The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was consistent and responsive to requests.
The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, which made getting around very manageable. The hotel facilities were generally well-kept, and the common areas were clean and welcoming.
While there is always room for minor improvements, the overall experience was positive and offered good value for the price paid. This property is a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and reliable service. I would consider staying here again in the future.
1. **Room:** A bit small, but perfectly adequate for one person. It had air conditioning, an electric kettle (which looked like blue and white porcelain), adjustable lighting, and more. The facilities were relatively new and well-maintained, with no hidden spots for dirt. If I indicated I didn't need my room cleaned by hanging the 'green' eco-friendly sign, they wouldn't clean it, and in return, I'd get a soft drink voucher for the bar. I used a voucher once to get a sparkling juice from the 2nd-floor bar. **Problem:** Replenishing essential supplies was inconsistent. The tissue box wasn't refilled when I checked in, with only a few tissues left. I mentioned it in the evening and again the next morning, but it wasn't until I went to the front desk a second time on the next evening that it was finally restocked. The same went for towels; I asked twice, and they still weren't changed a day later. Finally, on the third attempt at the front desk, they were replaced. This only happened when I dealt with Southeast Asian front desk staff; when I spoke to European staff, replacements arrived within 10 minutes. Towels and bathrobes also had to be requested; if you didn't ask, you wouldn't get them. The provided bedding, towels, and bathrobes were all quite old, not bright white, and not starched.
2. **Breakfast:** The food was plentiful, the service warm, and food items were refilled promptly, as were used dishes cleared away quickly. Again, the Southeast Asian staff weren't as enthusiastic and didn't greet me as readily, whereas the European staff were equally pleasant to everyone. The restaurant is on the 17th floor with great views. It's quite large, beautifully decorated, and has two serving stations, which is very convenient. There are also two large outdoor terraces perfect for enjoying the view or dining al fresco.
On my check-out day, after breakfast, I bid farewell to the European staff, and they even gave me a special hotel lollipop, saying they hoped I'd visit again.
3. The second floor has a lovely, comfortable lounge area and a bar with a somewhat 'creative/cultural' aesthetic in its decor.
4. In spring, there's a direct bus to Keukenhof from the bus plaza below the hotel. You can buy round-trip tickets online. If you're staying at or near the hotel, you can take the bus directly, saving you a trip to Central Station.
5. **Transportation:** There are several train, metro, and bus options nearby. Given how punctual public transport is in the Netherlands, it's very easy to plan your sightseeing. All stations are within a few minutes' walk.
6. **Supermarket and Restaurants:** There's a Dirk supermarket a few minutes away. Near the hotel, there are various restaurants, including Western options like Italian, and Southeast Asian cuisine.

My husband and I were pleased to return each evening from all our busy day trips to this peaceful and quiet retreat. It seemed relatively new built. A free shuttle brings you from the airport on arrival. We booked uber for our return trip to the airport as the shuttle does not start until 5 am but we had to be at the airport by 4am and had a large suitcase as well. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the local train/bus station where we could make our daily excursions from each morning. There is a good network of transport so we had no problems going anywhere. A direct bus takes you to Keukenhof park from the bus station.
The rooms are cleaned on request when asked the day before. The staff was mostly helpful and friendly. However, any requests made took time to be heard and considered. I needed to request an extra pillow (otherwise it is only one pillow per person). Despite frequent reminders, there was no success I had to keep using towels or my clothes to raise my head but kept asking and perseverance paid off finally on the third night!!!
The breakfast had a lot of vegetarian options (but not halal). I particularly liked their dispensers for fruit jams and condiments etc.
The bar is open until 10 pm serving drinks.
The hotel was very popular with big groups of tourists as it offers good value for money compared to the very expensive hotels near the central stations. The only drawback is that there is no activity in the Hoofddorp area itself.
Overall it was good value for money and a pleasant stay.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just about a 10-minute bus ride to the airport. We booked the Budget Ibis because the regular Ibis was fully booked. The decor and facilities are a bit more basic, but overall, it was a decent experience. It's really good value for money if you're looking for a hotel for an early flight. Plus, the croissants and mini Dutch pancakes at breakfast were absolutely delicious!

