room upgrade. The housekeeping staff was very professional. **Facilities:** The only area I think could be improved is that while the room has a kitchen, there were no utensils or dishes for food. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I hope they keep up the great work!

the location is a residential area, so there are many local food option and a market around the area. the hotel's breakfast is basic, but enough to start the day.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Wanlimiao Pedestrian Street. It's very convenient for reaching various city attractions, with bus stops and subway stations located nearby. The hotel environment is pleasant, and the service is excellent. The front desk staff were very attentive, understanding guests' needs and arranging rooms thoughtfully. The views from the room, both at night and in the morning, were beautiful. What really stood out was that it happened to be my birthday, and they even prepared a special birthday gift – such a thoughtful gesture! 👍🏻 Housekeeping was also great; the room was impeccably clean. The hotel's afternoon tea was delicious too. I initially thought it might be leftovers from breakfast, but it turned out to be specially made cakes. Breakfast was also good, with a satisfying taste. The hotel offers excellent value for money. If I ever visit Shijiazhuang again, I will definitely choose Nuohuating Hotel! 👍🏻

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! Every corner of the place is beautiful. Check-in and check-out were both very convenient. I've been trying to lose weight recently, so I was pleasantly surprised and happy to find a scale in the room and a gym on the first floor. My main reason for staying was to see the snow, and while the leftmost part of the balcony had a slight obstruction due to the building's curved shape, I was generally pleased. The room also offered great photo opportunities. Everything else was also excellent. There's a restaurant conveniently located inside Building D. There were hot springs, but unfortunately, I didn't get to try them. The ski rental hall on the first floor made skiing super easy. The room was incredibly spacious; it was my first time experiencing a 2.4-meter-wide bed! The room was very clean. I'll definitely be back.

The hotel is in Luneng Ecological Park. Hilton and Haolike are facing each other. I stayed at Haolike on the first day of the Qingming Festival, and changed to Hilton on the second day, just to feel the difference between the two hotels. The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Because the hotel occupancy rate was very high on the second day of the holiday, I booked 3 rooms with my friends and explained our demands to the front desk. I just wanted the three rooms to be closer to each other, so that the elderly and children can chat and play. The front desk lady was very helpful and arranged us in the same area. The rooms are very close. We are going out to play in the afternoon, and the luggage can be stored. There is no mandatory consumption in the lobby bar on the first floor of the hotel to rest. The elderly and children have been resting there while waiting for check-in. There is a Chinese restaurant Lu Yuexuan on the first floor. The food is a little expensive. If you are a family of three, you can choose a set meal, which is quite cost-effective. We have many people and choose Hotpot, during the festival, in order to provide a good customer experience, hotpot is a set meal, no snacks, the meat in the set meal is definitely enough, there are 8 of us in total, we chose a 4-5 person meal, and added several vegetables, there are many kinds of meat in the set meal, and the quantity is quite sufficient, especially the black tiger shrimp, which is as big as the palm, the fruit cantaloupe is very sweet, refreshing, and the coconut bread for breakfast is quite good for coconut lovers. The breakfast dishes are very rich, both Chinese and Western, the layout of the room is also very spacious, the sofa can sleep a child of about 1.5 (not fat), the bed is also comfortable to lie on, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet, and bathing and going to the toilet do not affect each other.
