Rooms are clean. Near to the business center. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. But make sure you arrive early because parking is first come, first serve. The room hallway needs to put air freshener it doesn't smell that good. But inside, it's perfect. Sanitized also the door knob especially going to toilet alot of finger prints. But all in all it's good and it's cheap compared to others.

Gotten free upgrades to the apartment with living room, kitchen, one bathroom and toilet, 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed & 1 single bed inside. Fully equipped, clean, and big enough the space. Very good, recommended!

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good water supply and heating. A very good location that is near to eating places. A complete kitchenette. Will visit again, highly recommended motel to stay in Dunedin.

The room is quite big and has a small balcony. I ordered steak and lamb chops for dinner and they tasted very good. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, the taste is good. I recommend staying here.

The motel nearby 2 supermarket. And location nearby seesighting, so convenient. The room very clean and comfortable, and kitchen facility lovely. Motel has no washing machine disappointed.

Finally, I waited until the car dealership agreed to send a car to tow our car away. This time it was 1:30 pm. The old man said that we would pay for the room 4 for another night. I negotiated with him and said that many hotels can apply for late check-out. If it doesn't work, I will charge half a day before 6 o'clock...who knows The old man said we were not the others, if you don't pay a day's room rate, call the police immediately!
