Out of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip, the DoubleTree by Hilton was definitely our favorite, followed by Hampton and Holiday Inn. Sticking with chain hotels really does save you from bad experiences. This particular DoubleTree is located in the Cotswolds, making it super convenient for visiting the nearby towns. Before checking in, we popped over to Bibury. As the sun set and the tourists left, the town was absolutely serene and beautiful! We had planned to wake up early the next day to experience the peaceful beauty of Bourton-on-the-Water before the crowds arrived, but the youngsters just couldn't get out of bed, so that plan fell through. There's a local supermarket right next to the hotel, which has a great selection and good prices – perfect for stocking up on snacks if you're driving. The breakfast was delicious, and the welcome cookies were a lovely treat. The environment is beautiful, and I'd definitely recommend it. If you're driving to the Cotswolds, staying here is an excellent choice!
We stayed here for Badminton Horse trials and had a great time! The staff were very friendly and helpful from start to finish. The breakfast was nice and there was a wide range of food available. We had dinner there every night as well which was lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Stayed for two nights in a deluxe room. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Great location, just five minutes from the metro. Wi-Fi could be faster but overall a pleasant stay.
The Travelodge Cheltenham is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Cheltenham will find that the Travelodge Cheltenham is a fantastic accommodation choice. Traveling to the hotel is easy with Gloucestershire Airport located approximately 3km away and Cheltenham Spa roughly 3km away. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Cheltenham, Cheltenham Film Society and Briarfields Touring Caravan Park all nearby. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings.
Great location. A very nice spa. The hotel room is unfortunately quite old, the shower was cold, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep.
Great hotel. Good location. Breakfast good. We had a ground floor room which was directly on the pavement. Room could get noisy with people outside and had to keep the curtains closed at all times for privacy. Could do with fitting some mirrored glass. We didn’t complain as we’re only staying for 2 nights. Would stay again but not on ground floor.
Everything about the hotel is amazing but the WiFi and network needs working on. Best hotel, Best location, close to the city centres, close to the bus station, close to the train station
The hotel in the village of Great Rissington, next to the 802 bus stop. Friends who choose to travel by bus must pay attention to the time the bus passes. The village is very quiet, surrounded by pastures, and the scenery is very good. Friends who don't drive suggest living in the town, Water Burton or ston-on-wold is more convenient.

GGuest UserWe were helped upstairs with our luggage when we arrived in spite of being rather early for check in. The apartment is very well equipped. We were amazed to find a dishwasher.
The two large double beds were very comfortable. The shower was amazing. All in all, we were delighted with the accommodation. If you are planning to book this accommodation, please be aware that the stairs to the bedrooms may be a little difficult for some. However, help was on hand with luggage which was excellent. We didn't sample the food as we were out (at the 3 Choirs Festival) in the evenings as well as day time.
GGuest UserIt was a great experience and stay. A bit far from the city center. But the room was spacious and I loved bathrooms. It was very comfortable. And top of that, the restaurant served amazing food! I highly recommend :)
Rrockylee1. The location of the hotel is very good. In the center of Chipping Campden, there is a public parking lot next to it, and parking is very convenient. But be sure to pay attention to the address when navigating. There is another hotel in the same area with the same name in front of it.
2. On the day I arrived, the hotel temporarily informed me that there was something wrong with my room, so I was transferred to another higher-level hotel in the suburbs. The environment and facilities were indeed better.
