EEdigonzaloThe hotel is well-located, just a 7-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, offering stunning views if you choose a room with a river view. The breakfast is delicious and really nice. However, it's important to note that the hotel has an old decoration, reminiscent of 40 years ago, and is not well-maintained; it lacks soundproofing. If we didn't get a room with a view to the river, my experience could be worse. Considering these factors, I'm not planning to stay in this hotel again.

GGuest UserHotel has 4 star on the side of the building but it’s showing its age and did not feel like it. To be fair, it did look comparable with the other 4-star hotels in the area. Pillow was very very flat and uncomfortable. Room was basic and clean.
Location was great though - mins walk from the Immaculate Conception Cathedral. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free parking (7 min walk away) was a nice plus

GGuest UserAll good but a little awkward location though near the airport, 20 euro taxi from Carcassone centre and 10 to airport. Small pool but nice to have it and smoking area out back too.
Standard double room was fine, clean, adequate. And we got a duvet! A light one, just right for the weather at the time. Service was fine,breakfast was super. Bit stressed though at indefinite time of arrival of taxi to airport in the morning. Booked by receptionist. But altogether good and great value! 👍

AAjnabi.frThe apartment is large and comfortable, on 2 floors with everything you need for a short stay. It’s 15 minutes walk from the citadel if you’re visiting for that. Unfortunately there was a problem with the hot water when I stayed. The owner was helpful and responsive but it was too late to fix it before I left so I had a cold shower. If it wasn’t for that the place would be a straight 5*

GGuest UserThe hotel is only 12 minutes away from the train station, that was important for me as I was arriving late and checking out early. Breakfast is truely amazing - has everything, you can have it inside or in the outside inner area. The room is very unusual and has this red light option.

GGuest UserLocation is uphill, 600 meters close to the centre but manageable to walk to all attractions. Room is clean, but no air conditioning, I arrived during the peak of hot weather with temperature of 37 degrees.
At night you can hear other guests from the other room.
