A very convenient hotel in town, with a good location, close to everything, but there is no elevator, and it is a bit difficult to drag the suitcase upstairs.

This property is in the heart of downtown Swindon. A Salvation Army shares the building so there were always people hangin out in front. Never felt unsafe, just a bit seedy. Great location in the heart of downtown. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and did the job. Can't really complain for the price.

Hotel was perfectly located for where I wanted to be. Overall good experience, there is a Trainline behind the accommodation which was noisy and noticeable but not enough to disturb my sleep. Room was lovely and cosy and decor was excellent. Shower was fantastic, evening food was ok but nothing special, breakfast was excellent

What an absolute amazing find. The setting was so beautiful and the room was outstanding and so much nicer than we could have ever imagined. The free standing bath was our favourite, the bed was very comfortable and the settee area was very nice. The staff were very understanding of my sons disability and were very patient and kind. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed and cannot wait to return. Could have easily stayed there for days

I remember watching the hotel being built and said I would never stay there! How wrong I was! It's so quiet and very convenient for everything. Good choice of food for breakfast, even gluten free! The staff were always polite and helpful, replenishing food as it was used. Choice of coffee/tea. Can fully recommend this hotel and would/will definitely stay there again! Lovely hotel, polite and friendly staff, ample parking, excellent location in the heart of town. Only negative is the stains on the bathroom walls that could easily be removed with a little more attention to detail and the cold tap hardly let out any water. Unfortunately there wasn't any real ale available whilst we were there thus stopping us from enjoying that facility.

We drove all the way from London to WHATLEY MANOR, the location is really rural bit quiet. IT IS A VERY BEAUTIFUL MANOR SINCE 1929. We booked a suite room and upgraded to extra single bed for my son and cost 150£, which is considered very expensive. We booked for 2 nights and it cost us 1500£, [ breakfast included ] in my opinion is very pricey for this location. I think their selling points are spa, sauna, thermal room , hydro pool but for Asian , it is too common for us.The beds are very comfortable, room is very spacious and cozy, provide good quality amenities. They have really beautiful garden good for walking and reading books. Beside price, everything is good.

Location is good. Super service. But the rooms and amenities are too old, need to be repaired and renovated. The bathroom sink countertop has lots of stains.looked too uncomfortable. Coffee bar was not clean at all .
