Our stay was incredibly pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Old Medina and Mohammed V Square, making it easy to get around on foot. There are also plenty of transport options and shops nearby. The front desk staff includes Mandarin-speaking personnel, which made communication smooth, and currency exchange was conveniently available, making it especially friendly for Chinese tourists. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a quiet and peaceful stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese dishes and local specialties, catering well to Chinese tastes. The overall service was attentive and thoughtful, and the value for money was outstanding. It's a perfect base for exploring and an excellent choice for anyone staying in Casablanca.

I had a wonderful stay at Polar Bear Hotel in Casablanca. The owner is incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. She cooked delicious homemade food and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. She even kindly offered airport transfers and was always available to help whenever needed. Unfortunately, I was scammed by a local taxi driver who falsely claimed he was sent by the hotel. As a solo traveler, this was quite stressful. However, the owner was genuinely concerned about my situation and did everything she could to assist and support me. Her care and kindness made a huge difference. When you travel alone, meeting people who genuinely look after you is priceless. The hospitality here felt more like staying with family than at a hotel. Thank you for your kindness and for making my stay in Casablanca such a positive experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, authentic, and caring host.

The hotel has a great location, within walking distance to everything. The furniture and decor are a bit dated. Overall, the interior is interesting, with a Moroccan style. Breakfasts are hearty, and the omelet is delicious. The front desk staff are responsive, and you can leave your luggage after check-out.

Had a pleasant 4-night stay at Hotel Majestic between September 27 and October 1, 2026. The check-in process was smooth, and the room met my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. Service was prompt, though there is slight room for improvement in amenities. Overall, a good value for the price and a comfortable stay.

The hotel is really a bit old style but the location is good, very close to the beach and has stores and restaurants nearby, very convenient. They have a own car parking area, quite safe to park the car in there. The staffs are also very nice. Our room is a family room, space is good enough, just a bit noise for the car running during the midnight time. For showering, the water pressure is not very powerful but do acceptable and hot enough. Breakfast is simple but good and full.

The hotel is located in the French quarter, from all the trip (have travelled all the country) it appeared the cleanest, most convenient, excellent breakfast!

Breakfast is very rich! Chinese travel preferred. Chinese service at the front desk, the service is in place, the hotel has a Chinese logo is very convenient, and will come again next time on business trip.

The room was clean and well decorated. The hotel had its own garden and allowed dogs. It was an equestrian club. It was very good to bring pets on weekends. At the same time, the hotel motorcycle meal was delicious, cheap and very relaxing.
