Location is only a short ride from xining station. Breakfast is good and there is a laundry room. The hotel is relatively new so everything is clean

The room is well-equipped and warm, and the sanitary conditions are also very good, especially the breakfast in the western restaurant on the first floor, which has many varieties and choices. The children enjoyed the meal very much. The service of the lady at the front desk was particularly warm and polite during check-in and check-out.

There was a girl at the front desk who was really friendly. I saw her name on her ID card was Vita. She was not the kind of distant and polite staff, but really stood from our perspective to handle all problems for us. Because our mobile phone was not a mainland card and could not connect to WIFI, she studied it for a while and helped us connect successfully. When we checked in, she told us that the climate here was dry, and the room notified us to add more water. When we went downstairs to go out and asked her for information about the surrounding areas, she personally helped us show us the way and called a taxi for us. She also told us that there is a big temperature difference between morning and night in Xining, and we need to add more clothes when going out in the morning and evening. The places recommended to us are delicious and affordable. There is really no formatted feeling of staying in a hotel, just like the feeling of a child at home helping you arrange things. The only regret is that we didn't meet her again when we checked out, otherwise we should thank her in person.

We started our final China trip form Ürümqi followed by Turpin and Dunhuang. While our hotels there were reasonable, we felt really comfortable when we stayed at at a Club floor room at Sofitel Xining. Their service was one of the best we have experienced during our seven China trips so far. We enjoyed the comfort and the staff’s dedicated service. Thank you.

It was midnight when we arrived in Xining. As the starting point of the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, we had a good rest. The new hotel has a little smell, but it is fine once the fresh air system is turned on. The breakfast is not suitable for southerners, it is simple and not suitable for this star rating.

A gas station is just around the corner in the alley next to the hotel, making refueling very convenient.

Environment: The lighting in the lobby is very warm, the hotel has a sense of design. It is a bit like an Internet celebrity hotel, which makes people have the urge to punch in. It feels very good. Service: The service starts at the moment of booking! The front desk contacted in advance to confirm the demand, and presented hot towels and welcome fruits to the store. On birthday/anniversary, take the initiative to arrange the room to send cakes, and serve warm water in 5 minutes in the middle of the night. The Sofitel Residences, despite being ten years old, are still well-maintained. Having a washing machine, fridge, and induction hob makes it convenient to cook a little something. However, the hairdryer and toothbrushes could use an upgrade. The customer service staff are very well-trained. Xiao Quan at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful; hearing we wanted to stir-fry vegetables, she specifically helped us buy a wok! The hotel's location is excellent. The breakfast at the Western restaurant looks a bit dated, but the selection is quite rich. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Recommended!

This is the most satisfactory hotel booked by our Qinggan Ring Line. The service is really good, but it is intimate. The room is very clean. We have a twin room that saw us with children and upgraded to a 2 meter 4 super bed room. When I checked in, I prepared fruit and checked out. I also prepared the road.