The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean. The view from the window was quite nice, and I could even watch planes landing while having a meal at the nearby McDonald's. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was good too. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit, as it's super convenient for the airport.
I booked this hotel for its convenient location, allowing me to easily catch the 852 Garden Bus to Keukenhof to see the tulips. Due to tulip season and a few concurrent exhibitions, the room rate was double the usual price, which made the value for money a bit disappointing.
The breakfast, however, was excellent with a wide variety and high-quality options, absolutely no complaints there.
The room itself wasn't very big, but you can ask the front desk for slippers if you need them.
Right across from the hotel is Amstel Park, which is huge and features a fantastic rhododendron garden.

This hotel is excellently located in a great area, near the Van Gogh museum, Rjksmuseum and Moco museum. It is very convenient to reach via tram from city centre, although we chose to walk which was very pleasant. There is a very big park nearby and also a supermarket around 10 minutes walk away. Our room had plenty of space for two and was very comfortable. There is a lovely lounge area by the reception with tables and chairs and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed out stay here! Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Eden Hotel in Amsterdam, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Its location is fantastic, nestled conveniently near key attractions, making it easy to explore the vibrant city.
One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view from my room, which overlooked the river. Waking up to the serene waters was truly a treat. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my visit.
The hotel was really nice and clean.
The area isn’t touristy, so it’s fairly quiet and nice, but very well reachable by metro: only 13 min subway ride to central station , and the station is a short walk away.
Amstel train station is also nearby, which is very convenient.
The bed is very comfortable, I loved the towels, which were very soft and fluffy.
I found the motion activated light in the bathroom a little annoying, especially since it often went off while I was showering, because no movement could be detected, so I had to open the shower cabine to set the light back on.
We did not try breakfast as 23 euro per person seemed a little overpriced.
Overall, I found the value good for money. The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. While the hotel isn't large, it's well-equipped with everything one might need. It's located outside Amsterdam's city center (though only a 10-minute drive away), and despite the lack of immediate scenic surroundings, this didn't bother us at all; it actually made for a very peaceful and quiet stay. Free parking was a huge bonus, something you rarely find. It's also conveniently close to Zaanse Schans, just a 10-minute drive. Breakfast offered excellent value for money, the hotel is pet-friendly, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Truly, there's nothing we could fault. There's a park very close to the hotel, which we unfortunately couldn't visit due to rain. However, we did make it to Zandvoort Beach, which also isn't far from here. The XXL Kissing Couple sculpture is also nearby, perfect for a photo opportunity. This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone not looking to spend all their time walking around the city center.

RRo PatelGreat location and a stone’s throw from Central Station. Very helpful staff with a warm friendly approach. They all deserve positive feedback and remain motivated for those travellers coming for short stays.
SShounakWe had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Abba. The location is super convenient — centrally located with a tram stop just around the corner, making it easy to get to the airport in about 30 minutes. It’s also within walking distance to key spots in Amsterdam, which made exploring the city a breeze.
A special shoutout to the manager, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and generously provided as many amenities as possible to make us feel at home.
The breakfast was a real highlight — fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. Lots of variety and definitely one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had on our trip.
All in all, great value for money, lovely service, and a fantastic location. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam!
金金A little far from the city center train station, there is a supermarket at the door, things are quite cheap. The suite is quite big, but the design is a bit odd, the bathroom is open, and it is not convenient to use both sides when closing. There are 26 roads in the surrounding traffic, which is convenient to the train station. The hotel is generally hygienic and there are spiders on the lights.
QQINYUSuper five-star hotel, take a free ferry from Central Station 10 minutes to the North Shore, enter the NDSM Art District, 10 minutes to the hotel, a total of only three rooms, are independent, very refined and comfortable, super vision. From the top to the top of the night, you can take photos on the tower crane, which is very exciting, the only crane hotel in the world.
