Pet Friendly Hotels in Kampot Province, Cambodia

Just spent a night at Peam Snea Resort over the weekend with a friend, and honestly, it was exactly what we needed. The whole place feels like a hidden island escape — quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Perfect for recharging. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. You park on the mainland and take a short boat ride to the island, which added a fun little adventure to the experience. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed — A/C, good Wi-Fi, and a little balcony to sit and enjoy the view. We didn’t do a ton of activities (though they had kayaks and paddle boats), but it was perfect for just slowing down. If you're looking for a peaceful weekend spot near Kampot to unwind with a friend or partner, I’d definitely recommend Peam Snea. Worth the trip!

Room Cleanliness: The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a sparkling bathroom. The housekeeping staff did a great job every day. Comfort: The bed was large and incredibly comfortable. Staff Service: The staff were friendly and attentive. Location: The hotel was right on the river and just a short drive from the city center, making it perfect for both relaxation and sightseeing. Hotel Environments: The best greenery and big space and feeling so fresh.

The hotel has a strong smell, the location is a bit remote, and the restaurant is very expensive.

Resort located separately from other places so it was quite silent.

Everything about the hotel is great including services. I saw the breakfast and confirm that it was decent. Serving Khmer noodle (Num Banjuk) as part of the buffet was a plus. Love it although I couldn’t stay and enjoy the breakfast. My feedback would be regarding the breakfast, if the boutique could pack the breakfast to go for guests who can’t stay to enjoy breakfast at the property, it would have been better. It doesn’t have to be everything, just some pastries and drink, it would have been a great gesture from the property. I travel quite frequently and hotels would pack some pastries or sandwich and juice for us if we can’t stay for breakfast. I find that very thoughtful.

We really enjoyed our stay here! First of all, the atmosphere is cozy and safe. The staff are very friendly and attentive to all requests. You feel very welcome. The pool is simply gorgeous! Warm and very clean. Swimming in the evening under the stars is a delight! Very good rooms (all the houses are two-storied). VIP rooms are located right by the pool, but the rest are no worse (perhaps even more suitable for those who want more privacy). The rooms have a refrigerator, strong air conditioning, and really hot water in the shower. The hotel opened recently, so everything is new. Staff take care of the territory every day. The only thing is that the city center is about ten minutes away by transport. But it's possible to rent a bike or use a taxi.And you can relax in a not busy, quiet area. I can really recommend this resort!

Road to resort is slippery but we like it. It's kind of adventure trip for us! Room is clean and nice. Management and staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend those who like nature, quiet place to stay...
