This hotel is absolutely top-tier for its price point. Incredible value for money and a fantastic experience overall. While the location was a bit tricky to find, the hotel offers a wealth of amenities. The pool is great fun. For this price, it's unbeatable, even better than some five-star establishments. Apart from looking a little dated, the overall vibe is excellent, giving off a real resort feel. The breakfast spread is extensive and even better and more varied than what you'd find at five-star hotels, which was a very pleasant surprise. Seriously, at this price, just book it without hesitation.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has a calm, relaxing vibe and is perfectly located right by the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sea and sunsets anytime. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay very pleasant.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made a big difference. Overall, it felt peaceful and welcoming—great for unwinding and enjoying Boracay without the chaos.
Highly recommended, and I’d happily stay here again.
Our experience at Citadines for the first time we checked in it was amazing the room was really comfortable and super clean, the food wow! My daughter tried the Filipino breakfast with danggit, and the service at the front desk was explained well and she was very generous to my husband, who liked it all staff members of the Citadines because they are approachable and helpful to their guests. For me, the rate of Citadines Bacolod is 5 stars. Well
Done!

Ferra Hotel Boracay is a decent option with a good location. Nothing extraordinary, but it does the job.
What really stands out is the staff — genuinely warm, always smiling, and very friendly. It makes the stay more enjoyable than the hotel itself might suggest on paper.
A solid pick if you’re looking for a well-located base in Boracay with a welcoming atmosphere.

Friendly staff and quite clean. The restaurant by the beach was great, reasonable prices and good food. Very close to popular instagram locations, I❤️Boracay sign and Palm tree for sunset pictures

I keep on coming back to this hotel whenever I am in Aklan and still gets amazed with the coordinated work of the employees and how they exceeded my expectations. Coast’s best assets are not just the location, timely airport transfer, their Filipino breakfast buffet, but most of all—-its employees.
Thank you to Zel, Mercy, the concierge, Vea, Bryan/drivers, the guys who helped take care of us while on the beach, and I forgot the other names but— to everyone who made our stay really pleasantly memorable, thank you!

We stayed from Feb 25th to March 1st. It's a decent hotel for a quiet stay. It's about a lazy 10-minute walk to the second station, and there's a supermarket about 200 meters away. The hotel consists of two buildings that are close to each other. There's a bar on the rooftop if you're too lazy to go anywhere else, you can kill some time there. Nearby, there's a cafe, like the ones in Anapa, where you can get grilled chicken for 450 pesos. The air conditioning is quiet, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. Hot water is available. All the staff are smiling and eager to please, almost a bit over-the-top for my taste. For breakfast, there are 4 dishes, so you won't go hungry. Overall, if you're not looking for a place right on the beach, it's a good option.

The location is close to the beach, but it is not beachfront—about a 10-minute walk. The room is clean, although there are mosquitoes, which are manageable. Only one pillow is provided per person, and a dental kit, soap, and shampoo are available. The price is reasonable, and while breakfast is not included in our booking, there are many restaurants nearby. The staff are excellent—very friendly and courteous. However, early check-in is not accommodated, even if the room is already vacant.
I wish they will train there staff more for the guest to received a better service . I went there last Christmas we were supposed to have a turkey but the turkey was soooo skinny no meat at all, I gues it was a native Turkey, (I was really looking forward for the turkey that night for my husband to enjoyed it) same as the native chicken. Lechon would be better!
I would love to return for the accommodation but I don’t recommend joining the Christmas party.
Location It was great , the rooms were great. Very clean and quite. Very relaxing .

CChloe C. LinThe service was excellent, as expected of a COAST hotel. Every staff member was smiling and ready to assist every guest. They were responsive to requests and remembered guests' names, making guests feel respected. The room had everything they needed, but the facilities were quite old, the soundproofing was poor, and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. I strongly suggest the hotel renovate it. It's about a five-minute walk to the beach.
GGuest UserStayed 2 days and 3 nights. Room was small but fit 4 people; wish there was a side table or small cabinet, and a freshener in the bath/toilet. For the price with free breakfast, still worth it! Staff gave excellent service, and you can freely use their kitchen for your own meals.

AAleksandr P.We returned to this hotel again from Gigantes Island and stayed for another 3 days. We were satisfied with everything, the only bad thing was that there were strong low tides in the sea. The staff is very responsive and attentive. There is shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper and bottled water in the room, the breakfast is very filling and tasty.

AAnnaMixed feelings about the hotel, it was my second time and fifth hotel on the island. It's a fine hotel but you wont feel pampered.
+Perfect location if you want to stay at station 1, about 20 min walk to all the fun. The room is huge, clean and beautiful. They left good night wishes and cookies in the room every night which was a very nice touch.
- check out at 11; the fruit at breakfast was given out in portions rather than buffet style which I found really strange and cheap for this type of hotel. There was no water dispencer and the water wasnt offered at the beach as well as at the restaurant when I stayed there for lunch and dinner. Even though it's offered in all the restaurants on the island and even cheaper hotels have water dispensers in the halls or rooms.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at The Orient. I highly recommend it. They offer free shuttle service between the hotel and D’Mall, and they even allowed us to check in early when the room was available. Everything went smoothly and the experience was great, though I do hope they consider adding weights to the bottom of their shower curtains because they tend to sway while showering.
