Excellent hotel in Aerocity, a nice new development area with shops, restaurants, and food court all within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Room was clean and well-equipped. Staffs are extremely courteous and helpful. Had a great stay.

We had a good stay overall! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The photos look a bit different from the actual setup, but the place was still nice and cozy. Overall, a pleasant experience and nice stay!

Only spent one night here. It’s really convenient in terms of location, which was a major advantage. However, the front desk process took a bit long because they didn’t seem to have enough staff, but they seemed polite nonetheless. It’s a decent place, definitely could be improved in a number of ways, but it’s a good place to stay for a brief period.

The hotel is about ten minute walk, less than five minute ride from Dwarka 21. The facilities seem to be fine, and services are fine. The hotel restaurant was decent.

24 hours concierge. Staff are friendly and helpful. I asked for ac adaptor as I bought the wrong one and the staff told me that my current one works. Order room service and get 10 percent off. Very clean and love the bath tub and facilities in the hotel. Very close to airport.

Service was stellar. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly. Our checkin staff recommended we visit Dilli Haat as we only had 1 day in Delhi and it was a perfect recommendation. They also provided us with a very generous take away breakfast for our early morning departure. Everything in the room was immaculate.

I checked in late in the night around 3.00 am . The front desk staff were very friendly and checked in quickly . Had issue with the room's cleanliness but the front desk staff happily reallocated to the better room . The management should look into the cleanliness issue of rooms and common areas otherwise it's not bad for the price .

Location good. Amenities not good. No cloth hangers in bathroom of Room 2002. The bathroom door remains ajar, cannot be locked from the bedroom. No window in bedroom. Insufficient lights in room. No exhaust in bathroom. Service good. Food okay.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Good service in all. The location of the hotel is very accessible with the work I was traveling for. Suite is very spacious and nice.

The hotel is beautiful , we travelled in first week of jan . Breakfast spread was amazing . The key issues I faced was wifi not working on the day and may be due to rush slow room service . But on good part when food arrived it was fresh and good . Let me warn you the food prices are pretty hefty , so you pay for quality
